Blue Growth - A SilentBob Product Review and Dream Journal

LOL yeah, I sometimes overanalyze my dreams too. It's cool to recall your dreams, but don't read too much into them. It's good you can even remember your dreams LOL. Most of the time I can't

I try not to over analyze my dreams just relating them to things that I'm currently dealing with in my head...kinda interesting actually. I typically can't remember either. Unless I wake up and make time to replay them over in my mind before they're lost to the regular wake up routine.

Anyway gang. Total body workout this afternoon. Tonight will put Blue Growth™ to the test.

I know I always dream of snakes... I hate snakes, they give me the creeps and the fact they can bite you and kill you - well that's enough. At least with a lion or a bear you can TRY to fight - snakes, ugh.... lol :D Those are the only dreams I remember, the nightmares :D

Ha ha. Just like Indiana Jones :) Why's it always got to be snakes?! GET OFF MY PLANE!

...Oh wow, imagine Indy in Snakes on a Plane! That would be epic, get him, Sean Connery, and the kid that played Short Round trying to get those mother f-ing snakes off that mother f-ing plane. Oh yeah, and there would have to be Nazi's too...since it's Indiana Jones after all. Hollywood here I come!

Don't hate, the plot is already better than Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and you know it!

Indiana Jones and the Serpentine Cessna.

Night 18 and 19

8 hours each

No worse for wear after the total body workout. The following day I was able to jump on the bike and do 30 minutes of intervals and my legs were intact. Afterward, I had to deal w/ some things and tore out around my neighborhood for 3 miles. Don't worry, I ate plenty.

Today I was able to do another today body workout and yesterdays cycling and running did not negatively effect my squats or leg curls.

I've gotta say again that Blue Growth doesn't mess around when it comes to recovery.

When I was young, I used to dream of being in a house full of snakes and trying to escape without being bitten. This dream occurred quite often. My grandmother told me that it meant that the devil was after me. :smite::evil:

Night 20 and 21

8 hours each

Dreams:

I had that dumb dream where I am working again! :aargh:

Dreams:

I had that dumb dream where I am working again! :aargh:

buahahahahaha I hate that dream!!!
Work?
That's not a dream......that's a nightmare!!

We usually dream of what our lives and thoughts consist of. And what we are doing throughout the day before that night's dream begins.
When I was young and played a lot of checkers, I would dream of playing checkers that same night.
Go figure....

Night 22

8 hours

Dreams:

I don't know if I was chasing or being chased but at one point I was in my crawl space looking for something. It was some little critter, but I don't remember the back story or anything.

Second thing I remember was that I was carrying someone through some surf and all of a sudden a really big wave was coming in.

Night 23 and 24

6 hours and 7.5 hours

I had to go in to work early yesterday after little sleep. I was a little tuckered after work so I went home and watched me some college football. Hitting it hard today after work.

Dreams:

Alright, one dream I was driving around my neighborhood in a little six-speed car. Not really for what point or purpose. Second one I remember I in class again. One of them was weightlifting (just like highschool :) ) and I want to say that one of my old friends was in there as well.

Night 25

6.5 hours

If I can make it through a day of work on 6.5 hours of sleep with no caffeine, that's telling me that something is getting the job done.

If I can make it through a day of work on 6.5 hours of sleep, no caffeine, AND still get in a dirty leg workout after work, that's telling me that something is going above and beyond in terms of recovery.

I couldn't remember my dreams other than the fact that I know that I did dream, which sucks cause it's fun to remember the craziness. Maybe I'll dream big tonight since I can devote however much time I feel like to sleep.

Night 26

9 hours

It's morning and I was able to successfully get out of bed and walk to the bathroom without any pain in my legs. Good sleep after leg workout does wonders I suppose.

Dreams:

Some friends and I was being chased by what appeared to be either zombies or possessed people through some city I didn't recognize. If I remember correctly, I was possessed or something myself which gave me the ability to jump very high and very far while also being able to withstand a lot of damage...from say, a group of zombies chasing me. I think I was tasked with taking said possessor somewhere; all the while being chased by that group of zombies. I don't recall if I made it there or not...fell asleep with the tv on and that damn P90X infomercial work me up.

I have no idea what that dream means, maybe that I should write the next great American novel.

