What up sons?!! I just got back from da gym. I did my upper body routine today and while I won't bore the sht outa all ya'll with every # on all my lifts I will say this.
I hit 275lbs!! on decline Bench today!! P-mofukin-R!!:aargh: (not bad for a 190lber IMO)
I didn't attempt my 315lber flat bench today because I felt a little IDK tight in my right shoulder after the decline so I'll save dat mofuker fo da cycle. 2 more days.........
thank you for sparing us. I usually gloss over the lifts, etc. I care about how much weight someone adds, what their before/after pics look like, their side effects, blood work, pct and beginning/end lift improvements period.
we gonna get this show on the road or what? :whip: :stick:
