i hate the guys in the gym wit there lil notebooks writting everything down. i just do what works what makes me grow.

Well we hate guys who dont keep track of these numbers :D. Seriously, if you do what works for you, then why do you ''hate'' guys that write the poundages down each week. I do it because there's no way I would remember which weight I worked out with last time, and for how many reps. So for me to make progress I need to see the numbers from the previous session to know how much to weight to add, or how many reps need to be performed. If I dont see an increase in one or the other over a few weeks time, I know I need to make an adjustment in diet or some other area. Honestly keeping a workout log has made more of a difference for me than most supplements, so live and let live.

And I know you are under attack about your log not having numbers, but just ignore it. Most pros will say to go by the mirror and not the scale anyway. You could put all the bashing to rest with before and after pics, or if you dont have before pics, during and final log pics would be second best, but its your log its up to you.

allow me to clarify as i realize my post earlier was a lil more negative then i meant. i hate guys that make those numbers who sit in the gym taking up an area i am in need of. i believe get in get a huge painful orgasmic pump and go home. i hate the guys that sit there reviewing there books at the only squat rack that they arent using. the gym is church to me, get in worship and go home. i dont have starting pic but i will end with a final pic to post

Not really. I still had no idea what 'real testers' meant, and I don't see how giving anecdotal feedback is 'killing the hype'. I agree that B brought up a valid point when he pointed out a lack of quantitative stats, but I wasn't referring to him, I was only addressing BulkPower's comment.

Id like to give my opinion and this is just what it is my opinion. Bigschmidt it is really hard to tell whats going on in this log. It seems this has turned into 1 of the threads that are in the ax forum. I have to read 7 pages to get any info on what and how your doing with this product. My suggestion is form another log and ask that others try and keep their responses to questions about the product and how your doing. I realize that the 7 page part isnt your fault, I think this log got kind of out of hand.
 
rugger i agree wit you. this was never my intention for this to become anything that it is. i started off with asking if ppl had questions for me about my experiances that was how i wanted this to go. i was the first to jump onthe opputunity to go public. my stats arent perfect like i have said but ppl want that. unfortunatly thats not me.
 
neoborn forgive me but my strategy is not throw it to the wind and see how it works out. everything is kept in my head and i trust the mirror its simple it just dont lie. my girl asks me if she is fat, i say look in the mirror it dont lie. (figurtivley speaking i think she is perfect) but thats how and what i go on. if my back is lagging thats where i hit. it all depends on my body i just listen to what it says. i go to a whole different level with this sport, our bodies our ever changing, amazing creations capable of anything. i know my routines i just mix it up the days i hit them. this keeps my body contantly shocked forcing it to grow.
 
I think your log is fine so far, just take a pic of you now and then one when your finished!( you dont have to post the pic's till your done!) You dont really need a "before" pic b/c well this is not a damn year long body recomp, just a month cycle. Maybe some mods can delete the frist 5 pages of crap that wasnt your fault?
 
no this may not be the log everyone expects folks but im sure big will have the chance to rectify that if you all would just chill and stop cluttering it constant banter and insults, B5150 had and made a VERY valid point and then all the rest after that has just been demeaning echos of an otherwise intelligent and insightful post. you guys need to just step back give him a chance to regroup and make his presentation, if you have a question pertaining to his info givin ask, otherwise more criticism will just fill this log with uselessness, lets please be civil guys.

Sorry I busted your balls. Even more sorry that everyone walked all over them afterwards. Detailed logs are not for everyone. I just so happen to be in aerospace manufacturing quality assurance where data is the last word.

I am an endo who can easily get over fat when bulking. I find that ~15xBW calories is the threshold for me before I over fatten. I do, when bulking allow for a "treat day" on my off day with my last meals of the day to be "open" with a surplus of clean carbs. All carbs posted in my meal plan are net carbs. Depending on partioning of this compound I may increase my calories as needed.

