Some guys do it... I remember reading a think about lyoto machida (ufc fighter) talking about the health benefits of drinking urine and that he does it... Well, when I woke up I noticed sensitive nipples, it reminded me of my former encounter with trest (titts). Apparently 2.5mg/d letro for 50mg-75mg/d trest-a, as stated in other forums, is not exaggerated. rtmilburn . Going now with the plan as formerly intended: 0.6mg letro ed. Also, bought more raloxifene (dirt cheap in raw powder -anyone interested PM me) , just in case.
Also, BP is going up, had some morning headache, may start telmisartan soon.

Did some of the wrist stretches -and elbow already feels better.
Currently preparing for gym. Took my gear. Same as before, Trest sub-q = no pain or PIP, smooth as a shaved puzzy.
Now "infraredding" the damn elbow as a warm-up for the upcoming gym.

Ice to bring down the swelling. Heat to get it read for exercise. Definitely Ice it after workout.

Doing it that way! Thanks, friend! MrKleen73 's wrist stretching exercises work well, doing them against a wall when at work (on the floor would startle the customers).

I really don't think you should take letro very high. Up the ralox instead. As it will do a better job prevent gyno and lactions than letro, plus trest is not reduce to estrogen through aromatase. It is done through other enzymes meaning letro will do very little to stop trest side effects. Now I do think you should take a little letro but not much.

Today I noticed no enhanced aggression -or strength. No more sensitive nipples, all going well. Urine still clear, having trouble to keep up drinking lots of water. Appetite is good. No perceived libido enhancement yet (trest should make me horny like last time I took it). Sub-q trest-ace injections totally free of discomfort, will keep going that route.

Anyone remembers when I talked about how awesome "aquagym" is? Here is coming winter time and I couldn't find any club offering aquagym.
Now I saw a vid of Bas Rutten training as he is older, look:

Feeling enhanced glycogen retention, T-shirts getting tighter, Urine getting darker. Upped water intake, trying to drink at least 2 gallons a day.
Some insomnia, not too bad. BP is a bit higher than usual.
Today off, my daughter has her 13th birthday and I have to watch over her male guests. Sporting an extra tight T-shirt and my "gonna eat your liver" facial expression.

Update on trestolone acetate sub-q:

Yes, it leaves welts (boils) under the skin. Today I noticed. Will keep pinning sub-q anyway, since I'm fat and you can hardly see the welts.

Thats the inj depot bro! IM does the same, except its so deep you cant see/feel it.

Last time you ran MENT you did IM? Did you notice effects/benefits quicker than subq (from what you remember)?

Last time I did TD tr3st with oral trest, never IM. Biggest difference I'm noting is, not as much libido when pinning. Could be the daily letro what curves libido, IMO. I pin 20 min pre workout, as I did with the oral. Both give same aggression and "good feeling".

The daily letro at 0.6mg, together with ralox at 15mg/d is holding steady. When waking up, nipples are a bit sensitive, then, after my daily dose of ralox/letro, it subsides. Must be really the bare minimum necessary what I'm taking. The water gain is mostly due to too much carbs, I guess, will cut down on carbs to see how it goes.

Here its 40-45C in the summer, 28-35C in fall and 25-5C in winter. I'm an "always shorts & sandals guy". I remember, in Germany, we hopped in the lake when it had 17-18C water temperature. Here, when the pool has under 30C, its freezing.

I hate being cold, I need 20+ to start wearing t shirts and shorts, plan to spend a lot more time abroad when I’m in my 50’s. The weather here just gets me down (even with vit d supps) lol

Here its 40-45C in the summer, 28-35C in fall and 25-5C in winter. I'm an "always shorts & sandals guy". I remember, in Germany, we hopped in the lake when it had 17-18C water temperature. Here, when the pool has under 30C, its freezing.
I remember once our Sergeant Major was mad that we weren't doing Physical Training outside in Germany during the winter. So he said we would do Battalion level PT. He came out in shorts and a t-shirt. It was -20C in Parsberg. Training didnt last long. He figured out real quick why we didnt workout outside in Winter in Bavaria. He had just got there from being stationed in England

Clen gives me a heart rate of 130 bpm -but I have T3 at hand. My idea was to end the cycle with:
test/lgd/anavar/t3 , to harden up and cut a bit.
