Ima try this.
Its a bit tricky, watch the video carefully for form. Took me awhile to get it right. You can't use the usual weight for lat pull down. I used 220-245 for 10-12 reps, with the new technique its about 160lbs.

Getting close to 15 buddy... Id say 16-17. Keep doing what your doing it will keep coming off. Sometimes we hit plateaus it looks like your body is really in gear right now to lose another 1-2 percent with what you're doing easy. Big change from your last pictures I saw

17% sounds great! 15% is my goal. Probably a month more and a bit more effort doing cardio.

Thank you! The struggle is real. I really wanna jump on a cycle -but decided to cruise until I see some abs. Now suspecting there are no abs. Have to train those suckers. No way for me to get where you are -but getting to where you started would be good too.

Chest

BB bench
225 x10/8
-felt weird in shoulder, also no strength, fuggit

Incline bench weird "self made machine"
-tried different weights, fiddled with the height variations and the seat, sh1tty useless machine, couldn't get a good angle to press without dislocating a limb, fuggit

Elevated push ups
24/18/19

Flat one armed DB press, alternating arms
55lbs x16
65lbs x12/12 (slow negatives)

DB hex press
2x55lbs x15/14

Inclined one arm cable flies
32lbs x12/12/12/12/10/10

Elevated push ups (again) 4 sec. lowering
11/8

Well, the new gym is sh1t. All bars are chrome without coarse grip area, the plates have a bigger center hole than the width of the bar. They don't have an EZ-bar, besides those with already fixed "puzzy" weight attached.
It really sucks.
My strength is gone, apparently no matter if good rested -or not. Maybe time to blast a bit. Gonna up anavar to 40mg/d.

Idk if I would worry too much about the strength.

Getting leaner means less strength while you’re in a deficit, and lessening leverages. When you resume maintenance calories at least you will regain some of that strength, but being smaller means being a bit weaker for yourself. That can be rebuilt of course at your new leverages, but everything else constant you are stronger bigger.

People reduce their calories, their overall carbs (ie glycogen stores), their weight and their leverage when they diet - these things matter for strength, but they are temporary as well.

Keep cutting bro... You're going to lose some size and strength but you're going to get lean. When you want to slap some lean muscle back on then ramp it up. Imo you're doing more right now with less. And you look the best I've seen you look since you've been on the Forum. If it ain't broke don't fix it Grandpa.

I think if you continue with the if you can easily get down to sub 15 and then do a nice little blast to put some size back on.

Honestly for me being 41 I prefer to stay at about 12-13 % 6' 190-195.

I don't care about size or strength I'm more concerned with looking good and being healthy. This is the best you've look buddy you're leaning out nice. I know it's tempting to up to drugs but I think what you're doing is working. If anything you can up the VAR to 40/day and leave test where it is or the opposite bump the test a little bit and leave the var at 20.

At the end of the day you know your body and you know what you're doing so these are only suggestions of course.

Or use a certain three letter fat burner that we aren't allowed to talk about on AM.
This is the second time I have seen a post on this compound this week(on the upside I didn't need to warn you).
I had put it in the to look into later category, now your suggesting it maybe sooner, it's power interests me but it's certainly a wary thing.

This site has a lot of talk of FP's priming technique, you are doing a similar thing(less full on) atm, my old doc plus many others, myself included, have preached this for a long time. Us fat fuggers have different options, stop thinking about now and start thinking about 1-2 years from now and the best way to get that. You know you want it;)

I am not exactly sure what your current nutrition is but it is far more likely that you need more food and that will solve a lot of the recovery issues which are probably driving the weakness. You are making it sound like you are far weaker than you would expect to be on a cut. If that is the case add a little food, NOT GEAR! Stay the course so that when you do go back you have lower myostatin, and SHGB levels. Otherwise you are going to get less results from the upcoming cycle if those are still high... plus you will feel a bigger sense of accomplishment if you stay the course.

On bodyfat % I agree somewhere in the 15-20% range. Same as me right now. As a matter of fact our physiques look quite similar at the moment. Now that you are leaner I do see what you meant regarding the lower pecs being just like mine. My nipples are probably pointier tho. I can also tell you that you are not very far away from most of that disappearing. If you don't think you will get abs due to genetics then make that your indicator of desired leanness.

It may not be a miracle, but it works better than anything else on the market, and the weight lost is actual fat. However, with the guaranteed side effects, nah... not unless I was doing a show and going all in.

I agree - but it is still possible to out eat it pretty easily is all I am saying. The way it gets talked about it is like it is a miracle and you just take it and weight loss is guaranteed. Granted, weight loss is probably 50% easier while on it and your diet this doesn't have to be as tight - but if you eat snacks and think DNP will make up for it, the way some people seem to act, that is a little unrealistic...granted more of my experience below....

Have you used it? I have and results with moderate effort is greating then t3 clen tren stack while working your ass off. This exactly this
Yes...I've done 2 runs over the past 18 months. They were half asked because I was just into the experience. But I kept the doses pretty low for the most part.

First run I averaged about 400 mg/day. Started at 200 and worked up and had a short period around 600. It was brief, diet sucked...lost about 5 pounds over 3 weeks on a normal diet where I would have likely maintained or even gained a pound or two.

Second run the plan was to go 3 months at 200 mg...I went about 8-9 weeks. The immediate sides were greatly reduced, I was hot but not like at 600 mg where I was outside in a t shirt in jan/Feb and still sweating...or literally waking up in a puddle of water on the bed.

But, the long and low run seemed like a smarter run at first but I think if I did it again I would go short and hard. The longer and lower run was more tolerable and given a similar maint. Diet over 2 months I lost about 5 pounds again.

But something I think I underestimated was the build up of side effects. I didn't get the acute sweating and stuff...but you pay one way or another. I wonder if having even a small amount in your system over time has its own damaging effects ...and to get less effect with a different risk profile that may enhance over time makes me rethink of being brief and going for full effect may be wiser. But then you contend more with the big side....death.

HIT4ME I can't even imagine why you ran it on a maintenance level diet, or out ate it intentionally. No way I would run it without having my diet nailed down! Why deal with such sides and whatnot if you aren't going to try to get the best out of it?

You are the first person I have read about or seen that has run it for a long period like that. I know people who broke it up into multiple 2 week runs, but nothing that long at once. Doesn't mean it isn't done or even not often, just that I haven't heard of it that way.

Yeah - I didn't intentionally out eat it...I was pretty much at maintenance and I DID lose some weight on it. I did it more for the experience than anything. I've known about it since about 1998...gone through plenty of periods of researching it, etc. And just never did it.

Then one day I was given some by someone I went to visit...so I couldn't resist.

Actually, there was a doctor who I guess did jail time in the 80's because he was using DNP with his weight loss patients. The lore says he is the one that met Dan Duchaine in jail and taught him about it...but he had a patent that can be found on google and he used to do 200 mg every other day for LONG periods...like a year. He would bump it up over time. The patent sheds some light on some things...like you dont have to take it every day because of the long half life. That was kind of my approach last time. To be honest, I have really bad eye sight and I freak myself out by telling myself I am having issues. One time I was using telmisartan and I was convinced my vision was getting blurry. Had eye doctor check it...I was fine. But Inhave bad sight with blurry vision so I convince myself it is getting worse and that is why I cut the DNP short. The sides at 200 mg , especially if you go every other day, are completely tolerable.