Training: Two-a-day, 3 on, 1 off split
My training style during this period will be similar to a MaxOT type training. I had very good results (LBM and strength) last cycle when I used this method. I will shoot for weights that allow for 6 reps and at least 4 reps per set for all sets on that exercise (unless stated as 6-8). I will proceded with that weight until I am able to perform all sets at a 6 count (or 8 count as applicable). I will shoot for 6-9 sets per body part(s) with chest/back/tris at the high end and bis/delts in the middle range. I will use a 2.5-3min rest inteval standard across the board. When and where I am able, I will work beyond the plan (either sets or reps) and document such.

I have recently developed an AM/PM w/o routine that has allowed me to make very good progress in stregth without overloading myself within one w/o in regard to time and energy/intensity exersion. I am able to increase volume via frequency of my split (3on 1off regardless of day of week)

I will post each days work out with the respective weights/reps and will log it in my journal (spreadsheet) and update it and re-post it at the end of each full split. I will continue to post revisions of the spread sheet with progress as cycle progresses.

Observations:
More of the same...still. I will note that I have in the last several days had some flushness and a rush type of feeling shortly after dosing. I have also experienced a bit of what I would call a tension like headache. Nothing major, but noticeable. Irritability is slightly increased as well. Now let me tell you, I have had the most stressful period of work and some areas of "significant growth" in a personal/spiritual aspect of my life. These would certainly cause the mentioned stress/tension/irritability without an androgen. I just mention it because I noticed a slightly lower threshold for this during the last several day. I also mention it because if I recall correctly I have been running it the longest at this higher dose. No episodes...but quite assertive and intense in my response to undesireable stimuli.

I have eating a bit out of whack last several day. The day (and partial false day) of fasting kind of threw my whole discipline out of whack. I am very structured in regard to meal timing. So in order to compensate for missed meals I tried to play catch up. A few 'un-acceptable' food selections too late at night. For me eating the same amount as I normally do, but doing it all at the end of the day, tends to make me feel bloated and all around crappy. But, the excess calories does wear well on my frame while on cycle.

I am at the point where I have pretty much plateau on strength increase. If I were to continue on on this cycle I more than likely would do some strip/drop sets to get more hypertrophy as opposed to continue to tax my tendon/ligaments/connective tissues. From my experience (with my body) I feel I am at a point of a periodization. A point of mixing things up so to speak. This is really irrelevant to SuperDrol, but just a point that I thought I would make in regard to my training log.

Thsi morning I did my chest and for the first time (ever, I think) I actually had cramping in my pecs. Unbelievable contarctions during my DB work. The concentration and M&M connection was incredible.

Comments:
There was an extra day off between my split this time. It was unavoidable and unplanned. I was going to try to do three days in two (today and tomorrow) as all I have is two days left of SuperDrol, but it is really not necessary or signifcant to my testing at this point. So as it stands I have enough SuperDrol to have my last dose tonight and a full day's dose for tomorrow. This will be a full 21 days on, with 17 at 40mg or more.

I will update with stats and picture on or before Monday.

PCT: Nolvadex is heavy handed because I have it to spare. I am looking forward to another cycle so I want to get good and recovered.

EFA's: Fish Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a main staple in my diet. I just bump it up during PCT.
Cholest-Off: Started using this on my last M1T post cycle. Will continue to do so for some time, or when my next Lipid Profile tells otherwise. Will become a staple in my PCT.
E/C: Don't want to get fat trying to keep my LBM.

I usually go heavy, low volume post cycle. I'll likely drop things like DB (in/dec) for BB (in/dec). No more two-a-days. Probably going to transition into a 4on 1off from my 3on, 1off two-a-day. Frequency is going to drop off here after the second week of PCT as my kids are in for the holidays.

I didn't personally have a problem with the log, as I usually keep more qualitative logs (like this one), as opposed to quantitative logs. Screw the trolls. I was just thinking today, "Are they still advertising in the mags or something?" Seems like a lot of new guys flaming.
 
Hey biggie, I'm like you man, I have done this waaaay to long to be so vane anymore with counting every number and logging every lift and taking every measurement! There was a time when I did. There was a time I would NEVER miss a w/o or cheat on my diet. I missed a lot of good cookin' on the holidays for so many years and it was so damn stupid! I would w/o on Christmas, birthdays, even the day I got married! Hey, it was a scheduled w/o day so that came first, so sad. I'm glad I finally got a life! Training is not life, it's just a part of life. I go by strength, weight, appetite, mirror, all intuitive stuff now when I "log". After so many years, you can. These kids miss the big picture and all they have is there notebook to measure success. Like little robots that have no human sense, they will learn though. We all have to go though it I suppose.

