i told this story before but i was in walmart one time and their machine say its for a 13 in or smaller circumference and i was trying to force my arm into it with my body weight. the pharmacist saw that sh1t and ask me to leave the store. lmao. true story.
What supporting supps were you using on cycle? You could pick up some Celery Seed Extract cheap and that should help
And what are these? Are they beta blockers? You could also just buy some 12.5 mg metoprolol or 5 mg lisinopril and run it on cycle.
interesting, how long were you taking it for? Or did you just stop when it went down?Try apple cider vinegar-3 tbl spoons per day.
Check it a few days after. It lowered mine on dbol.

I stopped after cycle. Sometimes my bp is high and i will use it then. On cycle or not.interesting, how long were you taking it for? Or did you just stop when it went down?
Aren't these pretty dangerous?Metoprolol is a b-blocker, lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor.
You also have to get them from a dr.B-blockers are nice also bc they decrease cortisol production.

You also have to get them from a dr.
Wow that's crazy. I will start doing that and hopefully mine will come downI've had moderate high bp for 12 years. They had me on 10mg of lisinopril ed. **** made me feel horrible. Dr finally told me to take 3grams of omega 3 ed. Bp came down to around 125/80 on average within a few weeks. Been doing that for 5 years now and haven't had any problems.
5mg of lisinopril worked ok for me but I hated the ****. 10 made me feel like a zombie. All I wanted to do was sleep.
Lisinopril takes a few days to kick in. For me it was about a week. Then I hates every second of it. But it did lower my bp substantially.
That's not a very common side effect. Most common is cough; get your dr to try losartan. If you have hbp it's unlikely omega 3s will control it.
oh yeah. i only take a little just when i need it. most docs overdose people on it. my dad and grandmother are on it. they say the same thing. tired and dizzy all the time. i've seen my dad black out from it. hell every time my grandmother goes to the doctor, they try and up her dose and here bp at home is very low. she just doesn't take the increase when they prescribe it. it may be up in the docs office because she's been waiting for 2 hrs lol.
dont get me wrong, i dont go to doctors. i always treat myself. anybody that runs to the doctor all of the time or says go to the doctor about everything, obviously hasn't had any real dealings with them. i'm gonna have to be totally f*cked before i ever go see another one. i have an uncle that lived to be 90 something and he never went to a doctor in his whole life.
idk how big your arm is but get the wrist one. my mother bought one of the regular ones and it lacks about 4 inches from lining up on the line where the directions say its supposed to be placed. cant be very accurate like that. idk
