If I can give you some advice, Stop Pushing Yourself!! You know you got an injury, so accept it and give it a chance to heal. Keep jackin around and you're gonna end up doing some serious damage.
Unfortunately, SFreed is right here my friend. It sucks but really man taking 2 weeks off of doing lower body movements really isn't that big of a deal... there's that cliche "it's not a sprint, it's a marathon," which I hate cause I'm the immediate results guy myself... I wanna do crazy diets that get me cut in a couple months and take drugs that get me huge in a few weeks...
But with injuries, you just gotta stop and let your body heal up. I suggest getting some MK677, which will speed up the process.
