When that crazy introductory promo MonteRXS provided for radiates two new flavors, cherry slush and sour peach rings, dropped I picked up a bottle of each.

And so I decided to run this as a log. I have both new flavors and monte is going to send me a few samples of the original so I can compare throughout the log.

I had not been able to give these bad boys a try bc I was still running a different thermo and wanted to finish that up before jumping into the radiation. Believe me staring at those bottles every day and not having even cracked them ajar proved I got the will power in me.

In any case cherry slush saw the light of day this morning. I dosed as prescribed on the bottle half hour before eating.

Initial thoughts: taste was yummy. Very nice cherry flavor and although there wasn't any in the drink, I could almost taste that crushed ice which predominates the fair ground treat.

Mixed perfectly.

Over the years I've kinda messed up my tolerance for stims bc I get a good vibe and energy but I never get the crazies like me I've read others get with stims. But the energy was there and it kicked in before I had my breakfast. What really stood out to me was the "as advertised" laser focus. Really wonderful in the zone feel. Lasted for hours too. And this has the huperzine a in it, I can't imagine what the OG will be like with the noopept.

I've been cutting for months now. Last year I cut from 22 to 7.8 percent but lost so much lbm I was determined to never go that route again.

After a crazy bulking offseason, where I gained, no joke, 40 lbs of scale weight from September to January, I knew I was bigger but I was also fat if I'm being honest with myself. So the goal of this cutting season was twofold, shedding the fat while retaining as much lbm as possible.

I've been cutting since late January. I've been changing things up as I've been going along. But I found my groove back in April. I decided to use thermos and cardio to raise my tdee which allowed me to feed more than conceivable to me, fir someone cutting. So let's say my tdee was around 3000 for the day, I'd make sure I came in around 2700-2900 calories eaten that day. This still kept me in deficit but a.) it created a mental state that I wasn't cutting at all. B) a recomp effect sort of burgeoned, the fat was dropping, the person in the mirror looked better each day and yet only slight drops in scale weight.

In the past I would've freaked out. And tbh the first bit of time this year I questioned what I was thinking. But then I started seeing the mirror as a more reliable indicator of change and just rolled with that. My moods been better for it too. No more feeling drained mentally on a regular basis, no more leaving the house and forgetting the keys. None of that stuff, that was so last year.

Then I started getting comments from ppl at the gym and then ppl asking how I was doing this. So anyhow this combined with the mirror effect solidified my plan.

Ok, now that this back story is behind us... you know how I'll be eating throughout this log. I'm not big on listing all my meals in my logs, but too time consuming on a daily basis but maybe I'll throw some food porn in here from time to time, as I'm planning on taking this, if it works like everyone is saying, all the way into my bulking season too.

Just a quick idea of what I ate today:

Breakfast- bowl of oatmeal, shake

Lunch- wrap with 2oz of hard salami, 4 oz capicola and 3 oz smoked ham.

Preworkout- nothing.

Intraworkout- 1 scoop ISO with 1 scoop dextrose

Post(in gym) 2 scoops humapro

Dinner- 3 oz chicken, 4 oz Italian sausage, 15 sprigs asparagus, 4 oz peppers and onions mix, 1 cup brown rice

Evening snack- 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup Greek yogurt with sliced peaches and 8 strawberries plus 1/4 cup almonds.

That's about typical I guess, but I had donuts the past cpl days as well. So nothing is really off the table as long as I keep my heart rate up and burn away.

My workouts are fast paced in terms of rest and I do a lot of giants and supers with miss and liss endcapping the session. 2 times a week I'll skip the liss and go with a metcon circuit.

Today's workout:
15 min jog @6mph

Giant set: 4x15 each
Plate raise. 45
Side lateral raises 30
Db front raises 30
Seated rear fly 30

Giant set 4x15 each
Inclined shoulder press 50
Military 50
Side lateral raises machine 75
Lying rear fly 25

Db shrugs 4x12 65,70,75,80

Barbell shrug 4 min set. I grab a weight I can easily do for 12-15 reps with 30 sec rest in between and rest as needed until timer runs out. 185-15,15,12,12,10,8,7

Tri set 3x15. 25lbs each
Wood chopper
What I call baseball swing
Pallof rotation

15 decline crunches

15 min elliptical

Whole thing took 2 hrs including cardio

Same dosing as yesterday. To save on reiteration unless noted it'll be the dosing protocol going forward. After waking 30 min b4 first feeding.

