Blood pressure supps

This is not a recommendation but simply an observation but I noticed BLR's new Follidrone 2.0 product claims to have an ingredient that is an natural ACE inhibitor...may be worth further investigation.

Edit: well, on second thought not that interesting

Appears to have a slight lowering of BP but results are inconsistent. Further, if I read correctly, where there was a lowering effect there was also a significant reduction in both BMI and fat ratio. As already mentioned above, losing a little weight will reduce BP...

The reason this looks inconsistent is they are using specific standardized extracts for seanol which is not an ACE inhibitor I dont believe.
Dieckol is the one we want. A very stout full spectrum extract or a standardized for dieckol specifically would be much more effective.
Or a mix of the full spectrum and some of the dieckol ;)

My pharm grade ace inhibitor lowers my bp maybe 10 points at low dose.
You would probably have a good result with Hawthorn, Follidrone 2,0 and a strong celery extract.

What you'd recommend? Garlic poder, extract or actual garlic comsuption?

I'd go with Oderless Garlic unless you live alone, and plan to - forever. You won't smell it, but everybody else will. I have tested this with the wife without telling her - she can pick it up every single time I add it back in. The worst is Garlic Powder. Got a ton at Sam's Club and added it to Tomato Juice. Then switched to Garlic Oil from Swanson's, finally went back to Oderless (NOW or Wal-Mart Brand (Natrol?))

I was on propranolol (beta blocker) for my bp and It did work quite well. It lowered my numbers 25-30 points. Is there anything out there that acts as a beta blocker that is natural like some kind of herbal extract or something? Gotta be something out there.

If it's anything like the rest of their products, it will be a classic. SNS is GTG!

We appreciate the kind words! Thank you sir :D

I only know of beta agonists in nature, such as norcoclaurine. This is a great idea, however!

You are welcome! I'll definitely be looking for a thread when this BP product is closer. BP seems that it is always an add-on or an afterthought in most support products.

Im liking the new additions to our health series line up and even more excited for whats to come!

First Google search turned this up. And I take most of those anyways, except st Johns wort, but I hear it can work. I'm sure if yu dig you'll find more.
Magnesium*
•Potassium
•L-arginine – amino acid*
•Tryptophan – amino acid*
•Antioxidants
•Herbs – St. John Wort

ok, thank you. I have access to garlic extract with enteric coating. Should solve the problem...I think

Nope.. Def not.

I found what worked best for me (prone to hypertension but love my stimulants lol) was increasing cardio, a few drops of lemon essential oil per day in water, and hawthorn extract

Berberine helps body produce Nitric oxide in addition to regulating blood sugar..

The big "S" is hard to beat - 500mg x 2/Day is $6.

Only problem is that they do not specify with their manufacturer if it is an alcohol or water extract. And there is distinct differences in the purported health benefits with those two extraction processes.

Sorry, had to. Ha ha, my mutha f*kn man.

Thanks for the tip. Not sure which extract to use now. There seems to be cardio protective benefits from both types of extracts.

I've seen a COA from a source selling a 10:1 water extract for very cheap, but it's a powder.

Been mentioned before, but have to state it again, hawthorn extract. Works for me very well, just have to find your "sweet spot". I pair it with about 5mg of cialis (amazing) and I am good to go!

I have heard that Cialis and other ED meds are good as a pre workout too but I have not tried that...yet lol

My blood pressure sky rocketed when I upped my dose on a cycle , constant pounding headache and sometimes nose bleeds even with on cycle
Support that includes hawthorn and celery , and a bunch of stuff . I bought some ubiquinol (the better version of coq10) took 200mg morning and 200mg night and all my sides dropped away and bp went down . Been using it since on cycle. Works great IMO

Apparently curcumin can reduce lipids and plaque in the arteries. It is best taken with black pepper(or bioperine) to greatly enhance absorption of curcumin as its very delicate and poorly absorbed on its own. Curcumin also has a plethora of other health benefits.

Ecklonia cava has been shown to reduce systolic blood pressure in overweight individuals.

Spirulina has been shown to reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well (spirulina is awesome).

Arjuna has been shown to reduce systolic blood pressure in healthy young adults.

EGCG has also been shown to reduce diastolic blood pressure in overweight/obese men.
