BodyFat Breakthrough with Level II (by Formutech)

-14?? Nooooo thank you. Lol!!

Really happy with the feedback we've been getting on this!! Brucega has another winner!

I wonder if he ever gets tired of making excellent products and just wants to put something crappy out just once. Lol ;)

level II gets a big thumbsup from me!!!

2,510 calories, 211p/255c/70f. The carbs were a little higher than I like, but my calories were right in between my lift day range, so nothing lost. Calories in, calories out. I may just have a little bloat in the AM.

I logged the powder and loved it, great supp for sure!

this is just my opinion....BUT i thought the caps were more potent, BUT this is not to say i didn't really enjoy the powder!!!

i know, i know, too many buts, but i have been watching vika azarenka, lol....talk about a nice butt!!!!!!

I'll have to try the thermo soon. I've heard it was really strong.

Bang up job in here! Been lurking and thinking when the last time I took a deer down. Heck it's been 35 years!

Sounds to me like you're about due! You need anyone to help you with the meat hit me up!

I actually agree I found the appetite suppressant to be a lot stronger with the caps for some reason

I think I still have a couple of powder samples shoot me your address again I have a another sample pack that I have to send out soon so I'll throw yours in with that

love the detail! great addition to the log man!

This is an awesome log

I haven't put together my workout log for this morning so I figured I'd try and add some notes from this weekend. I was in a different environment and had limited food and water options, so my response to Level II was slightly different. Figured I'd add it in the log.

I experienced my first cotton mouth on Saturday. Granted, I took my Level II with about 4oz water and didn't drink any more for a few hours (avoided water so I didn't have to pee in the stand). Sunday I drank it with the same, but on the first sign of cotton mouth i had a few sips of water and was good to go. Just saying, it's not harsh on the throat with even slightly under the recommended amount of water.

Also, something I've experienced with another thermo and with ECA but not with Level II, zero headache when taken with limited water or no food, even up to 6 hours after dosing. Six hours after taking a cap of Level II and STILL haven't felt the need to eat? Pffsh!

Anyway, I just wanted to add that. There may be various other reason why someone would have to go without water for a couple hours. It was why I tried to wait until after Tuesday morning board hearings that I would take my first dose.

I'm not sure what's up with NP not picking Level 2 up yet, but in the meantime Tiger has a great deal where you get a free 8 serving Volatile with your Level 2. they have limited supplies so hop on it!

+ In and Out drop Set curls. 25/20/15/10/5 x 4/2/2/2/4 (each rep is the combo of 1 rep inside curl ad 1 rep outside curl)

Notes:

Back to the normal work week routine. I added in extra fats so pre/intra workout so I’m not scrambling to get them in at night. Figured they’re better ingested around my workout anyway.

I just now dosed my second cap Level II. My appetite is still at bay from the cap I took this morning, but I love the added afternoon energy as well as keeping my appetite in check through dinner.

We’ll see how this weeks meals go, but I upped my protein a little and added more fibrous carbs to my diet. My dinner planned is only 670 cals, but is A LOT of food. I still have to eat 8 oz of chicken and two cups steamed collards before then.

I need to decide and plan my workout for tomorrow too..

I've got six minutes, roughly (1530 is usually my stim cutoff), to decide if I want another cap...

Finished up my calories at 2,399 and 266p/209c/62f and 50 fibers.

Invalid Link Removed

Dang, those fibers! Ain't no stopping my BM tomorrow! Lol.

Seriously though, about the BM, I have been regular with the exception of this weekend (not having a lot of time). It helps not taking melatonin, and my sleep has been great also without it.

I really can't think of any side effects of the Level II. If anything, my sleep has improved from where I was several weeks ago. Not saying 100% that they are related.

I am going to do chest and triceps tomorrow. I usually have a crappy chest workout when I mix those two, but I'll try hard to get in good chest squeezes. Also, I planned exercises that I have never tried or do rarely to change things up.

194.2 this morning. That's not bad considering the volume (but it's not a lot of cals) I ate for dinner. I should be >190 by Saturday once I drop some more sodium, and if I lay off the nighttime lima beans. ;)

My calories today should end up similar to yesterday's. I will try and get some more of it in before dinner so I'm not searching for food to hit my minimum (last night I had to add Parmesan cheese and peanut butter to up cals/fats) at the last minute.

