For those of you not informed on Lipo-PM, here's a brief breakdown.

Where do I want to be at the end of my Lipo-PM run?
My ultimate goal is to lose 1% BF during my Lipo-PM run. So that would be 10.7%.
Also, just an fyi about me, I have high blood pressure so I have to watch it daily. My wife's a nurse so it's not a big deal to get it checked regulary. That's one of the main reasons I wanted to run Lipo-PM was because of the stimulant free formula. So not only will I review my bf%, but will be checking my blood pressure as well.
My diet will consist of:
Morning Shake
10oz Skim milk
1/2 cup of Oats
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Pwder
1/2 bananna
Cinammon to taste
Pre w/o
6oz of lean meat (chicken, fish or red meat)
veggies
1/2 cup of fiber one cereal
1/2 apple
Post w/o
6oz of lean meat (chicken, fish or red meat)
veggies
1/2 cup of fiber one cereal
1/2 apple
Dinner
6oz of lean meat (chicken, fish or red meat)
veggies
small piece of fruit (like handful of grapes, strawberries, etc...)
handful of walnuts

6oz of Skim Milk+6oz of Hood Milk
3 tsp of natty PB.

Will be using Chad Waterbury's Harbinger Hypertrophy routine. It's basically a 3 day, full body routine with different periodization principles.

Exercises will vary from week to week and I will incorporate supersets on alternating weeks.
I will perform low intensity cardio after each w/o consisting of 20 minutes. Usually around a 3.5 incline and 3.5 speed.
I took my first dose of Lipo-PM Sunday night (April 5). I took 2 caps and had no issues with sleep. After a 3 day start-up period, I'm going to up my dosage to 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps at night.