Today the focus was just as good as yesterday but interesting thing I observed was that today I could actually feel the focus coming on. It was like a blind being raised letting the light in as it gets fully opened. This happened fast full focus was def going within 30 minutes. Felt the energy a little more this morning but it was so damn dreary outside here it still took me a long time getting going today. Side note: I have s.a.d. And dreary days puts me in a depression state. Sucks bad, wish it on no one. But in a kinda cool way I could sense the radiate telling the depression to go f itself and about 3 hrs later I was ready to go.

Today was arms, calves and abs. But I pretty much hit abs in some way everyday. But workout was great. I wasn't even sure I'd get to the gym when I woke but got there and got a damn good sweat on.

Last circuit some dude decided to do yoga in my lane so not to stop I did a set of zotman curls 20x20. He wasn't done so I just said to hell with him and high kneed right over him. He wasn't happy but screw him. He was tiny and certainly wasn't gonna do nothing about it.

Finished up with15 minutes elliptical

That entire session burned 1900 calories in 2.5 hrs.

Oh I use intra workout protein mixed with dextrose in case ppl were wondering.

So just thought of something I forgot to mention earlier.

I really had to force myself to eat like I normally do during the day. This stuff really curbs the appetite like nothing I've taken b4. That said I have around 900 cals I have to eat to just get back to being at a 250 cal deficit for the day....can you say hello donuts

Loving this so far.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day. If it's nice out I'll take it but if it's crappy I think I might go fir a swim

Glad you experience the appetite suppression. TheMyth doesn't feel it but it absolutely squashes mine. Pretty interesting how compounds can impact people differently.

Side note, do you supplement with Vitamin D and probiotics?

I take 5k vit d3 each day. I do take probiotics a few times a year only. I get stomach issues about 2-3 times a year and and the probiotics regulate me.

Oh I didn't notice it yesterday but man the suppression was in full force today

Wound up taking the rest day and I did nothing. Actually planned on going to see baby driver at the regal but dumbass me got the times messed up and didn't bother going back.

Really just loafed about the house all day, outside taking the dog for a 20 minute walk.

Energy was as it's been, focus is great 3 days running now so I'm gonna assume it'll b like this going forward. Appetite suppressant def apparent again today, which worked out great as my tdee was very low today.

This week is double legs, so tomorrow will either be power day or hyper day, haven't made mind up yet

Today was rather interesting. I couldn't decide whether I should go for power or for mad reps with legs today. As I mentioned yesterday this week is double legs. I try to rotate each week with Day 6 repeating day 1.

Anyhow took my radiate, which after only a few days now, I have to say it's actually something I look forward to upon waking. Focus remains amazing. Energy just enough for me to start my morning functioning lol. And the appetite suppression is real with radiate. However post workout I was ridiculously famished and wound up eating 3 slices of Stromboli. It's cool I still have 1k or so cals under tdee for the day, still deciding what I want to use those last 600-650 cals on later, which will still leave me with a nice deficit.

Ok so got to the gym and I still hadn't made my mind up yet. Lol. Did my cardio and decided I'd let things go lay out as they would. Two weeks ago I was rack pulling and some guy I know tapped my shoulder mid pull and I was in the zone and didn't see him coming up. Well anyhow I flinched or something with 500 lbs coming up and tweaked my low back. I hadn't been able to squat or pull since then, but felt good today so figured that's where I'd start.

The workout:

15 min jog @6 mph ( in retrospect I prob should stopped at about 10 minutes)

Squat. 13x6. 30-45 sec rest between. Just enough time to change plates.
Bw, 45, 95, 135, 225,245, 275,285,290,275,250,225,185

Lots of volume and tut with the limited rest periods. Got what I consider 4 real working sets, 6 if you count the 245,250. Before I got hurt I was doing 325 for 6 so bit of a drop off but I wasn't doing more than 6 minutes cardio prior and was taking more rest too so not bad seeing I hadn't done squats in 2 weeks

Sumo dl. 5x6. 135,225,275,325,325. Only got 2 the third go round with the 325's. Came back down and did 275x8,225x12

Wasn't really pleased with those highs today, was hitting 360-370 two weeks ago but all things considered not an awful first day back pulling.

