Yeeeeeah, no....

It was taken well before the mdrol run. But its unfair I guess bc this was actually a pumped picture with NO-XPLODE in me. I was trying the NO for the first time a day before an actual workout just for fun. Push ups sit ups small time bi-curls and all that. then took teh pic. the ones I had on from teh drol was just me plain. No pump or nothing, I'm not surprised I look smoother.

Peep da Split..............

Alright I figured I post a general overview of my split. It's a variation of the clasic two day upper/lower split:

Day 1.

Chest:
3 Sets of a press move. (incline, decline or flat)
3 sets of a Fly move. (machine, cable, incline, decline ect)
Back:
3 Sets of a Pulldown (close grip, wide grip, revers grip pull-ups, chins, ect.)
3 Sets of a rowing move. (machine, cable, T-bar, DB, BB ect.)
Traps:
4 Sets of a shrug. (DB, BB, Behind the back ect.)
Shoulders:
3 Sets of a pressing or compound move (too many to list lol)
3 Sets of an Isolation move. (again too many variations to list)
Abs:
3 Sets for Obliques
3 Sets for mid section (both of these are usually weighted move for me)


Day 2.

Quads:
3 Sets of a compound move. (Squats, leg press, leg sled ect.)
3 Sets of an Iso or compound move (one wo is done with the compounds back to back and the next is done compound then Iso)
Hamstrings:
3 sets of an Isolation move. (stiff leg deads, leg curl ect.)
Calves:
3 Sets of seated calf raises Followed by:
3 Sets of leg press or donkey calf raises.
Biceps:
3 Sets of Barbell or dumbbell curls.
2 Sets of a variation of preacher, concentration, or cable curls.
Triceps
3 Sets of a compound move. (close grip press, dips ect.)
2 Sets of an Isolation move (too many too list)

Note: On most all of my first moves for a muscle the first set is done heavy in the lower rep range 6-8 followed by the Isolation move done in a higher rep rage 8-12 and taken to failure. Calf moves I keep in the 15-20 rep range only going really heavy on the first move.
Also I will probably take an extra day (as I usually do) to work lagging body parts and forearms. I work this split twice a week allowing everything to get hit twice a week. My heavier WO's are the last two at the end of the week. This allows for more recovery on the weekends do to my work schedule.
 
If you're going twice a week,I personally would only do the compound lifts.Like for chest I would only do 2 all out work sets for each angle of bench presses after your warm up sets.It doesn't sound like much,but it's plenty when hitting each muscle twice a week.For DC,leg training is one heavy compound set(I did 6 reps last two times),followed by a 20 repper.Go all out on these and the soreness will be insane!It also,for me anyways,went away so much quicker than usual.That could have something to do with the havoc though.I worked my legs today so I'll let ya know how it goes.I find it amazing how much damage you can cause in such a short time frame.
 
That's an idea but the volume is so low already I can hardly stand it!! I don't know if I could hang for to long with the DC method. If you guys that are doing it start seeing some good gains in mass I'll give it a go but for now I think this split does me justice.
I've done a three a week full body split before with decent results hitting every bp for only one move of 4 working sets but that was three times a week and I wasn't taking SuperDrol either lol....
There are so many fcuking routines it's sickening really. It's impossible to know which one is the best fit for you so I just switch it up quiet a bit. I'll do this split for 8-10 weeks (I'm in week 3 now) and then I'll probably go back to GVT or something of that nature.

The DC method is low volume,just very intense and muscles get hit every 4 or 5 days.Your body is split into 2 workouts,with three diferent wo's for each muscle.The 3 wo's are done 1 at a time on their own day,so it rotates between exercises.

The whole wo for bi's would be warmup untill ready.Weight you get about 7 reps with untill failure with slow controlled negatives and ending the set with a slow controlled neg.,12-15 deep breaths and go again untill failure,should get about 4 this time,12-15 deep breaths and go again,hopefully you get 2 or 3.Now if you choose,do a static hold or partial reps(I choose to while on for sure!),Then finish off with extreme stretching and onto the next muscle!If you did this mon,your next bi exercise on fri could be chins,then next wed could be precher curls.(those are my choices)Then repeat.

You wrote up a nice split routine here man... we know you'll give the intensity. I am polishing my workout regimen as well and it follows DC principles as far as the rest/pause for 15 deep breathes and extreme stretching, however, I work everything in one session and for biceps and triceps I only do one working set and a dropset.

Nice bro and thanks dawgy style! I think I'll probably order up that DC dvd before to long. IDK but I think I've just done fcuking volume for so long that it's like in my mind if I drop it to low I'll disintegrate back into my skinny ass old high school body or something. Supposedly it (DC) gives you all this crazy mass but I'm still a little cautious, I've tried so many "the next best thing WO's" that I can't even begin to name half of them. You know the deal....

None of these training principles are really that new! This DC technique is just rest-pause reps followed by heavy partial reps or a static hold. These Weider-Training Principles have been around for a long time. This is exactly the way I do my rest-pause sets. And they are very effective in tearing down those deep muscle fibers. I'll be doing this type of training on my next cycle. This cycle I'm tearing those triple drops a new one!! lol But just heavy sets taken to failure during this coming PCT. Not at all,but those are the type I love!I love classic rock and hate most new bands.I started doing my BB rows with my back paralell to the floor after hearing how alot of the older bb'rs did.I use mostly free weights cause most older bb'rs did......I'm old school at 22 :think: and feel if somethings been around for so long,theirs a reason for it!Some of these new training routines are too complicated IMO.

BS!Join intense muscle and read the dog pound section,especially the stickies.I probably wont even buy the DVD now.

Right on, TG. I fcukin' love those drops!!! In fact, I know it's only been two weeks, but I'm itchin' to get back to them. Gonna hold off though.

As for the rest, personally, I alway include intensity techniques in any workout, and I strongly recommend it. It really cranks up the intensity.

(particularly those trip, and even quad, drops :thumbsup:)

Problems problems how you gonna solve 'em???

Well guys I've got some bullsht fcuking news kinda. I've been having prolactin problems every since my last cycle (aka. leaky fcuking nipps). Gross I know but true so whatever.
A few things: I finished my run of Epidrol 12 weeks ago.
I took p-5-p just in case for 4 weeks along with the obvious other goodies. Never noticed any problems........until I quit taking the p-5-p. The day, and I mean the fcuking day after I quit dosing that sht I noticed some leakage going on. I was like WTF is this I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant?? So I PM'd a few guys that told me to get back on the P5P and run another 4 weeks this time tapering the dose down to come off.
Well I did that, yesterday was the first day I ceased dosing and guess what?? Yep fcuking leakage AGAIN!! WTF!!??!!
I ran that fcuking p5p for a total of 8+ weeks and I'm still having this problem so IDK WTF I'm going to do.
Obvious thing to do would be to say fcuk the superdrol cycle and get blood work done to see what's really going on.
I'm going to give it a few days and see what happens. I'm hoping that this is just some sort of backlash type rebound from coming of off the p5p and that it'll take care of itself if I give it a few. At the same time I'm not a retard and I see there is an obvious problem here so, I'm not aborting the mission entirely yet....I'll give it a few like I said and see what happens but I'm going to call the lab and see how much $$$ (no insurance) it will cost to get my progesterone levels checked ASAP. Anyone got any input on this???