I wish you would continue to provide data. So what if they can't use it, some of us can and maybe it will force the rest to think for once and extract something from between the lines!!

Thanks Poppy. I m over at bb.com under a different name, but come here to refresh. There is a lot of drama over there and sometimes you just need a break. I completely understand what your saying. BTW I read one of your logs and it was very well done. Gotta give credit were credit is do!
 
thanks alot man! thats just how poops do, lol. but im really very happy that so many people have found it usefull i just like doin it for my own tracking of progress and to keep me motivated, but if others can benifit then im very happy all the hard work is recognized.:cheers:

this morning i woke up with a noticable amount of hardness and lean physique that i was actually happy with. a flatter more hard look to my stomach which seems to be melting away fat. my workout this morning was strictly chest and it followed the guidlines of what i posted yesterday.
this morning marks the begining of week three and marks the start of steadily increasing the doseage over the next week for the next few days i am up to four pills to test the effects on my body compostion and strength
 
I agree whole heartedly with most of what Dr.D shared. My best and last log was as a beta tester for superdrol (Old school team DS: sledge, Dr.D, etc.). Quiet honestly I don't test or log any more because of the fact that if I am going to do it I am going to do it right, to the very best of my ability. Furthermore most consumers don't care for the facts or the truth, they love and put there money where the hype is.

But as a tester there is a prerequisite, otherwise anecdotal 'logs' are just that, and quite honestly not fit for a product that will be put into ones body and possibly effect your heath as well as the health of those of whom the company is looking to market and sell it to. Just my opinion, but if all they want is anecdotal hype...it's their company and their product and their conscience.

Statements like I am down 2% body fat and up 4lbs of LBM are ridiculous statements without even a tape measure and a scale to support them. I mean glycogen uptake and vascularity may make you look swollen and leaner but unless you have skinfold and a scale it is not fact. Do we want to market a product without data to support these claims? I know I would want to be sure that I had data and facts to support any of my companies or products performance claims. Never mind the fact of toxicity!!! Again, just me.

I offer to clean up this thread and delete all the BS if you like. You deserve to at least be treated with respect and I will uphold that for you.

let me be more specific i have had done skin fold test to support my claims of drop in 2% body fat and i used to scale to deduce the 4 llb of LBM. starting off at 250, dehydrated in morning. 20% bodyfat on day one. 1 week two days later i was tested again on bodyfat at 18% and still 250. over the past weekend is when i noted the drop to 245.2 and tommorow my body fat will be tested again as will weight to determine the gains and so forth.

Of course, right now I am not ready to be taking this when it actually does come out (I turn 21 in June as well), but what I want to know is, if I would buy a bottle now, how long would it stay if I put it away in storage? Would it last a few years? Obviously new stuff will come out by then, but if this ends up being as good for most people as it is for schmidt, I might as well keep it around. Plus if it ends up getting banned....
 
hey bro i still got a bunch of expired stuff laying around. plenty of 1AD, M1T, old finigenix magnum liquicaps. the stuff lasts a long time if stored in a dry, cool, dark place
 
Hey guys. This is my first post to this forum. It appears that my friend Mike was getting bashed pretty hard. I am going to try and help him out. I am going to meet up with him after work so we can get some pics on the digital camera and he is going to get his current body stats. After he is done with his cycle we will take another set of pics and post his final stats. I know this is a little late but I hope this will give somewhat of an idea of what kind of results everyone can expect on 3-AD.

Not sure if it was for 3-AD or for something else, but I have seen people here recommend vacuum sealing the product and freezing it. Could last 5 years or so.

That's pretty much standard procedure for storing most products like this long term.

Haha nice! And that is pretty much all I hoped it would last. Ive read all through here more than enough to know not to start PH's young, and you said earlier that 21 is the minimum age, but what is the earliest age you'd recommend to start something like 3-AD? Of course I wouldnt make this my very first cycle, but even so, just planning for the years ahead...
