Haven't worked out in a while like 6 months to a year and I'm trying to figure out which one would be more beneficial to gain some mass back while staying at my current body fat percentage or even dropping some fat. Any suggestions? Open to other supplements as well. Thank you!

Im a big fan of AE so my vote goes for it. With a 6 month break you should be able to recomp a bit if you are strict with you diet. If mass is the goal, keep the diet in a slight surplus and you should be good to go.