Nights 27 - 30

Averaged 7 hours of sleep per night.

This week has not been very kind. I had to pick up the slack at work a little bit and that definitely added some stress to my days that affected my lifting as well as my sleeping. It's over now but the damage is done. I only wish it hadn't happened while I was taking Blue Growth.

Dreams:

In true, "Dangit!" fashion I had that dream of work again. Some female employee I've never seen before wanted me to help a customer who was asking about the 'weiner pills,' of course this type of scenario happens pretty much every day that ends in -y, but I'd rather zombie apocalypse dreams or other random wanderings than being at work.

And with this update comes the end of Blue Growth. I have to go to work in the next hour (are we seeing a common theme here?) so I will try to put together a final review when I get home tonight.

O Dreaming One.

This has been a great thread.

As Vishnu sleeps 'pon the coiled serpent with the sacred lotus eminating from his navel, dreaming the dream of actual existence with the creator Brahma sprouting from the lotus leaf in Vishnu's hand............KEEP DREAMING!!!

Dreams are not only what our sleeping conscious enjoys, but it is the reality of our non-sleeping existence as well. The Dream of Life.

"Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily,
Life is but a dream."

Sleep and dream the dreams of immortality and wake to dream again!!!

Dude this log has been awesome to read, we're noticing strange dreams across the board!!! I personally enjoy them; falling asleep with the TV on, watching some strange movie really makes it interesting hahaha. Looking forward to your final review

SilentBob's Final Review of Blue Growth™

First off I'd again like to thank Controlled Labs and RenegadeRows for allowing me the opportunity to try out their new product. I'd also like to thank you guys for following me and my dream journal for the past month. It got a little crazy at work towards the latter half of the log, but I thank you all for toughing it out with me. Now, on to the goods.

Serum GH level enhancement/Deeper, more restful, sleep

Usually within 20 minutes of taking Blue Growth my eyes felt heavy and I was ready to pass out. I did notice that I felt more refreshed upon waking when I was taking Blue Growth. I guess waiting a little bit before posting my final review gives me a better idea as to how much Blue Growth was providing insofar as sleep quality.

As I mentioned it has been a very busy, stressful time at work and my sleep has suffered because of that. Thankfully that for the majority of the business, I had Blue Growth at my side to help the 6 and 7 hour nights of sleep feel more like the 8+ hours of sleep that I prefer. This is another point that I notice so much more after running out of Blue Growth.

Promote Muscle Strength and Size

Strength and Size. One is easy to measure, the other not so much. I've been able to steadily make some gains up in strength after dropping down to about 170lb. The strength however is steadily coming back. I don't really know about size. The cardio that I'm currently doing is pretty much negating any size gains I could be getting from my workouts. But I'm eating a lot more on cardio days to make sure I don't lose any more weight.

Supports overall health and endothelial function/Enhanced skin

Well...I ate a whole thing of bad shrimp last week and didn't get as much as a runny nose from it. Does that count? I thought that it was buttered or something because it had some slimey stuff on it since it was stored in the fridge. Apparently it had been in there for over 2 weeks. Blue Growth and Bob's Iron Constitution kept illness at bay, hooray!

I also haven't had any issues with acne. Occasionally after using an exfoliate on my face I'll end up with one or two, but I haven't had anything like that during this log. Fantastic!

How would you rate Blue Growth?

I would rate Blue Growth a solid B+/A- for what I was able to get out of it versus what Controlled Labs listed as the key attributes of the product. I like how you get a full 30 days worth of product in one bottle. Some of the other GH products that I've tried only have between 10-20 days worth of servings when using the full serving size.

Would you recommend Blue Growth to others?

Absolutely!

Thanks again for the support gang! Now it's off to work...maybe October will be less stressful for your friendly neighborhood, zombie apocalypse dreaming, silent one.

nice review Bro Jetson

What's next on the agenda?

"Did you ever have a job that you hated and worked real hard at? A long, hard day of work. Finally you get to go home, get in bed, close your eyes and immediately you wake up and realize... that the whole day at work had been a dream. It's bad enough that you sell your waking life for minimum wage, but now they get your dreams for free"

One of my fave quotes from one of my fave movies.

Good log.
