Ive been reading endless amounts and a common theme is not to run AAS unless you are near 15% or under. I'm just curious why this?
Is it for the simple fact that you should be training for a decent length of time and go past your natural peek before using AAS which in turn would put you in that condition or is it an actualy chemical/physiological reason with natural test production of some sort?
Before that gets answered matters well throw out...what are the pro's and cons of running AAS at a higher BF% as well as the moderate to lower BF%?
Just trying to educate myself here thanks...
