Bodyconscious Epistane Cycle Log

Are you noticing any more definition in your abs? Just wondering if you are possibly recomping. The scale always ****s with me...

Maybe a bit, but the amount of food I’m consuming right now should be enough for me to see weight gain. I’m pretty surprised that the scale hasn’t changed much yet. I’ll give it another week and bump up to 8 meals a day if I don’t start seeing more size. I’m trying to get more size during this cycle; the strength is great so far though.

I wish my scale wasn't changing. I'm doing a cycle of war demonz (dmz+hexadrone) and I've put on a few pounds. I'm happy with the results, but getting some gains while losing fat would be awesome

Whats your total calorie intake AG?

Ive just had to push mine to 4,250 on days where i do cardio and lift (3,750-4,000 on others) to get the scale moving again.....

Day 17: Weighed 179.5 this morning. Trained legs and had a pretty good workout considering how much I dislike training legs. Tomorrow will be a rest day, then Friday I’ll be training chest. Hopefully my rotator cuff will be better by then, because I’d really like to aim for a bench pr :]

Have you been able to thwart the lethargy at all?

Good luck on the pr bro

Lower body strength does have a significant impact on bench press

I don’t track calories, but I’d say an easy 4,000 or so
I would track it for a few days to make sure. 4,000 calories isn’t exactly easy to put down if one is eating clean foods. We tend to overestimate things when it comes to counting calories and macros in our heads.

I agree 100%. Diet is too important not to track. It can be easily over or under estimated

Oh trust me, what I’m eating definitely isn’t easy to put down. I’m confident in saying that what I’m eating right now is a pretty good amount. If I don’t start seeing changes in composition by the end of week 3, I’ll bump it to 8 meals.

i tracked my intake for the first few months..now i eat exact same thing every day ....just double or triple my serving depending on goal.....hopefully your rotator cup feels better tommarow

This is EXACTLY what ended up happening in my case. It makes it so easy to manipulate intake when a routine emerges and my eating follows a pattern for sure now.
AnabolicGuru: as much as it seems like it will be a pain in the a$$ to track calories, it helped me out a TON and now I actually enjoy doing it with an app I have on my phone. Food for thought (pun intended)...

My fitness pal is my go to app for tracking cals and macros

Day 18: Weighed 180.5 this morning; took today as a rest day since it’s thanksgiving and the gym closed early

I took today off from the gym as well and it almost killed me... not really, but I used today as a convenient "re-feed" day and wanted to go put the calories to use. Have to rest sometimes I guess... Happy Thanksgiving!

Day 19: Woke up at 182lbs this morning from all the thanksgiving food haha. Trained chest/tris/delts and banged out 225 on bench for a pretty smooth set of 12.

Nice!! I had a pretty pump like no other today n gym, might've been that thanksgiving meal as well

Just copped this so appreciate the log and feedback

Day 20: Weighed 180.5lbs this morning. I trained back/bis/traps and had a fair workout, which definitely could’ve been better. My rotator cuff is still irritated, and my lower back is stiff from a combination of heavy bent-over rows and squats. The lethargy is still an issue, although it’s not as bad as when it first hit me. Hopefully my rotator cuff and back start getting better so I can push harder and heavier, but for now I’ll just try and lift through it.

What your thoughts on the body conscious epi, I'm thinking of getting there epi/tren stack

It’s definitely impacting my strength, but for some reason I’m not seeing much change when it comes to the scale and my size. I’ll have to wait till the end to give a full review.

Cheers bro, have been following your log good detail bro

You normally stick to 30-45mg right?

Yup, last two weeks will be at 45mg. I haven’t really been noticing too much joint pain and back pumps, if any at all yet; which is sort of weird because I got a lot of both when I ran havoc. Maybe I’ll experience it at 45mg.

This is interesting. You seem to be pretty good at "listening to your body" during runs etc... I know the scale and lack of sides (as weird as that may sound) is probably getting in your head a bit. Stay the course brother...

Day 22: Weighed 178.5 this morning. Trained chest/tris but didn’t get a very good workout due to my rotator cuff being extremely irritated. Not sure if I’ll be lifting tomorrow. Hopefully my rotator cuff will start feeling better soon.

Day 23: Weighed 179 this morning. Trained back/bis/traps and had a pretty good workout. I noticed that the pump I was getting today was pretty good; muscles felt more dense and full throughout the workout.

To add to this; I’ve also been noticing that my muscles are seeming to cramp up a lot easier.

Im not necessarily recommending it, but its not unheard of for more experienced users to dose 60-90mg per day of epistane.