Threw some plates down and did a few deficits. 3x7. Light stuff, just to stretch the hams out a bit as they were pretty sore already. 135,185,205

Leg extensions 4 min set
130x10,7,6,7,6,4,5,5,4,3

Seated leg curl 4 min set
150x 12,10,6,6,7,4,5,4,3

Standing calf machine 20x5
8@340,2@350,5@330,310,300,290,280,270

Seated calf raises 4 min set
70x15,13,10,10,9,8,9

I'm a creature of habit. If I like the way something is going I'll pretty much stick to it until I feel progress has stalled. Since I started this 20x5 standing straight legs whether at the bar or smith or machine then going into the seated for time my calves have been feeling big and seem to be permanently swole. So this'll kinda be what you'll be seeing for calf work for a while. I hit them 3 times a week btw.

Metcon. 12 minutes. 2 rounds was all I had at this point.
Kb carry 40x55
Kb calf 40x15
Kb carry 40x55
Kb rdl 40x15
Bw walking lunges 30 per side
Mountain climbers 30
Walking high knees 40
Bw step up 40 per foot

Finished with an easy 10 minutes on the elliptical

Workout was 2.25 hours in total today.

Gyms only open for a little bit tomorrow and I know me, and that pretty much means I'll never get up early enough to do what I need to do in the am and still get there in time for a workout. But clocks set early so who knows.

If I don't make it in I'll just have to whack arm day and do a cpl sets of tris after chest and a cpl sets of bis after back days. And I'll just do some ab work and cardio around the house. No big plans as my parents don't want to do anything, most my friends are out of town and sister and her family are going to the baseball game. So pretty much sit back on the porch and watch the fireworks, as I have a great view of the sky where the shoot them off.

I'll check in tomorrow but for those who don't have a safe a fun 4th

Really amazed at the appetite suppressing aspect of radiate. I'm always hungry but since starting this I've had to force myself to feed. All other aspects the same as b4. Good energy great focus

Had some serious doms in hams today. Hit me right when I woke up this am. Did a bit of foam rolling and felt a little better. Got to the gym in late afternoon and gave my typical jogging warmup a shot. Only could bear 6 minutes. Did a bit more intense rolling at the gym and felt better again.

Bat wings 65 lbs-4x5 30 sec rest

Straight arm pulldown 4 minute set
50lbs-x 20,15,11,8,8,6,6

Rack pull 6x5. Bar, 135,225?315,405,495. Tried 515 but only got 3
405x6, 315x12,225x15.

Was pretty good as I really only took enough rest to add weight.

I love rack pulling. I love the way if you do it right u really hit the lowest parts of the lats and for me u just get this super hero feeling for the rest of the session

30-45 sec rest
Bent over row 225-3x8
Reverse grip 185-3x10

Regular grip. Wide-neutral-close tri set
135x12-10-8

Seated row drops 1 min between sets
200x10/140x8/100x10
220x8/160x6/120x10
240x5/180x6/140x10

Ss. 30 sec between each set
Rope straight arm pulldown 2x15 30,40. 50x10
Vbar pulldown 140x10,120x11,100x12

Wide grip pulldown 30 sec rest
3x15 85,100,120

1 arm pulldown 2 min set each arm
45x12,9,7,7

Great finisher imo

Calves
Smith calf raises 30 sec rest
20x5 4 sets of 5. 315,295,275,245

Seated calf 4 minute set
80x20,15,15,13,10,10

Calves were obliterated at this point.

Tried some metcon but gave up after first three movements as abductors were killing me at this point.
Did 40 paces walking high knees, 30 mountain climbers and 30 per leg bw walking lunges

Stretched the abductirs addu tore out a bit with a really slow and focused ss
60x30 reps each

Was planning on hitting the stair master but no f'n way my calves screamed at me. So went back to elliptical for 15 minutes

Not a ton of cardio today. I like averaging about 35-40 per day hit 20 in today. But with rest periods so low still burned a ton.

