Thank you Puccah! She is a pretty good player, I enjoy watching her play and just how tough she is.
 
It's always awesome to see kids get into sports and/or weightlifting. Too many electronice gadgets today are making a lot of them lazy!!
I have just recently been thinking about getting a few home weights, because my son is really wanting to start lifting with me and he can't get in the gym for another year.

Yeah I have all my stuff at home so it makes it easy for me and my wife to train and then I can train my daughter also.
 
I bet she does! :) That's great that your whole family is active! I should start working out with my daughter at home. She's not mentally ready for the gym yet! Lol

It has just been this summer that she is actually asking to workout and she has some teammates that will train with her a day or two during the week.
I have a weight training and conditioning workout for her to do. I do the conditioning with her.

Weight is at 253 this morning. So looking like around 8 pounds gained since starting about a month ago. I need to take my measurements to see where the gains are at. Still fitting into my 36 waist pants comfortably so that is always a good thing.
Starting today I will be bumping it to 60mg.

I can really tell a difference in my strength on my main lifts. Squats are my weakness but the weights are feeling light right now. Also just overall workout does not see as taxing. Libido still going strong!
Still haven't noticed any sides.

Do you do your calf press on a leg press machine? Some big numbers!

Yes do them on the leg press machine. I work out at home so I have one of those Hack Squat and Leg Press machine combo.

Another solid workout. Strength is definitely on the rise. Also don't know if it has anything to do with Diabolix but I notice I am sweating a lot more than usual during my workouts and even wake up at night and feel warmer than usual.

Took a few measurements yesterday so I can compare after my full run of Diabolix
Chest-49 inches
Arms-18.25 inches
Waist-38 inches ( around the belly button)
Thighs0 29 inches ( around the biggest area-upper thigh)

All these measurements were taken cold before my workout. Weight is staying steady at 253.

Also working on getting in more calories. I know from many years of trial and error I can gain weight on just 3,000 calories. I was overweight growing up and have always put on fat easily but can put on some muscle also. I just don't want my waist to get to much out of control even though I know I have to push it if I want to put on more muscle.
 
Just finished up some conditioning.
Jump rope and sledge hammer swings for 25 seconds on 40 seconds off and finished that with 10/50 yd. Tempo runs. Run it one way and then walk back for recovery
 
Consistently getting stronger and leaner!!! Awesome job! Love the conditioning too!!

Did some rack deadlifts and arm work. I'll post workout later.

Weight is staying steady at 253.
Rack Deads went up very easy so strength keeps getting better each week

I can definitely tell I've put on some size by how my shirts are fitting. Sleeves and chest are tighter!
Today was a complete off day spending time with the family.

Weight is at 255 this morning after a little more carbs this weekend. Yesterday was a rest day but will getting back to workouts today.
Still going strong with 60mg of Diabolix. Looking forward to seeing how this week goes after almost a week of dosing at that level.

I usually get a gallon of water in a day. Sometimes a little less but I drink mostly water.

Thanks to IronFlex just got my second bottle of Diabolix in today which is perfect cause I only had a couple days left since I upped it to 60 mg.

Cliff notes? 14 pages is a lot of reading.
