I'm sure the guys would but the person in charge is an older lady and my case manager is an older lady. I don't they'd care for that. lol. Be pretty funny though. But I'd be lying if I said thirty minutes. It only takes me about 3. 5 if I go left handed.
So this morning I had a moderately supervised training day. I did upper body. I tried to follow plan but I ended up doing extra sets and changing a few things. I didn't want to go to heavy on my sets because of a few things. I'm also trying to figure out how this gym is laid out and where everything is. Couldn't do some normal stuff because they didn't have some things. But it's not a bad gym. Here's today's numbers.

I was told today that the actual "trainer" will be in on Tuesday and that they would help design a new plan for me to help reach my future goals. Stage worthy. So I guess we'll see how that really goes. They said they like my training intensity and they can tell I'm serious about lifting. So that's fun.

Thanks guys. I really want to hit my traps hard. I realized at the end of my lifts I hadn't hit them yet so threw in a couple sets. You could put a marble at the base of my neck and it wouldn't go anywhere.

?So today was a good gym day. I know the therapy I'm doing for my hand is good but my wrist has been killing me for days now. It is also fatiguing really quickly. I have to adjust my grip or stop sometimes in midset because of the pain. But I'm pushing through. The doctor said I'm not pushing myself hard enough so I gotta suck it up.
I spoke with the "trainer" today and she's legit. She knew what i was talking when we talked gym and it was awesome. She gave me a few tips and she seems pretty knowledgable. When I told her my new approach to training she laughed and said that's an awesome analogy. We talked about my aspirations to compete this coming year and you know what she said? She said that's a great goal we can make it happen. We have a new trainer who competes and coaches. I'll introduce you to him and I bet he can help you get on stage!!
I'm freaking pumped. As much as I hate what I have to do if I can get a coach out of it that'll be awesome. She said she's watched me workout a few times and she likes my intensity and focus. So��

Anyways. I'm gaining weight. Not a lot but I'm gaining weight. It's muscle too. Each scale is different but I'm up about 4 lbs on every scale. I'm bouncing around between 4 scales and my weight is around 188. Last week I was around 184ish. Here's my volume from today. I did a chest and arms hyper trophy routine.

There are three shows this year that are within short traveling distance. But I will probably shoot for the September or November show. The November one is the one TheSolution competed in this year. I know it seems far away but it's a short amount of time to really change my body. I really hope this comes to fruition. I've been talking to my wife a lot about it and she's not completely on board yet but it'll come.