Haven't really been eating crazy high like I had been doing. Was rolling out high 2000s last cpl days I've had to force myself to eat up to 2500. This suppression in radiate is unreal how well it works.

I wonder what the dichotomy on a bulk would look like when you're using radiate and say something like mk-677 or origin which both increase appetite. You'd have a holy war going on inside you lol

Gonna go cherry slush again tomorrow which will complete week 1. Friday I'll crack open the peach rings and run that for a week. Then hopefully the original orange candy samples will get here by then to run that after the peach. My mail here is super slow btw so I'm sure it'll get here soon as I think it's been a bit over a week since monte sent them out.

Loving it so far. Tomorrow is shoulder traps. Gonna do a different program from last week. A bit more lower reps early then go higher reps later. Kinda like a did today with back.

Today was a whole lot of fun. Out of all the splits, shoulder traps comes in right behind back. It's a combo reason. 1.) I just love how much variations u can run with delts and 2. I get the sickest delt pumps lol. Unfortunately they go down the quickest of all the pumps. But for that 2-4 hrs I love me some mirror time lol

Doms almost gone. Ran for 10 min but had to stop, not bc of hams today, but bc bathroom called at the wrong time.

Anyhow.

Went for that moderate rep range for some lifts today, but keeping rest low still, so best of both worlds I guess.

When I first started lifting this way I really was disappointed at how low the lack of rest impacted some of my lifts, this is even with using peako2 which is a miracle for keeping those rest periods down without sacrificing too much power. But yeah u can't go as heavy as if u were giving yourself say 2 min between sets. But once I was able to keep ego in check I realized that yes def a lot lower but the amount of reps I could hit in the same time frame actually wound up equating to more work done. Anyhow.

No real new notes about radiate except everything is still going great in terms of focus, energy and oh yeah appetite suppression

Finished up 1 week on radiate and so far this is a direct comparison to some other products I've used:

Averages.
Resting heart rate normal 60 bpm
Rhr viper hyperdrive 64 bpm 30 day avg
Rhr red sky 66 bpm 30 day avg
Rhr radiate 67 bpm 7 day avg

What this data tells me is that while all these products effectively raised my resting heart rate without going into any danger zones. Radiate had the highest rhr increase but also the smallest sample size of the 3 products to date.

Increasing rhr is important, perhaps the most important aspect of a thermogenic product as it helps burn more calories while at rest, which maximizes the amount of burn u can get in a day. There's more science here as to its importance, but to be honest my thumb is tired of typing so I'll just let it go here lol

Peach rings flavor is the bomb. So so tasty. I really love be the cherry slush but I think the peach rings flavor is even better.

Same, as I knew it would be, results as with the slush. Nice energy, crazy focus and suppression of appetite. Really looking big radiate and it's only been 8 days now. I've taken products that are great the first few days but really wane as u go on. Who knows perhaps that happens here too but after 8 days now it's pretty darn consistently good.

Second leg day.

20 minutes jog @ 6 mph

I went 5 minutes longer to fan I'd planned bc the racks were full and didn't want to do something else before squatting. Prob sapped some energy doing the extra jogging but it's what it is.

Squats from bottom position to start
5x10 135,135,185,225,245.

Normal back squats. 3x10 245,225,185.

Dl. Traditional. 6x12 135,185,225,245,225,185

Rdl 2x15. 135lbs

Hack squat 100x12,200x10,250x10,200x12,100x15

Kneeling single leg curl
3x12 40,50,60. 2x10 70,80

I do these with a very prolonged negative portion.

Smith calf raises 20x5. 10@325,5@315,5@275

Seated calf raises 4 min set

15 minutes elliptical

Today was actually the longest day I've been at the gym this week but the shortest actual workout time. Cpl 16 year old kids from down the street must've joined up and spent some good time before the elliptical talking with them. It's cool that ppl ask for advice but man is it bad of me to just wish they would've stopped by the house and ask questions rather then stop me during my session. Anyhow just felt like getting that out.

Hope you all have a great Sunday. I'll be resting but prob gonna go for a nice walk around the neighborhood just bc I enjoy it. Yeah I'm old. Lol

Kneeling single leg curl

I do these with a very prolonged negative portion.

