Blast: Trestolone Acetate + Testosterone + Superdrol + LGD / Hairygrandpa blowing up!

Yes, sure! LOL I doubt there are direct flights from the US, most Airlines are hesitant landing here, because of the huge holes on the landing strip looking like Swiss cheese.

Even less chance from the uk then lol

Still it does sound extremely attractive, especially as I’m sure Putin is about to blow the **** outta us

Man, Putin's gonna blow you and you wanna leave. If I was you, I'd be making my glory hole and getting ready for him. Lol

Seems like UK government is virtually begging for it to happen, LOL.
But honestly, this is one of the reasons why people come here.
1. far away from super powers
2. no tsunamis, nuclear power plants, tornadoes, volcanoes or earthquakes

But be warned, most newcomers get a cultural shock. Here is no governmental institution to help you in any way, shape or form if you get in trouble.
Nothing is like "first worldlers" think it "should" be. On the other hand, its a land of opportunities. Lots of Germans play "Sim City", building medieval castles with free roaming crocodiles to guard them -and all sort of madness.

I'm used to that. I spent 3 years in Iraq, and 6 months in Afghanistan

I'm in Argentina but on vacation in Brazil, fiance is from Argentina. Gonna swing buy Paraguay in May actually. Heard the people are super friendly.

Hehehe. Don't know much about super friendly people here. Its like anywhere else, I guess, some are friendly -some not. Actually, they call Argentinians "kurepa's" (Indian language for: Pig-skins). In May? We shall meet! My house is your house!
Where in Brazil/Argentina are you?

I'm in Cordoba Argentina and right now florianópolis Brazil. I'll be at the iguazu falls in May just a day or something I believe. Head over there :) haha. And sell me some gear!

I might make a trip there later this year though. Been to Chile also and kinda wanna explore all countries

Cordoba? Is where I deliberately checked in a sanatorium to loose weight, its basically where my journey started. "Clinica Diquecito".

Iguazu falls are best viewed from the Brazilian side. Ciudad del Este is the Paraguayan town at the triple border, It's a chaotic sh1thole, renown for cheap electronics, contraband and fake rolex watches, you will be displeased. I'm in the capital Asuncion 330km away.

Florianopolis is beautiful! Good choice for vacations in Brazil!

Yeah it's quite like a Florida here but more exotic since I'm western European and while living in us I never felt like an outsider haha, people actually don't think my accent is different. How did you end up in Cordoba of all places? Yup I've heard that about the little place in Paraguay, just more to say I've been there. How do you get gear in Paraguay? At the gym or just ordering? Pharmacy?

Pharmacy has chlomid, nolva and adex over the counter, maybe Oxandrolone (Anavar) too (if they ask for prescription just change the pharmacy for a smaller one).
Some stuff you get from a veterinarian, like EQ and even Tramadol, lol. Look for shops who sell Protein, BCAA's and stuff, they usually sell the Gear too.

Ah it's like thailand used to be. You walked in to a pharmacy and said gym and they didn't show the protein but a book of roids, they gave a call to a guy that delivered with a scooter . Nowadays they are somewhat better and just sell you xanax if you say you feel sad.

No, its not that obvious. Paraguay has very few people and fewer bodybuilders, it took me some time to get gear. I mainly asked straight ahead the biggest guy in the gym, he pointed me out to call the owner of a "protein shop". Now I get my gear even with legal invoice for my accountant. People at the pharmacy aren't pharmacists, it may happen you ask for chlomid and they don't know what it is. Write down for them the ingredient name (like chlomiphene citrate), that should work.

So its a lot like Mexico

Oh i was meaning for getting drugs nothing else. Hahaha

I never went to Mexico, got as close as Belize and there you just walk at the beach and pick up drugs that went over board, before coast guard inspects the smugglers (not kidding). :)

I'm also guessing less decapitations? Or is that just gonna happen in bananaland countries if you go to the wrong place?

No, not as violent here. No gangs.

Haha ive actually heard about this happening a ton

Saw it with my own eyes. Hotel personal cleaning mornings the beach, picked up at least 4 pounds of coke. Later, the local school teacher was selling it in the bar at night, not kidding at all!

Ya in mexico you just walk into a "pharmacy" and get whatever you want, but you have to explain/write down what you want.

Yeah central America is crazy. Every country is just filled with gangs

Can't imagine living in Honduras or El Salvador -but frankly, before moving to Paraguay, I was warned by a dozen of people not to go there, non of them was right.
Brazil is getting notorious for inhumane violence lately. What people forget is, its between gangs and almost always drug related.
Besides of the mega cities of Brazil, its relatively safe and a beautiful country to visit.

