Didnt take my swell/blast combo today because I forgot to bring it to work with me...boy did I pay for that....I could feel the lack of endurance the entire session. Won't make that mistake again today.
Still a strong session considering the total output.

Took my swell and blast before my session wed and today, just makes all the diff. in the world. Everything felt really light today.

Something weird was going on with my deadlifts today, really no clue at all. CNS felt great and so did everything else....weight just wasnt going up for some reason. Rest of the workout was great though.

Decent workout...it took me a while to recover mentally from sucking absolute ass with the deadlifts...thats just sad. No clue what happened, I just lost focus/drive/care and couldn't press through it...**** never happens to me so I guess it was a one time fluke...

Ended the week off with a bang, squats have ALWAYS been my big weakness, but I nailed them this week...and I feel that I have WAY more to give em. I hope to be repping 415x6 in a couple months...I really feel thats possible, bc I FINALLY have my form down for the first time ever, and I have made incredible progress the past few weeks...345 felt very light.
CANNOT stress how good I feel lately.

Workout was awesome today. Energy was good, and everything was just very very solid all the way around, no struggling with any of the weights or anything. Felt great. I am gaining weight also, yes you heard right, I am REALLY gaining weight. Scale read 212 this morning which is great considering the lbs I am moving around.
Off for two days...going to take tomorrow totally off and go in Thurs. and do some light cardio and ab work.
Squats: (just really wanted to try them before my long weekend break, I have to do 2 songs at this really big wedding on fri. and my sons birthday is sat.)