I agree...I've tried og orange, cherry and peach...peach is my favorite-although all the flavors are very drinkable, imo.

Workout was way too long today as I forgot to prep the dextrose and only had bcaas. But got through it and ate like a freak afterwards. Seems like the appetite suppression couldn't stop the hunger post workout today. But after that haven't been hungry at all been cpl hours too. Must just be how intense and long that session was. 3 is too long though.

Best energy day so far. I'm not positive as it kinda just occurred to me, but it seems like the energy level is actually increasing with each day. I'm going to pay attention specifically to this going forward as this idea is seemingly counterintuitive, as usually energy levels wane as the body gets used to ingredient combinations. Very interesting if this holds true.

But anyhow great energy and focus has been off the charts since starting this. Appetite back to suppression state too.

Just a little update.

All previous notes regarding radiate holding true. It's almost 2 weeks now and the resting heart rate is holding and my tdee has risen from 3150 to 3315. Keeping cardio at roughly 40 min per day and running a lot of high rep low rest. So that's been pretty consistent. The fact that simply by adding radiate increases tdee by 165 per day is amazing. It makes sense too seeing the resting heart rate has risen so who knows how this trend continues but so far this data is very substantial in showing what many others have said so far, that radiate is an exceptional product.

The cool part is I'm seeing these things in just under 2 weeks. And have a whole ton more radiate in stock.

Got the OG orange candy samples in the mail today. Thanks MonteRXS. I'll run those starting on Sunday then go back to cherry and then I'll do a direct compare of the two formulas. From looking at labels it appears at a quick scan that the only real difference is the noopept in the OG and the huperzine a in the new ones. But again I just glanced through the labels kinda quick after the samples arrived. And oh btw, those are the absolutely best packaged samples in the biz, so aesthetic I almost don't want to break the wrapper open lol

I've slightly lowered the cardio the past cpl days, slightly, but my cals burned are rising, which is incredibly. That combined with not really being hungry is an unreal combination for a thermo to provide. I've been forcing myself to eat though, bc I just don't want 1k plus deficit. 2-300 is fine with me and is what's been working.

I'd love to see the logs or documented results from overweight ppl doing traditional cuts with 2k or lower feeds. I bet their weight loss for 1 bottle is nothing the industry has seen, especially if they're doing high rep low rest and just a modest amount of cardio. Crazy how these ingredients combine in such a way.

Legs and calves. All going strong on the radiate front. Nothing really new to report on that today.

Warmed up with 20 min jog at 6.1 mph

I've been building my speed up over the past month but in retrospect today really was one of those times I should've stopped at first sweat around 11 min.

Squats suffered imo. Weight just felt way heavier than it should've.
5x10 155,185,225,250,230

The 250 felt like hell. I guess seeing this was post 20 min cardio I can take a salvo but kinda wasted opportunity if u ask me. That number should've been 285-290

Sumo dl
Again sapped but even though numbers aren't great I felt pretty good about a few of these pulls as I could really feel the hams glute and abdictors doing there thing

Grabbed the 110s. Put en on the floor, reached down looked at them, didn't really want to, was about to when dude asks if he could borrow them. I took it as a sign lol

70-3x12.

That was that.

Calves.
Standing bb 20x5. 335x4,315x2,275x2,225x12

These blew bad. The rack was set up too low and out of laziness I didn't want to strip it down from person before me and then reset. Should've as the start up was way too much work.

Standing calf bb 135x75. 3 non stop sets of 25 front, inside, outside

Seated calf 4 min set. 55x29,15,13,10,12,11,10

Treadmill 20 minutes walking

Oh well days like this happen. It's my own fault for killing the cardio early but hey calves were all types of swole so that's a win.

Tomorrow is second chest day so looking forward to doing some different movements from Monday

So today was a planned rest day. My sis wanted to get trained, so figured I'd do a little cardio in addition to showing her a good full body workout. So she confirms with me last night. Bc of that I went ahead and got to the gym but she, as usual was running late. So hopped on the treadmill while I waited. 25 min were up when she texted me, now get this, her pit is constipated so she won't be able to make it. Lol.

So I was there.,..

Total cardio 1 hr. 45 min jog [email protected]. So new record for me there.

Ended with 15 min stair.