Sleep was solid last night. I was tired waking up but sprung up quickly anyway.

BM this morning was magical.

Time to go get a good burn!

Notes:

Just felt a little weak all around when it came to lifting, but, the energy, drive, and focus were all there.
I had a relatively low sweat today. I guess I wasn’t going as fast as I normally do in super setting.
I dosed one Level II at 0615, and the other at 0700. Ready to get those fat cells moving! I’ll update more as the day goes….

The reverse grip BB press does feel a little awkward at first. I always start out with just the bar to get the feel then add weight as I go. I love these I use these every week.

Register the log is comming along nice, bang up job.

I always add pb to my diet, even when I don't need it. It's an addiction. It is a quick way to add cals.

I went out yesterday after work and sat on the ranch a bit. I had a late night cleaning. Took 2 doe, 1 really nice size girl. Then got a 250lbs hog. Was trying to put up a photo for you but it says my dimensions are too big from my phone.

Ha, no doubt. It's too bad we cant't pretend a Tbsp is a big ole chunk.

Wow, nice. When does the season end for you?

Goes till February 23. But because we have the ranch we have FWC permits to keep the deer from destroying all the vegetation and trees. We have peach orange and tangerine groves that they destroy when we don't keep up on it. So we can actually go year round.

Very nice. We haven't seen a hog at the camp I hunt at in a few years. That's good, in a way, but limits the year-round hunting.

Yeah, I got his hog on a price of land we've never seen hogs before. No rooting or anything. There were about 10 small I small ones with it probably about 10-15 lbers.

I saw big buck but couldn't get a shot on him. He came through moving and only stopped once, long enough for me to lift my rifle up and then he was back trotting. Through some brush.

They get smarter the bigger they are. Sneaky bast@rds.

After taking the two first thing this morning I never really had an increase in appetite. I did take another cap at 1315, but that was just because I wanted the energy/caffeine.

Still, just to note, no crash. It took everything I had to finish my afternoon ziplock of raw veggies.

Total cals were 2,412: 271p/191c/71f and 50 fibers.

Getting that fiber in!

Fresh meat needs fiber

I went a few weeks with BM issues prior to the new year so I'm not playing anymore. My goal is 30 minimum.

2-3c raw broccoli, 1-1.5c raw squash, 2 cups leafy greens (the last few weeks it's been collards) all before dinner.

Then, whatever veggies I can fit in and still hit my cals for dinner.

Weighed in at 193.0 this morning. I'm still at a steady drop, and dinner was HUGE (in volume) again last night. No doubt, I could skip one dinner and be below my 190 goal in the AM. Especially if I skipped lima beans. :D

Considering everything though, I like the rate I'm losing, and hope that I'm retaining a bit of muscle by not starving myself like I tried to do last time.

Sleep was on-point again.

Going to do legs today, and probably some OHP while I'm resting in between sets. I'm not going to try to go too heavy since my strength has been a little down lately. We'll see how I feel.

Maintaining muscle while cutting is the hardest part but you're on the right track to make the most of your cut right now. Slow and steady is best. Hiit and/or supersets with short rests to keep the heart rate up and an occasional day or two over maintenance calories are key points to hit on. Long cardio sessions waste muscle and no variance in calorie deficit will cause your metabolism to drop down to the level you're eating at. Keep your body guessing and the results will be best

Still low on my numbers. I think I’m going to take Swanks advice and up my calories one day this weekend, and Reg’s advice and start adding some oats PWO and see if that boosts my strength some. I’ve never had an issue working out fasted before, and now I’m taking in some…

I was looking at my pre-Level II pictures this morning and even though the scale hasn’t changed but almost 4 lbs, I see a huge difference. We’ll see how this weekends pics dhow, though.

Notes:
Still low on my numbers. I think I’m going to take Swanks advice and up my calories one day this weekend, and Reg’s advice and start adding some oats PWO and see if that boosts my strength some. I’ve never had an issue working out fasted before, and now I’m taking in some…

I was looking at my pre-Level II pictures this morning and even though the scale hasn’t changed but almost 4 lbs, I see a huge difference. We’ll see how this weekends pics dhow, though.

the mirror is what matters most! Keep us updated on how you feel, man!

I feel 110%! Energy is through the roof from the Level II doses. I think a little more AM carbs would help.
