For me, that first meal determines my mentality about eating for the rest of the day. If I eat a big breakfast I'm primed to eat like a bear all day. If I eat crap, I'm eating crap all day. Problem is I'm having a hard time with a 4 egg white omelette right now :(

Haha I used to have a hard time with 3 eggs! That was honestly probably the biggest breakfast I've ever ate!

Major work my a$$! You are looking good bud. Yes there is room to improve, but from what I see you could use some diuretics and get that shredded core look in a very short amount of time.

Major work is me right now. I have to get my fat a$$ back in the game. My body is a shell of its former glory. However, instead of whining I just have to get back to work and get it done...period! You on the other hand are on the cusp of having a Men's Health magazine cover look with a little more pec development and fine tuning of your core. In essence, keep up the solid work my friend! ;)

Wow man thanks! Abs and chest have always been weak so when I say they need major work I'm talkin about them being par with the rest of my body.

I kinda just got off of diuretics (m-stak) so after this bulk I may see what I can do to shred up. It's hard work any way you look at it right? I don't doubt your doing everything you can to reach your goals.

A perfectly proportionate physique is my goal so who knows maybe one day I will be there! Definitely doing everything I can to build the chest and ab mass

Diet yesterday:
30g whey, 1 English muffin

1 GIANT sweet potato
1/2 bag broccoli with 3tbs olive oil

1/2 digiorno pepperoni pizza

1/2 egg nog
1 bowl kashi cereal with whole milk


Diet today:
50g whey, 2 bananas, 15 slices turkey bacon, 100g oats
1/2 pizza (planned on steak and sweet potato but I blew it and forgot my A1 steak sauce.... Yea it's that good)

Salmon, rice and sweet potato for dinner.

Also like to note I'm drinking close to 2 gallons of water a day. I love it. I always feel clear headded for some reason. Feel fuller and more energized as well.
 
I'm always upwards of 1.5 gallons. It just happens. Taking down whole pizzas? You are trying to get that big 2 hundo, wish I could!

3/4th pound ground beef (85% lean) in 3 tortillas (about 80g protein, 75g carbs and a bunch of fat)
+ 2 cups whole milk, 2 servings greek yogurt with 2 servings wallnuts (fawwwrk thats a ton of calories, maybe 60+ grams fat before bed???)

From now on the minimum ammount of sets for me per exercises is. As i look back i remember always doing a warm up or two and then 2 working sets. Thats not enough. From now on im going to pick less exercises and do more sets. Shoulders n tris coming up friday!

Thinkin ill start the workout like this and see how i feel after these 9 sets hehe

hmmmm, ive been pounding the calories and having intense workouts but im not feeling it right now... definitely not feeling like i did last week, or before when i was sick... cant figure out what it is but muscle tone is down, not feeling as full or dense as i was.

I dont know what to do, strength is up but theres something not right about my body.... fats are high carbs are up but im feeling smaller than when i was just eating chicken breasts and rice. ive had steak and sweet potato almost every day but for some reason just not feeling "it" last few days.

Im thinkin about either going all out heavy tonight, or some GVT shock....
 
Maybe theres something lacking in the micronutrient category? People overlook little things like vitamins and minerals that are crucial to basic function. It's kind of a problem I see with some people where they almost eat too clean and orthorexics (like anorexics, but just obsessed with eating "healthy") miss out on something in their diet. Do you take a multivitamin? How about veggies intake? And how many hours, on average, do you sleep?

I sleep 7 hours a night during the week, take a *** multi every morning, and try and eat more veggies. Last Monday I ate a half a bag of broccoli in olive oil.

I definitely need to eat more veggies but I haven't ever in the past and I've felt fine.

I'm down for suggestions but after lifting heavy yesterday and hypertrophy legs today I feel amazing
 
Drink more water and make sure your sleep is regular. If I go to bed later, even if I sleep for a good 8 hours, I feel like garbage. I need to sleep from like 10-6 to feel AWESOME. Something with sleep cycle, I used to know more, but I just adjusted.

Are you trying to do a clean bulk to 200? That's what I have picked up from your logs. Looks good, I did this last year in the same time as you did. but I started the spring before that summer at 145, so I sorta had an ongoing bulk for a nearly 2 years, with small cuts in the spring. It's tough and you hate eating sometimes, but you can do it. Keep up the good work. Also I know how you had the issues with losing weight from being sick, I had the same thing, and lost 17 pounds in 3 days, only got like 5 or 6 of it back after I recovered. You gota use that as motivation, and know that no matter what you have to deal with you are gona come out on top. Keep killin it bro.

Multi-V's are a waste of money IMO. I honestly don't think they do sh*t for you other than lighten your wallet. If you are smart enough about nutrition there is no need for a multi-V. Cover your bases through diet and you feel better anyway. :)

Jeez ive been slacking and i know why, and ive fixed it! Will be updating the log in depth and on time from now on! Switching to phat has made it hard to track workouts lol so ill start writing them down. This week was just designed to get in there and check things out and "go for it" haha so ive been doing the prescribed lifts and figuring out how much volume i need.