In between I messed around with some leg stuff I really hadn't done In awhile

Leg press. 540x15,720x12,900x10,1000x8.

Those hurt so so good. Best I've hit on press in long long time.

Abduction adduction ss 150-3x20

Ok enough about the workout

Hit up the orange candy this am. Taste was nice, so glad it wasn't an over powering orange flavor. If I were to rank the tastes, which I do like all 3, I'd go peach, cherry, orange

The effects of thE OG were insane. The energy came on strong. In fact that's the best I've felt rocking cardio in such a long time. Got an amazing sensation while running and the sweat was a river. Felt amazing.

I also noticed at times through the morning I almost felt drunk if I can remember that feeling correctly seeing I haven't been technically drunk in 6 years. But a euphoric type focus, almost hazy at times, def different but good too. Tough to truly pin down a description that nails the overall feeling though.

Imo after only one use, if say the OG is by far more potent than the new formula. They both work great but the OG packs more punch and that crazy focus I mentioned with the new ones is taken up five notches. The only explanation I can come up with is that noopept reacts strongly In me. I've used huperzine a by itself before so I know how that is and it's s great compound bc of its ability to play off other compounds, enhancing them and what not. Never had noopept b4 today but wow. Color me impressed. I know it's only one time now but I think the OG is my favorite if the 3.

Anyhow that's my initial reaction.

Day 2 of orange candy was even better than day 1.

This euphoria focus thing is crazy cool. Elevated my mood a good bit, been a bit down bc of a cpl diff things and this little lift was a welcome gift fir sure.

Energy i feel is a bit more apparent with OG too. The best way I can compare the two is with the new formula u know the energy is there but it's like it's working behind the scenes, whereas the OG pops it's head from behind the curtain making sure u know.

The main thing though, besides the cool focus thing, is that about the 12 min mark during a run u get this urge to keep going and feel thoroughly invigorated in the process. FireTitan told me a while back that radiate is awesome for cardio and man he is so right. I hate cardio in general, I just do it bc I know it's needed and it allows me to eat more lol. But since using radiate, and the OG in particular, I'm actually enjoying doing the cardio. And the sweats are insane.

Today's session
30 min jog at 6.3 mph. Was supposed to be 15 but kept extending it lol

Ok day 3 of orange candy and I'm officially in love. As a matter of fact I may go ahead and pick up a cpl of tubs at months end when I get some extra cash. Now don't get me wrong I really like the new ones too but I've found out with supps that some just connect with you in a perfect kind of way, and that's what I'm finding with the original. Who knows maybe it's just a sweet spot days 10 and on and orange just happens to b the one I'm using when that sweet spot kicked in. We'll see and damn btw I can't believe I'm almost 3 weeks into this log already, boy had time flown.

Same great results as past cpl days. Cardio just getting better and better ran 30 min at 6.4 mph which I didn't know but my sister who runs 5ks all the time says that this speed is really good fir that distance and I should think about running one. Now I don't know about that but one things for sure,if I do, I'll be radiating for sure.

Ok today's workout

Another super solid day. Radiate running supremely strong. I always like to note this bc sometimes u take a product and it's awesome but then a week or so later after continuous use the effects aren't as pronounced. I see none of that happening here, in fact it seems like it's actually notching up instead. Again tho that could be because technically it's two different formulas so far but majority of ingredients are the same so I'm pretty sure the only real difference would prob be in the diff types of feel in regards to the focus, which I've noted a few times.

Today I decided to up the speed to 6.5 mph and just go until I couldn't go anymore. Well I ran 5 miles which is more than I've ever done that I can recall. But could've gone longer too but capped it there.

50 min. 46 @6.5 mph

I do not care for cardio but having fun pushing myself to one up myself each day and the overall feel I get from the radiate makes it enjoyable. This run I did today isn't any groundbreaking feat but I'm very proud of myself for having done this, as, tbph, I never thought I'd do this or could do this at this level.

Today was a kind of tough one. I may have mentioned on here b4 that when it's really overcast and dreary out I get very depressed. Well it was crappy as can be today, actually lot of flooded roads too which just added to the fun. It hit me hard but the mood elevation I get from radiate gave me enough jump to get out and get to the gym.

