Body Temperature Results on Recreate

I'd like to see it with you taking some other fatburner to compare :) like leviathan reloaded, or vpx meltdown

Easy I think this is a good idea! I am real tentative about taking any true stims because one of my main focuses lately has been to improve my adrenal health......but with that said maybe I will keep this thread running till the end of the month when the Recreate and adrenal support (been taking those for a while so that is not what is helping boost my temp all of sudden last week when I started the Recreate) supps run out. Then I will take maybe a one week washout period, and then run Leviathan Reloaded (I have a bottle here :) ) for a few days and continue with the temps so we have some feedback. I may get some additional blood work done prior to that time too along with some adrenal saliva tests again. If I do it I can't promise it will be for more then a few days because of the risk to the adrenal health for me (I seem to be really sensitive because of my past history with stims).

My thought is that while the other burners will elevate temp it will not be in such an even fashion and for what appears to be around the clock (since even the basal temp is elevated) but rather that other stims will only raise temp for the active life of each tab/capsule. This of course is only a thought off the top of my head.

Well I actually went up to 3 Recreate yesterday and today but I have not seen any sort of linear increase in temp yesterday or today. That does not mean that this increase will not lead to a more gradual temp increase over time. Lets watch it for the next few days and we might have some answers.....

How are you dosing?

Since yesterday I have been taking 2 caps in the am on an empty stomach and then 1 in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

Mr.50

sounds great, I built up to 2 in the afternoon but sometimes the 2 in the morning works so well that I decide against the afternoon dose.

eating green leafy veggies and chk breast appeases the same as a cheeseburger. I just do not crave anything.

screw a cheeseburger give me a pit turkey sandwhich from the local smokehouse. mmm mmm good.:D

Great log...just got some myself today. Definitely following this one

sorry I been slack yesterday and today guys..... some crazy days at work yesterday, today and tomorrow. I am still keeping tract of the temps and I will be sure to fill out my data sheets and post it all here either tomorrow or over the weekend for sure.

Subjectivly I am still feeling great, slightly hot, great cardio at boxing and temps are still up.

Yesterday my wife kissed me on the forehead and said you are burning up do you feel okay.

I responded Recreate duh!

Guys just checking in with the stats from the last few day. Incidentially I really have not lost much weight but I do appear to be getting leaner so a recomp is in effct!

Average temps for the last few days are

Avg (#of temps per day) Basal Temp
3/31 99.3 4 98.5

4/1 99.14 5 98.5

4/2 99.3 5 98.3

4/3 99.15 4 98.3

4/4 99.35 6 n/a (missed it)

4/5 (so far)99.85 2 98.5

Thats the update. Still feel great with no burnout feeling that usually happens to me after taking a stimulent fat burner for more this duration.

What kind of metabolic increase are we guesstimating here (if possible). Is each degree above a persons "baseline" temp a few percent increase in metablic rate? Just curious if anyone knows!

Body Temperature/Health. For every increase of 0.5C in internal temperature of the body, the BMR increases by about 7 percent. The chemical reactions in the body actually occur more quickly at higher temperatures. So a patient with a fever of 42C (about 4C above normal) would have an increase of about 50 percent in BMR.

Wow so the increased temperature really does have a dramatic effect. I knew it made a difference but not that much. I am even more intrigued.

a patient with a 42C temperature would also be facing brain damage as thats 107 f

Agreed Easy. So basically my 1.0 - 1.2 degree increase in temp probably accounts for about 10% increase in BMR by my calculations? Does that sound correct?

Dont quit on us now Mr.50, let us know whats up. I just got my bottles and I started today with one cap to see if I could tolerate it, so far so good.

ouch. That explains a lot ;) I think I had as high as 105-106 at one point.

I've come to learning some things about legally available thyroid related stuff, and came to the decision that the combo of the 2 different forms of T2 is probably the best bet, just working out what my dosage needs to be. :)

Did my first dose this morning of 2 caps, felt a real clean alertness, zero jitter, and a nice overall warm feeling. Not the dried out, cracked out feeling you get from ECAs and the like. Seems like a real quality product at first glance, lets see what its capable of over time. I got my three bottles for a spring cut

Don't worry RB, some family stuff and work stuff has caused me some problems the last week and a half but i have still been keeping the data and at least getting to the gym. I will update today (after I make all my clients finally get out of my office so I can have some ME time lol ). But as a quick summary my temps have all been in the same range, and steady and I have so far (since the beginning of this log) dropped about 5-6 libs which isn't bad for me since usually I have to starve to death even when working out a lot to lose weight.

Easy...... watch that T2 combo, I have been there and I did not like the feeling at all subjectively. Some fat loss for sure but I had no energy....

Mr.50

I never did the combo before, but i've tried each of the 2 separately and had no issues :)

Ah...cool cool cool

Hey maybe if it is in your budget get a thyroid panel done becore and after from Direct Labs or some place just so we all have some more data on those types of compounds..... just a thought.

Results from the last few days

4/5 99.75 avg 98.5 Basal

4/6 99.4 98.5

4/7 99.26 98.3

4/8 99.3 98.3

4/9 99.4 98.5

4/10 99.3 98.5

Three weeks ago when I started I was weighing in at between 208 - 210 and now my weight is between 202 - 203 so that is some really solid results so far. I have been doing a ton of boxing, no weight training, and clean diet. So the diet and training have something to do with it but still.....

Mr.50

Nice, thanks for the update 50. I took two today, and so far so good. No stim jitters, seems like I have a little more energy, but too early to tell I think. Definitely looking forward to the outcome of the first full week for myself. Keep us updated on your progress.

Mr. 50, I am curious as to what kind of thermometer you are using. I have a digital one that doesnt seem to be very accurate, reads my normal temp at 95.9 consistently. Are you doing the old mercury style, digital, or other?

Mine is a high end digital but I have compared it against the old fashion mercury and they are very comparable.
