What up sons?!! I just got back from da gym. I did my upper body routine today and while I won't bore the sht outa all ya'll with every # on all my lifts I will say this.

I hit 275lbs!! on decline Bench today!! P-mofukin-R!!:aargh: (not bad for a 190lber IMO)

I didn't attempt my 315lber flat bench today because I felt a little IDK tight in my right shoulder after the decline so I'll save dat mofuker fo da cycle. 2 more days.........

thank you for sparing us. I usually gloss over the lifts, etc. I care about how much weight someone adds, what their before/after pics look like, their side effects, blood work, pct and beginning/end lift improvements period.

Today no leakage. I'm thinking this is a sign that my body could have been experiencing some rebound in suppressed prolactin do to the heavy p-5-p administration. One more thing.........T minus 3 days in counting!!!!!!!!!

Glad to see you are doing better brotha. Can't wait to run our cycles dood!!!

I know that there are supps to help that out, just I don't know much about them or if I should be overly concerned... I haven't heard much about this kinda side effect from the epi.

Nope first time. Ran M1D and MMV2, but that **** isn't methylated. I'll get some of that shizzle if you guys think It's neccisary. Nobody commented that I needed it in my PCT when I asked on my thread... check out my Epi thread... you've been to it... let me know what you think.

I would get some just to be safe.You could always use it in the future and both are cheap.If you were doing SD I would say to just use it.With epistane you could probably wait and see if any signs start to show.Or ofcourse you could do it just to be safe.I'm not gyno prone what so ever,others are just the opposite.Thats why I asked if you ran a designer before...

WTF are lizzortabs?? Yea the newer version like I said is actually bearable, hell it was actually kinda good! I was shocked to say the least lol. I remember the old stuff eeckk! I got some samples of that sht one time and after the first taste I just trashed'em. I've drank some nasty sht before but that was BY FAR the worst ever!! Liquid ass mixed with douche water from a diseased 80yr old woman, combined with toddler vomit, and goat urine was the flavouring system they were using then I believe......

I'm hoping this is what happens to ya'll.NOS has done pretty good so far,but everyone knows d bol bloats the sh!t out of ya!I seen pics of a guy on one site from the beginning of summer to the end,and their was a pretty big difference there.I have seen some who juiced and I think to myself,you still don't look like you wo!I don't think it's as good as some think it is.I hope I'm wrong,but 20 lbs of pure muscle is an @$$ load.Whats that for,a 3 month cycle?Look at 5 lbs of lean beef,now times that by 4!!!:jaw:

I'm not worried about sides to much this time really. I think the short length of the cycle will help to minimise any gyno concerns down the road (as this seems to be the main concern with SD at this time) and other than that you know your little bro has all his support/pct supps to the T. So no worries.
I was however thinking about throwing a low dose of Phera in there to maybe help cut down on the total estro elimination but IDK. I think folks are looking forward to seeing a straight SD two weeker to see what kind of gains can be made. I am too, just thinking that there might be less of a "delayed gyno" concern if I added something androgenic to the mix but I don't even know if two short weeks of Phera would do anything anyways?? .......................................Guys????

dbol DOES bloat you pretty good, but i recommend that you(pantera) get some and run it standalone. if you're weary of goig the inj route. do NOT listen to dumb fvcks who only go by what other people tell them. you will NOT lose all of your muscle. 20-25mg dbol ran for 6 weeks by itself will yield you about 10 ore more QUALITY pounds of muscle. this is AFTER the water is gone. i've seen many friends do this and they kept the muscle. bloat really isn't that bad either. once you hit 30mg, that's when an estrogen "spillover" occurs. i was actually going to do this myself, but said fvck it, i'm getting hyoooge! so i got the T as well.

my goal is to completely transform my body during this cycle, which is why i'm doing DC to really get growth going. along with DC, i'll be adding in things like lateral raises, cable curls, isolation movements like those, to really get more definition/shape and still hit every muscle group. my recovery will be superb, so that it the only reason i'm doing it like i am. if i don't get fat, i'll post before and after pics :lol: this time i mean it, no matter what. (as long as i don't get too fat) lol.

maybe do 50mg at first to see how you react to it. for me at least, it gives acne on the chest and traps. but mdrol probably will do that anyway, so fvck it. start with 50 for a few days, the bump it up to 100 if all is well. this will help your overall mood significantly.