Really had no interest in doing any sort of real cardio today. Did 10 min easy elliptical to warm up and then 10 minutes super easy level on the stairs to wrap it up.

Squat 3x10. Bw,45,135. 6x6. 225,245,275,295,305.

Considering how I felt and seeing I hadn't broken 300 in a bit of time since I dropped most my winter bulk weight. This was a good going and while I would've loved to jump that last set to three plates. The 6th 305 almost didn't come back up or at least my legs felt that way at least.

Sumo dl 2x10. 155,225. 6x6. 275,315,335,340,315,315

Very pleased with these pulls. While I'm still down from the 365x6 I was pulling a month or so ago. The cumulative pulls above 315 is the most work I've pulled in a while. The 335 went so easy, in hindsight I prob should've bumped it to 345 but figured I'd just go 340. That went fine, last rep was kinda tough but nothing I wouldn't normally bump it another five bc of, but my history with injuries from pulling told me to b happy I made a step in the right direction and finish strong with 2 more at 315. Happy with this too.

Was kinda shot after this but did a cpl more things

Deficit 225-3x8

Walking lunges 20x15,30x10,40x5

Standing calf machine 20x5 sets of five @ 320 and 3x300

Seated calf 4 minute set 70x20,13,13,13,10,9

Then I finished with the stairs

Not my greatest leg day but with the way the day started and b4 the mood elevated from radiate I was thinking about staying in bed all day so completely a victory.

Tomorrow Chest and abs and I may toss a cpl Triceps in this too. Last day of Orange tomorrow.

Great job on the running! I think I'm in the minority here, but I always enjoyed a good run. Just watch that you don't end up tearing up your joints.

Have you ever taken Vitamin D? Could help explain some of the depression from the weather maybe.

I take 5000 vit d3. Ed. Idk it's something that started happening about 5 years ago after I moved back home to buffalo. I think perhaps living in cali and all that sun and great weather became part of me and moving back to buffalo where it's cold for half the year the dreariness hits me hard. I really don't know and I've seen someone over it to, that's actually why I started taking the vit d3 per his recommendation. Normally it's something I manage but days like today do happen and they r crushers when they do happen. That's why I like ve the mood elevation I seem to get from the radiate. It doesn't completely overtake the days like this but give just enough to push u forward. The thing too is that once I get working out I'm usually g2g for the session. I know this too and on these crusher days I tell myself that but sometimes it just doesn't change things.

Anyhow b4 I really got into this lifestyle like I am now there were more of these days so anyone who says lifting and working out can't help ppl with depression r dumb af.

Long winded response but thanks for the recommendation of the vit d. Means a lot that ppl aren't just reading but trying to help too. That I have to say is what totally separates am from other boards, it really is a bunch of ppl all in this together

I'm from the Midwest, so too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer was always a fact of life. I've been in San Diego many times over the last several years and was amazed to find out that there are places where the weather is always beautiful. I get where you're coming from. H3ll, I'm getting depressed just thinking about Buffalo!

And you're 100% right about the community here on AM. Most everyone tries to help, and truly want to see people succeed.

Love that you are still feeling Radiate. Anecdotally users have reported a very gradual tolerance build up. This was a strategic move for us. We obviously could have put more caffeine in this product but specifically kept it at 200mgs for this reason.

Yeah totally. Let me just drop a personal analogy I make when telling ppl about buffalo. Buffalo is like standard definition television. It's fine, it's cool, until u happen to see hd, then it becomes almost unbearable. Is it home yeah it is, but in all seriousness I do question someone's mindset for moving here without family or a killer job relocation.

I'm glad u didn't add more caffeine. Bc i almost think it could become overkill. I applaud u for sticking to 200 as the trend in today's supp market is more and more and more isn't always better. Hell I saw one product with 350 caffeine anhydrous100 dmha and 120 1,3. Plus it had yohimine and synephrine in it too. I think I'd have a heart attack b4 i hit my first rep with that.

U made a very good product. It's good for users like myself who take it in the am as a thermogenic but it's also great for those who want to take it right b4 there workouts and use it as a pre. And most important it does what it claims to do. I'm already sold on this and hopefully by the time this log is finished those who aren't yet sold will see what it's done for me and won't have a choice but to go get their own.

