If I can give you some advice, Stop Pushing Yourself!! You know you got an injury, so accept it and give it a chance to heal. Keep jackin around and you're gonna end up doing some serious damage.

Unfortunately, SFreed is right here my friend. It sucks but really man taking 2 weeks off of doing lower body movements really isn't that big of a deal... there's that cliche "it's not a sprint, it's a marathon," which I hate cause I'm the immediate results guy myself... I wanna do crazy diets that get me cut in a couple months and take drugs that get me huge in a few weeks...

But with injuries, you just gotta stop and let your body heal up. I suggest getting some MK677, which will speed up the process.

I know man. I thought it was healed enough for me to do lower body stuff. I missed so many days of squats. I had it in my head all weekend that I could squat again on Tuesday.

I do have some mk677 but I'm in pct. I didn't think that was something I could take during pct.

I really appreciate all the support guys. I'm just impatient. I've done this before too but with my back. But when I hurt it I was pretty incapacitated so I really couldn't work out. But when it was healed i pushed to hard and it happened again so I was down for a few week. I will get this locked down don't worry. It already feels better ;)
 
Had a pretty decent workout today. Here's the numbers. Weight came in at 185.

T bar row 135x8x6

Lat pulldown 100x15 120x12x3

Underhand cable row 100x10x3

Underhand pulldown 100x15x3

Overhand cable row 80x8-10x3

Overhead press BB w/ bands -- red x10 / red green x5x4 / green x10

Db front raises 10x10x2 / 12x10x1

Db rear flys 8x10x3
Gravity press/raises barx12x3
Band rear delts orangex8x2 (long holds)

Side delt cable raises 20x12x2


I finished off with some more shoulder work, shotgun rows, and some really light pulldowns for a good pump. I hit the abs pretty hard and did some sled work. Trying to get some stress on these tiny calves.
 
Recovery time is back to normal and I'm definitely "off cycle". I'm so sore today. I'm trying to maintain the same intensity in my lifts as in the last few weeks. But I'm noticing a difference all ready. May have to pick up some natty stuff for that placebo effect.

Next PCT I'm going to run clenbuterol, which I've read is a perfect drug to run when transitioning of a cycle. I hate the loss of motivation, lethargy, and "off" feel you initially get in pct.

I messed up today to guys. I ate a big pizza bread at about 1220. Wasted carbs plus that's a heavy food for me so close to my workout time.

Probably a discussion not suited for the Internet. lol. I will be pinning my next cycle however. Gonna run test e for atleast 12weeks. Not sure about everythinh else yet. It is in the works.

Well the food didn't come up. It tried to. Not gonna lie. But it didn't. Had a freaking great workout. Used some new modern pre. I forgot the intense pump with that stuff.

Thanks man. The chains are roughly 24 lbs each give or take a bit. So it's just over 45 lbs with two chains but I feel it hits better. Something about the weight being up there is easier on my back.

When I used a weight belt for the dips at my other gym the chains go on either side of the dipstick and show it off to the whole gym. I hated doing them for that reason alone. Now I love them. lol.
 
Freaking awesome day today. Hit some lagging parts. Left my shake sitting out too so no post snack. How long can I leave a whey shake and milk sitting out before it's sketchy? Lol.

Got to meet with my soon to be coach for a bit today. He said he's been working on some stuff for me and he's been collaborating with his coach since coaching is new to him. The downside is that he can't start actually "training" me until I'm finished with my ordered therapy. So that pushes everything back another two weeks or so. I get he's busy but I'm so ready to get started. Or atleast find out what is offered and get a game plan to talk to my wife. It may not even Happen and if that's the case I just wanna get this out of the way.

God my body is sore. Ugh.

Bro you are lookin good and obviously responding to what you are doing. Keep your nose to the grind stone. If it happens workouts and diets can be changed. If not so be it.