While evacuating from "Irma" in Florida (my last "vacation"), I felt less safe in some middle Florida suburbs, as here in Paraguay.

Cycle update

Today is off, eating like a maniac and trying to get at least 10hrs of sleep.

I would love to get 10 hours of sleep. But I havent done that since my teens. Now a days 6-8 is my goal. Lastnight I was in bed for 10, but due to no power my daughter came in our room cause she was cold. So we let her sleep with us. Which caused me to get up at 3am. And once I'm up, I'm up for good

You have to sleep more when your next cycle starts. Sleep = growing!

Yeah depends on the areas. Paraguay isn't dangerous. I lived in Louisiana and it's far more dangerous than Cordoba. What you risk in Paraguay is you might get pick pocketed not shot. Florinapolis is safe, rio isn't if you go to the wrong places. Nah I love S.A.

Where the hell in Louisiana did you live that you had to worry about getting shot. I lived there 90% of my life, and the only place I was shot at was in the 9th Ward.

We have no pick pockets in the traditional sense, there are two tipes:
1. "caballo loco" (crazy horse) mostly a slim dude grabbing your stuff and running off.
2. "moto chorros" 2 guys on a bike, one of them assaulting you with a gun -or knife (famous in argentina too)

The second variation can get dangerous, sometimes people were hurt even when giving up their stuff.

I know Rio well, was assaulted two times in a row there. Will never go to Rio again.

Haha I used to go through 9th ward. No I was never worry but New Orleans has far more killings than Cordoba. If you look for trouble there you'll get it big time. I'm Cordoba you might get a beating. I lived in Mandeville and Metairie mostly. We had a killing in Metairie in my apartment complex.

That's kinda what I meant by pickpocketing, bikers mostly yes. And they attack women

You must have pissed off some Creoles. Cause Cajuns dont act that way. Unless you try to steal their way of life

Had to look up "9th ward new orleans" to get the picture.....got it! :)

Its like "chacarita" here in Asuncion, lovely hood!:

The best Hood, and where the rap group the "504 Boys" came from. Use to sit on the stoop with my oldest brother and listwn to them before they made it big back in the day

Haha not me. I never knew the guy. Taxi driver had to get my id to even drive me to the apartment cause he was afraid I would drop off and shoot someone so new Orleans has it's crazy people. Of course you wouldn't walk in 9th ward alone at night. Here in the vijjas as a man you can, as a woman you might get robbed. Problem isn't that the people there are worse but that they have acess to guns easily. In Cordoba almost nobody has a gun that's why they attack women cause they're easy pray. Now if you're in Buenos Aires or rio Brazil in a favella at night it's different. New Orleans had the most killings in the us during Katrina

Man I am staying in Pennsylvania, I always feel safe !!

Pulling a you HGP, gained over 5lbs since starting var about 10 days ago at a measly 2400 cals a day...

Baton rouge and new Orleans areas can be dangerous, you never know when you will run into a group of thugs, there are so many. I decided to get my concealed carry permit after moving back here from Oklahoma.

Truth. Better to have it and not need it...

Day 16 of cycle

How can you gain anything on 2400 cals? Just you wait, I'm growing like a weed. My trouble is to keep eating. Using Betaine HCL with every meal to digest faster. I guess my daily cals to be at 4000-5000.

That sounds like a lot. How much do you weigh now? I stay at 2500-3000 mostly. I gain when I add aas. I used to eat a ton but I just added fat and water. Now if you add insulin etc it's different story. It all depends on cardio though, if I am running a lot I tend to add more. Worth noting is that I wanna stay lean year round and I'm kinda careful with the cals

Baton Rouge you have to worry about drunk college students that are broke. New Orleans, as long as your not a visitor and your not in a bad area. Then your fine. Just dont be a visitor on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras. If you dont get mugged, your gonna get arrested by NOPD. LOL

I'm now 230lbs. Goal is to blow up to 242lbs in the next few weeks, then trying to cut. Not using insulin right now. My cardio sucks, you remembered me to work on that.

I know this may sound dumb as hell, but the scariest place I've ever been is salt lake. Was mugged once and almost got in a gang fight, plus numerous of other close calls. I've been to LA, harlem, Seattle, Las Vegas, Orlando, Daytona, briefly was in Chicago, and all over the west. Never once was scared in any of them besides salt lake. But I live in Idaho and there is nothing to be worried about here ever haha.