22 days in of radiate.

Resting heart rate 22 day average is 68 bpm. It was 67 after 7 days so bigger sample size and one more uptick.

Tdee has also risen slightly to 3353.

I've never been someone who likes tonight not report positive things, as I think showing both ends of the spectrum really allows for a better overall perspective for those following but the data speaks for itself. Radiate is better than advertised not from just the amazing feel it provides but for me this data ive been amassing truly shows above any possible doubt that any potential placebo effect is eradicated as evidenced.

But I've been thinking, how could this possibly even get better: hmm. It's tricky with how the addition of different ingredients could play off with the ones that already work, but I think it would b interesting to see what your guys thoughts would be about adding something like peako2 for additional recovery aspects or an ingredient like l-ornithine, L-aspartate which has the potential to increase athletic performance and body composition while offering some liver support as well.

Not that it needs it by any means just something I thought about and thought I'd run it by.

Today's workout was kind of one of my old school sessions.

10 really easy pace elliptical minutes

Went for a 1rm on bench as I was curious what I've lost on this cut power wise.

45- 10 slow stretch reps
135x6, 155x5,205x3,225x3,245x2,255x1

Then 195-5x5

So back when I was 205 in January I hit 285x1.

About 1 month ago at 183 I did 255

Today I weighed in at 175 fir the same 1rm as I hit at 183. So not bad.

Db incline 3x12 60,65,70

Dips 3x12 bw

Crossover 3x15 15 lbs

Ab crunch machine 125-3x15
Hanging leg raises 3x15

15 minutes elliptical at decent pace

So in 22 days 1vw dropped roughly 6 pounds despite forcing myself to eat crazy high calories. If that six pounds roughly 4 was fat and a little lbm lost too. Pretty darn decent.

I'll take some new pics over the weekend and get a comparison to the ones I took at the start.

Today kinda turned into a cardio type day.

40 minutes run
5 min intervals. 5 mph, 6.2,6.6, 7, 6.5, 6, 5.5,5

Wide grip straight arm pulldown 4 min set. 30 lbs. 4 sets of 20

I do sapds all the time but always with se either the short bar or the rope, so seeing I never used the long bar b4 I went lighter than I prob should've. U should never get 80 reps out in a 4 min set. Ideally u hit the 45-50 range. Well next time I'll know to up the weight. But I liked going wide with these, u really hit the deepest parts of the lats even better then with the rope.

Ss
Bb bent over row 4x12 2 regular 2 reverse grip
Leverage high row 90x15,140x12,160x12,90x15
These actually contain more reps as each rep is single, single, double. Not in the mood to do the math but it's more lol

Ss
Wide grip seated row 120-3x12
Reverse grip pulldown 140-3x12

1 arm pulldown 50 per arm x 30reps. I used the 2-2,4-4,6-6,8-8,10-10 format

Hypers 3x15. 175,205,225

Standing calf machine 20x5 sets of 5 350,340,330,320

Seated calf 4 minute set 90x15,12,12,12,10,7

Again I sold myself short here, calves were sore after the 20x5 and didn't think I had more in me, prob should've gone 110 to get closer to that 45-50 range

Standing bb calf raises 100x100. 25-25-25-25. Front-inside-outside-front

Metcon circuit 3 rounds
1 arm carry 40 lbs x field length
Walking high knees field length back
1 arm carry other arm
Kb calf raises 40x15
Dbl carry back

Elliptical 20 minutes

Back to cherry now. Same results as with the others except that crazy focus feeling I got with the OG is gone. Still great focus like b4 but I totally dig that feeling. I only drink 2 times a year and that isn't much bc I have no tolerance anymore and I don't do drugs so that little "high" feeling was really fun lol. I'll be picking up a cpl OG soon I think.

Ok when I started in body said 12.8 at 180.5

Today it said 10.6 at 175.6. So that's solid fat loss. However I can't really see much difference in the pictures. In fact I almost think I look a little better with a bit more fat bc all I see is the freaking loose skin getting more noticeable at lower bf%. Idk it could just b I'm self conscious and pissed that fir all the work I put in that skin crap isn't going anywhere without going under the knife. Ok enough of that rant.
