If it did this for you on a dirty diet, I'm wondering what it will do if someone was eating pretty clean and doing some cardio, too.
 
tahts exactly what ive been thinking... im sure it would allow for some major cal stuffin (from clean sources)and still not put on fat... more fuel for lean muscle growth without the negatives.
 
at first i was eating clean the last three weeks i wasnt and the only cardio was from the bedrrom. which 3AD effected great. rock hard erections and the most thick volume seman i have ever had lol

I only have a few days worth left. Talk to Dave or John about maybe doing a log w/ the two compounds stacked. They might be pretty interested in seeing how that combo might work.
 
It's awesome stuff for boosting seminal volume and improve overall sexual health. They brought it out originally to help recover semen volume after a cycle, but a lot of guys use it just for fun, nowadays.
 
after reading the write up it looks like this would be an interesting product to throw in a post cycle. has anyone tried this??

Well Big said at the beginning that he was 250 lbs at 20% bodyfat giving him 200 LBM. Now he is at 259 lbs with 16.5% bodyfat giving him just over 216 LBM. This is a total increase of over 16 lbs LBM on one cycle of 3AD with a not so clean diet. Seems a bit unbelievable to me for a non methylated PH.:think:

Hey Big,
What is your prior PH/PS usage and experience?
 
Anyone know of any other logs to compare results? Maybe some of the other testers had before and after pics taken.
 
it isnt unbelievable for an unmethylated steroid, i took it for six weeks at the end i dosed extremely high. and lifted extremeley heavy and ate to get big, u can ask my buddy adam who is here how much i was eating

Cool man, glad to hear you got such great results. Im not callin you a liar as I dont know you at all but some before and after pics would definitely help confirm your results as a 16 lb LBM gain and a 3.5% body fat loss would be very very noticeable.
 
Ok. once again I will help out my bro Mike. I will get the camera and take some current shots. We will then post those next to the ones we took awhile back. As far as the dirty bulking I can back that up since I was with him at dinner a few weeks back which consisted of Potato skins...Double Cheeseburger...Fries and a brownie sunday. I am still doing cardio trying to work that off. LOL

How long was this cycle?. That is really hard to believe. How much cardio was he doing?

That's beyond dirty....filthy bulking...lol.
 
i am old school man, i eat filthy when i bulk alot. cardio my ass i did like maybe five days worth the entire time plus a healthy sex life, but when i train its two hours worth at thirty second rest intervals. i also took high doses at the end and once again the cycle was roughly 6 weeks

What body type are you?. I am an endo and always have had trouble losing bodyfat. Gaining muscle and strength has never been a problem though as long as I eat enough calories. The thing is I can fat along with the muscle no matter how "clean" I eat.
 
i am an endomorph with meso tendecies. which sounds like u. we gain fat and muscle. i just know that if i train a certain way and when i use things like 3 AD i can shed the fat quickly.

I just end up switching to "cutting" mode all the time because I get scared when I gain so much so fast, so I never really end up where I want to be. Right now I am in "cutting" mode again. Good to see you have done so well with 3AD. Makes me want to try it. Still hard to believe, sorry I'm a stubborn bastard.
 
t bone all i can say is try it. when i joined the ax inner circle i couldnt believe it either, now i am a believer. it worked plain and simple
 
everyone is different, that i cant help. my buddy gained 33 pounds on superdrol while another gained 6. everyone varies. not all my eating was dirty. there was a dirty meal everyday but i also loaded in the protein. shake after sahke all the time
 
Oh well I understand more now. It will be harder for you when you get to my age. I wish I was 21 again!. A lot of you young folks don't understand how much harder it becomes to lose fat and gain muscle as you age. I turn 35 in July and I'm feeling it!.
 
yea my dad just turned 44 and i put him on a diet and it is a bit hard for him but it runs in my family to have high testosterone so if we focus on it it isnt to bad to loose fat.

I just turned 36 and it's not all that hard to gain muscle if your doing waht you're supposed to, but losing fat is a real challenge for me. The metabolism becomes much more stubborn, no matter what you do.

Same here, like I said I have no problem gaining muscle, it is that I gain fat with it no matter what. So right now I am trying to lose fat and sticking with it. Anyway I feel I took over bigs thread and I don't want to do that. So lets hand over the floor back to big, it is his thread after all.
 
no it wasnt my first cycle my first cycle was superdrol way back when i have also ran mega trn before. mega zol and halo tren. and some havoc. i have also taken winnie and anavar. i was off for prolly two months i believe

Lotta experience there. How young did you start w/ anabolics?
 
um, 18 i was around it alot in football. everything i did, i did right i know the rules on the board the whole not being on here discussing anabolics or advocate it. i dont, i just did do them at that time...