Heres what i was prescribed tonight

I drink a gallon a day or more. I sleep about 12-14 hours a day on the weekends so average per night is like 9-10 throughout the week) Im actually just focused on getting to 200lbs. If i need to do it dirty i will, if i can stay lean i wont up the calories too much. However, right now the scale isnt moving along as planned so tonight is homemade burger and french fries night!! haha Goal is 182 by december 5th, then 200 by march 16th.

We sound like were going through the same issues haha i didnt start quite as low as you but i was small! Yea its not really an issue getting the food down anymore its a matter of the ammount of times i can eat during a day. Im barely getting 4 workouts in a week as it is! Thanks for all the motivation and words my friend! I will keep pushing and will not fail.

Maybe too much sleep? I know if I get more than 8 I get lethargic. I am just throwing things out there. No prob bro. I know how you feel. I am at 177 right now, going back up again after a nasty back injury and a cut. I am shooting for 185-190 range. Started at 167 3 months ago. More of a recomp then a bulk, I am trying to watch my abs and keep them. Lol. Yeah man no prob, keep going hard. The drive to want it can't be underestimated.

Good luck man! I know how injuries are. Are you gonna bulk all through the winter? All I know is that I can get lean at any time in a matter of a month or two so I need to pack on as much muscle as humanly possible. I've done recomps in the past but never yielded great results.

After school ill be more active on your guys logs I appreciate the support from everyone!!

Thanks. Idk it pissed me off, but whatever. I am doing better but multidirectional dislocated/basically destroyed SI joint, pinched nerve, fractured spine, muscular atrophy, and lots of other side affects later, I have deal with the pain haha. I am just doing a recomp leaning slightly towards a bulk. Perhaps a clean bulk. Mostly focusing on strength gains and letting the body composition follow, I want to try and get back to my former strength and maybe try doing some strong man stuff in a few years, would be my eventual goal. I don't have the big boy build, I am right in the middle of size naturally, but I have that quickness and power for leaving heavy stuff for short amounts of time. Plus I just think it would be fun! Anyways, I figure I will try to work my way to around 185 or 190 but not worry about when I get there, just keep eating big and clean and let the body get there. At this rate I'll reach my goal sometime this spring. If I decide to hope on some supps again here I will probably get there a wee bit faster. I don't like recomps but I have gotten better at doing them. and I know what you mean about school, I have two weeks and then finals weeks coming up so I am busy as hell. Goodluck dude!

Really surprised with this workout today. Everything felt light which is a huge sign. Definitely never felt that way before. I'm used to fighting for every rep and every pound. My diet wasn't even good this weekend. Got drunk ate thanksgiving deserts etc etc

I lost like 5 pounds the other day but I think Turkeyday helped me get it back. I should be back to eating normal again monday. Nice workout dude! I love the days when everything feels good. I have not had many of those lately sadly. I know if I got back on some good supps or maybe did a cycle I would feel better though, lol!

I often try so very hard to keep clean during weight gain knowing I won't. I get to a certain point, can't budge, and just accept the fact that there needs to be leniency. Not saying go ape on everything but allow the flood gates to open, you need it if you wanna hit 200 especially.

Well before i got sick i was about to kill it and go dirty to 200 but then everything changed when i got sick. Im gonna stay modestly clean for 2-3 weeks till i hit atleast 180 then ill pack on the calories!

Oh definitely! I agree with everything in that. I seriously know im gonna break through, its gonna happen. I just need consistency thats all!

im a ticking time bomb just waiting to go off!

So i have about 6 days left of the Anabeta/Endosurge and i have to say that the libido increase is very good. Im very happy with this stack even though the aesthetic gains thus far were not in my favor (sickness and diet). However, if you notice even thought im mentally not 100%, im setting PRs after having strep and bronchitis back to back. The PRs that these broke were after a solid year of consistent lifting heavy as well when my squat was at its best and i could pull 315 x 15 on deadlift.

I think my next go around supplement run will be Anabeta DAA erasepro. After these 6 days i will be switching back to the main log. Gonna hit these next 6 days hard and consistent to end on a good note with this stack.

Leg heavy day yesterday:

Was very tired and just needed to get a workout in. Coming off drinking solid from turkey day and smoking a few nights i was not expecting any endurance so i wanted to hit the bread and butter as hard as i could and not save anything.

I will race. I'm real young, 18. I'll be 19 in feb. I was joking about the cycle, I won't do a legit cycle till prob 22 or older. The most intense stuff I'll run is stuff like natadrol, anabeta, erase, etc. for now. I start lifting young and progressed pretty fast. I was deadlifting over 500 at 17, at 185lbs. lol. Still like I said I wana stay natty, no reason to do it so young when I have so much natural potential.

I fluxate between 172 and 177. I would say 175. I can get you a weighing tomorrow. I was 175 for like 4 days in a row last week. But 170.8 at home the other morning. I only go by 1 scale though so I will check at the gym.

And yes I have been a member here since I was 16, I like to read lol. I figure I should learn up before going into stuff. Plus I like the ex phy section and articles, I am going to school for PT.
 
