Day 24

Shoulders & Abs

Seated Side Laterals superset with Shoulder Press - 2 sets of 20/95 at 10 reps each.
Reverse Pec Dec superset with Machine Lateral Raise - 1 set of 100/lvl 8 for 10 reps each
Dropset - Cable Front Raise at 50/54/40 at 8 reps each

200 reps of various ab exercises

20 minutes of low intensity cardio on the treadmill.

Energy seemed to be better today. I think one of the reasons I'm losing energy/focus is I've been on the same routine for about 12 weeks now. I'm starting to get bored with it. I'm going to start a new routine once PCT starts although I'm not sure what it will be yet. Probably something focusing on hypertrophy.
 
Day 25

Workout was 1.5 hours of full court basketball. Had a pretty good day. Started off a little slow but ended strong. Counting the SDNG caps now, and I have enough caps to only last 2 more days. Since I don't workout on the weekends, I may only take 2 caps on Saturday and Sunday and take my last dose of SDNG on Monday with a Chest and Biceps workout.

Strength measurements before -
BB Bench Press - 275 for 3 reps
Deadlift - 350 for 3 reps
Weighted Dips - BW + 85 for 3 reps
Weighted Chins - BW + 45 for 3 reps

Strength measurements after -
BB Bench Press - 285 for 3 reps
Deadlift - 385 for 3 reps
Weighted Dips - BW + 125 for 3 reps (PR)
Weighted Chins - BW + 65 for 3 reps (PR)

Also would like to note, that while doing my after strength test, I decided to go for a 1 rep max for bench and deadlifts. I hit 300 for 1 rep on bench press, although I felt I could have got 2 but didn't want to push it because I didn't have a spotter. Got 400 for 1 rep on the deadlift which is a PR for me. The last time I hit 300 or above on bench was my last 1-AD cycle. Shortly after the cycle, I got severe tendonitis in my right shoulder and had to layoff pressing movements for about 12 weeks. When I got back in, I lost a lot of strength. So after 2 years, I'm finally back at 300 again. To say the least I was pretty stoked.

Before doing my final strength test, I felt SDNG was specifically a pre-wo stim but lacked in the strength dept. When I look back at my #'s the last couple of weeks I noticed my numbers increased each week but no dramatic increases like when I ran 1-test. For example, on SDNG I upped the weight by 5lbs a week, but while on 1-test I was jumping up 10-15lbs. So with that said, I'll say that SDNG gives sneaky strength. You really don't realize how much you've gained because it's nothing dramatic but when you add up all the small increments over the weeks, it's a pretty nice increase.

Strength - 8 (Nothing dramatic but nice slow-steady stength increases)

Energy - 10 (This stuff is one of the best supps I've taken energy wise. The biggest thing I liked about it was I didn't crash. It gave me a nice boost without feeling like crap a few hours later. Also, while doing cardio, it caused me to sweat profusely. )

Endurance - 6.5 (Gave me decent endurace but nothing out of the ordinary from other endurance supps.)

Alpha Male - 9 (After about a week, I started noticing the alpha male mentality. I wasn't overly aggressive or anything, but had really good focus and motivation in the gym. I usually talk in between sets, but I've found myself just staying focused on the weights and pushing through each rep).

Libido - 5 (Didn't negatively or postively affect my libido).

The only cons I had with SDNG was if taken to late it WILL cause insomnia. For me, if I took any pills after 5 then I could expect to be restless at bedtime. The only other con I had was mild increase in blood pressure, but this subsided after 7-10 day mark.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by SDNG. I would highly recommend this product for a cut or recomp. I thank the AX crew for giving me a shot to try their product.

I'm currently running AX's Advanced post cycle therapy along with IGF-2+RPM+Cissus+Creatine. Nothing heavy needed for post cycle therapy for SDNG, an over the counter will work fine (aka 6 oxo, aPCT, etc..)

I ordered Novedex XT for my PCT. Do you think this will suffice? I have read else where that I need something stronger? But than I also read that I dont need much of anything. Thanks, your opinion helps.
PS Im a Charlotte boy, go Panthers!! Well maybe next week.
 
LOL, yeah the Panthers got handled pretty good by the Colts. And they looked so good after the first drive.

Novedex XT will be fine for PCT. The info I got from the AX's guys was only mild PCT was needed.

Well I know that SDNG is not true SUPERDROL, but would novedex be able to bring me back from using SDNG? Im really not finding much about SDNG most of my searches bring up the the real superdrol.

You are going to be so sad to find out that Anabolic Xtreme just took the name of a steroid so effective that the FDA stepped in and forced them to stop producing it and used it on a product that has NO resemblance to the original. The FDA will never stop them from producing this "new superdrol" and it will not produce the gains that the original produced.

AX really just wanted your money so they fooled you.

Gaspari did the same thing with Halodrol. The stuff they sell today under the same name is so ineffective (IMHO) that they need to use a hot nearly naked model with her legs spread just to sell the stuff. But the Gaspari reps say that ad campaign is a huge success.

Now that these companies have discovered that you don't need to produce effective products to make bank they ain't ever gonna. (IMHO)

So are you saying that I shouldnt even take it? I knew that I wasnt ordering a steroid, I was just looking for something that gave me the aggresiveness that I felt when I took the old finigenx. In the reviews etc. that I read it looked as if this would do the job.

As for post cycle therapy, yes. We do recommend aPCT for it - a light PCT that will do the trick just nicely. Nothing fancy, no SERM or anything.

I found this on a diff. site. It supprising to me that the reps at AX wouldnt get more in depth on a topic of such importance.
 
people are upset because of the re-use of the NAME! Those same people have probably not TRIED the product.

Your thinking is 100% correct. It will give you nice aggression in the gym and inital testers have seen 5 pound gains while also losing bodyfat.

Novedex XT will work fine as a PCT product off of Superdrol NG!

Start another thread and let us know your thoughts when you are done! :thumbsup:
 
Thanks so much for jumping in and clearing this up, I have been loosing sleep over this. I ordered it over night air and I am not taking any other sups right now so Ill certainly post a log.

Just an fyi for anyone interested, my aPCT+IFG-2+RPM has had a very positive affect on libido during PCT. I'm 34 and have a libido like I was 24.
 
Did you notice a dramatic negative effect on your labido while taking SDNG? I had negative effects when I was taking 19 nortren but after my PCT with Novedex I was all better.

I noticed a decrease in libido the first few weeks but it wasn't anything drastic. I could still perform fine, just didn't have sex on the brain 24/7 like most times.