I'm doing 100 with my havoc BS.

but it tastes sooooooooo good!! if there was a damn BK here, i'd eat there. it's just a REALLY easy way to get in a lot of cals and a quick 50g protein :sad: i've been eating there once per week. shakes get real old, real quick. i've only been drinking 1 shake per day and getting all of my protein from whole foods. i like it a lot better.

Alright speaking of clean eating I just cooked all (well most) of my food for the next week. 10 Huge chicken breasts, 2 London broils, 6 cups of brown rise= 24 32carb servings. The rest is all stuff that doesnt need cooked (at least not today) bagels, oats, cereal, pasta ect... I plan on taking in 400grms of clean carbs a day. I also will be taking in some wazie maxy, maltodextrin, a few sodas and a 32ounce Gatorade ed with my pre and post wo meals.

I will post up a sample of my diet laiter but thats the jist of it.
 
Where do you store your chikan breasts after they're cooked BS? You don't freeze them or do you?

Good question bro. In the past I've had some problems with keeping them in the fridge for more than 4-5 days. So I'm not sure. I might freeze a few with some of my beef for the second half of the week IDK. I'd hate to get sick again though, not good:dump::nono: yea after remembering the hell my rim went through last time I'll freeze a few lol....

Jesus man... PCT is the shizznit! It can't get any better than everyday subways for lunch, the "every otehr day" footlong subs as well as 3 double cheeseburgers from mickadees sometimes twice a day and chinese buffets about twice a week. you name a fast food place im there! I should be blowing up with fat but not really, just gotten a tad bit smoother but that's all right. In fact, I have lost only 2 lbs since pct ended. Strength vasc is even better though. Tomorrow I'll start to kep a clean diet again. I hate waking up at 3:30 every morning to cook my steakks and chicken breasts for lunch everyday. I was looking for some input on how you store them so they won't go bad and get about 30 more mins of sleep! I woudln't like freezing them either so yea.

I'm quiet but following this log bro! Ready for tommorrow???????
 
Ther thing to rmeber COH's,is the longer cooked food is stored,the worse and worse it gets.Especially if you eat it cold as I do.

There was this dude at my last job that said he would always eat his food cold because the microwaves did something to it or some sh1t like that. I thought of it as insignificant and never practiced it... never researched that. Also I read once about tuppaware and shaker bottles contaminating your food and shakes with estrogen... but IDK to what degree. Personally I think the amounts would be insignificant. What do you think? Know anything about this? I don't think I'd ever be able to avoid my tuppawares and shaker bottles!

Yeah 3 days is fine for meat.Rice takes much longer to spoil.I just know that after so long the meat gets a different texture so to speak and just sucks.When I eat it the day or day after I cook it,I think this is so much better than what I've been eating the last so many days.I'm just refering to what I eat when working.I build fences so meals while working are ate cold.At home I cook meals fresh or heat it up in the microwave.I've heard the tuperware sh!t too,but I'm not worried about it personally....
 
It's the plastic.Tupperware,ziploc bags,cups......I think it has to be heated in it though.Not positive.
Plastics contain xeno-estrogens. So does perfumes, pesticides, etc..... lots of sh*t does!! The chicken and beef we eat are loaded with estrogens also from "feed supplements" given to them. Cattle are injected with synovex which IS estrogen to make them fatter. Well guess what? It makes US fatter also!! :blink: These are the reasons ol' Thunder takes AI's to combat this bull-sh*t!! We are bombarded with sh*t to makes us less than the men we were intended to be!! :frustrate THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