Country ill rep you when I can for that. Even 22 is young, its a lot more than just how to set up cycle and PCT. The training and diet have to be compensated as such. Regardless, natty gains stick around for good.

You've been here long enough to know what the general AM crowd would say on the topic.

I will race. I'm real young, 18. I'll be 19 in feb. I was joking about the cycle, I won't do a legit cycle till prob 22 or older. The most intense stuff I'll run is stuff like natadrol, anabeta, erase, etc. for now. I start lifting young and progressed pretty fast. I was deadlifting over 500 at 17, at 185lbs. lol. Still like I said I wana stay natty, no reason to do it so young when I have so much natural potential.

I fluxate between 172 and 177. I would say 175. I can get you a weighing tomorrow. I was 175 for like 4 days in a row last week. But 170.8 at home the other morning. I only go by 1 scale though so I will check at the gym.

And yes I have been a member here since I was 16, I like to read lol. I figure I should learn up before going into stuff. Plus I like the ex phy section and articles, I am going to school for PT.

Diet sounds good man, I have been having trouble getting calories I need here at school, I have really had to up the carbs because good protein just isn't available. Milk is a big thing when you are trying to get big. I would drink a half gallon a day at least if I didn't have to buy it most of the time. I can get it in the dining hall but I feel like they are constantly out of skim lol.

Country ill rep you when I can for that. Even 22 is young, its a lot more than just how to set up cycle and PCT. The training and diet have to be compensated as such. Regardless, natty gains stick around for good.

Just wouldn't be a good or comfortable time to start and a really bad time if I were to have anything weird go wrong.

I know exactly what you mean, there is a ton that goes into it. Sadly the majority of guys out there (not on this forum even) don't do it right.

As far as a cycle I would look into something oral and mild if I were to start in 3 or 4 years. I don't know how I feel about injections at this point in time. I have given it some thought but nothing serious - as far as safety, health, and my personal lifestyle.

I always want to be careful not to get TOO wrapped up in this lifestyle.

20 minute Ab cycle: gonna do a little research on a good high volume ab routine brb
 
Not a bad workout. Your sodium can be high, athletes need more than regular folks. I eat a ton of salt lol. just stay hydrated. nice diet and workout.

Yea it counts sodium automatically. I don't watch it. It's actually supposed to be good for bulking. A lot of athletes load up on it before the nfl combine or games. I once read sushi was prescribed to the athletes before the combine by some nutritionists haha

Yeah it's true, there are a lot of reasons and I bet I forget some, but the sodium allows more water to be drawn into cells by osmosis due to the imbalanced concentrations or something. Electrolytes too.
 
Anabeta/Endosurge Review:

I want to make this my last and final post in this log unless any questions or comments come up about my journey with this stack.

Product itself review: Caps were normal in size, no bad taste or after taste. anabeta was 2 caps pre-workout 2 caps after or 1 with each meal on off days (4 caps). Endosurge was 2 caps three times daily and were same size as Anabeta.

Preface: ive always had a hard time putting on mass, eating and simply feeling that testosterone "rage" or feel what have you. I was looking for something to give me that extra edge and possibly bring up my test levels to a "normal high" state.

30 day recap-
Stage 1: This is the stage before i got sick. I was at the height of my game and my diet was clean. I started this product weighing a solid 177 and was working my way up to 200 with hopes of reaching 185 by the end of the stack. I felt amazing after only 2 days of starting this product and along with Blood Sweat and Guts. I loved the routine and was ready to take full advantage of the product.
After day 3 i started to feel some fatigue but i pushed through it thinking it was just the extreme failure kicking in from dorian yates style training. I was sticking to the routine, adding in nothing. After a few more days of this it got to the point where i could not train and i had to abandon the high intensity training along with not taking the stack. I was 5 days into it and already had to stop.

Stage 2: I went in after a day of strep throat symptoms and knew it was back, so i got on anti-biotics, rested up for about 5 days. After i started to feel better i decided to retun to the stack and start with something less dramatic. I started on a basic routine for the duration of the anti-biotics and recovery stage. I kept the diet above maintenance to try and maintain the mass that i had packed on before strep. However, i got bronchitis after i was done with the strep. So After 9 days off the stack and getting in tiny workouts and a lackluster sick mans diet, i hopped back on the bus at 170lbs.

Stage 3: From this point on (page 4) is where everything went as planned (except the whole 7lbs loss part lol). After a few days i already noticed an increase in libido. Sex drive was up and i was the definition of a.d.i.d.a.s haha. From this point on it was a slow and steady race back to where i started. Not much on this stack other than libido (which is what i wanted in this). However my strength gains came very quickly! After being sick and recovering, i had made more strength progression than when i was at 177. I finished this stack strong putting in about 4k calories a day (something id never been able to do). And my final weight before heavy leg workout tonight will be recorded!

Side effects: Minor acne (im acne prone tho) on the last few days.

Final Review:
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in search of a good testosterone and libido booster. I feel like this product HAS helped me achieve the goals i set and i wish to take more of the products made by these great companies in the near future.
