Workout last night

OK so this is the circuit training that I have mentioned a few times. Here is the set up. 8 exercises for 30 secs a 10 sec break and then 30 more secs then on to next one.

After the first 8 we do abs for 8 elbows to knees toes touch side to sides single elbow to knees leg raises

then back through them

leg raises single elbows to knees toes touch side to sides elbow to knee crunch

next was the next set of 8. This is when you really start to get tired and have to push yourself.

On the TRX pushups I was so exhausted I could barely do any on the second 30 sec round. It was like my chest just wouldnt work. lol.

I love doing this stuff. Its a great cardio and good change up for me. Rest day will be today. I am sore all over.

Side note the Frog jumps and box jumps are the hardest and burn the most for me

What size box do you use for your jumps? Anytime you have your Chest pumped to
Where u can't do body weight push ups is an amazing day

2 trx tri's
3 rope jumps. ( big ass rope in hands and do a jumping jake )
4. squat jump
5. frog hops
6. trx hams
7 trx low row
8. pull ups

Abs was incredible hard
all non stop all the way through 45 sec - to one min on all

Knee to elbow
crunch
feet raise
butt ups
toe touch
plank

Then back down
AND then back through one more!.
I was really hurting after these.

Next was second course
1. box jumps
2 KB squat press with barbell
3 trx bi's
4 rope chops
5 burpees
6 half burpees
7 trx ab crunch
8 tire ham bridge.

Todays workout was not that good.
I was very tired from yesterday.

DEADS
140 x 10
140 x 10
225 x 8 x 2
305 x 5. x 2.. These almost killed me for some reason . It felt like it weighed 1000lbs.

Squats was just feeling really off and awkard. I did not like it.
I went with jumping squats with just the bar.

Leg press with various lg placement and weights.
Worked up to 600 lbs and that was a really good controlled press. I liked it.
10 sets on leg press.

Hams
7 sets of various weight and 2 machines.

Very tired and went home.

Im with you on the kb squats. The kb's just scare me period. Im afraid I will hurt myself with them for some reason.

Felt really strong here too. Looked wicked in mirrow. VEINS everywhere.

Flat Db flies
Controlled and great form
15 x failure x 4 set

Barbell rows
225 x failure x 3 set

Pec dec
220 x 10 x 3
Never did this much for so many sets and reps
Really wish I could get my pic took doing these. LOL
Chest looks insane thick when I do these.

Straight arm row

Most of this was pretty much super set
I like to be in and out of the gym now days.
I was done in little over hr.

35lb , and 25lb No rep count just went for pain. 4 sets

delts was on fire after these.

Db curls tri drop set
30- 20 - 12
No rep count just go with it 4 sets

Side delt raise
tri drop set
35 - 25- 10
No count just feel it out.

french press
120 x 10 x 3 sets

Single arm tri ext
4 set
super set with cable preach curls

Bw dips
3 sets x 12.

Really nice workout there!!! With my shoulders I kinda just go for the feel most of the time.

Hey, been following your log for few weeks. I'm interested in trying lecheek products (mass hgh and ad-3) for couple months, was wondering hows your libido in this thing? Read it in the supplements reviews site where couple guys lost libido and felt they were experiencing testicular atrophy (3rd -4th week) until they implemented ad-3 to the log? You might not feel it though since the supp is part of your stack.

I have not been able to update for a while. Lots going on here.
Friday I went for a full body workout and I really loved that .
about 3 sets on everything. Good pump.

Saturday was off.

Sunday was another full High voltage class. It was brutal.

Monday I went in for chest and back but had a hard time getting into it because of the class on Sunday.

I have continued to loose in my waist. But I dont look as tight or as bulked in my chest and so on like I did. My strength has continued to gain though and sleep is still epic from this stack. One thing I will say is that this stack is great for recovery.
I will update more when I can.

Yes I can tell I have dropped in the libido on this stack. The last time I took TX9 it dropped some I don't think it has anything to do with the ad-3.

Wednesday

The past few days I have just been border line sick with my wife. Just not felt up to par.

Yesterday sat down and gorged myself with food for lunch and felt awful till late last night.
So bad I almost did not go to the gym.

I waited a few hrs longer before going. Had to really take my time and prepare myself, I thought I was going to hurl for the first 30 min
Anyway I just did some leg press stuff and minor back stuff. But on into the workout Although I didnt feel great I had some good strength.

Leg press I kept feet low and narrow to really hit the quads.

200 x 12
400 x 8
600 x 8
800 x 12 x 2
850 x 12 NEW PR
I did have knees wrapped though.
800 x 10
600 x 10
400 x 10
200 x failure

Back
hammer strength high pull
3 plates x 10 x 4 set
with good mornings

Close grip lat pulldown
4 sets and broke a PR on these too.

Front squats
140 x 6 x 4 sets

abs and went home. I had some good strength but I just didnt have a good feeling in my stomach. I was really having to push it to stay there.
I am very tired today at work I might take a day or two off and rest up . If this is a bug I want to kill it before it gets bad.

was rushed for a workout last night but still had a good pump when I left.

I did everything NON STOP. From one thing to the next. Do the set. add weight and Do that set.


Went a little something like this.

Hammer strength shoulder press
#25 x 12
#45 x 10
2 x #45 x 8 wait just a min and 2 more sets

Super set
Flat bench on smith WIDE grip and Front delt plate raise

Side delt drop set

Small break and 3 more sets

Pec dec
Felt like a beast on these ( the whole F'n stack! ) x 10 x 4 sets!
weight is 280 on stack

Cable face pulls with pushups
4 sets

weighted ab crunch.

I need to take time to hit the cardio again.

Nice PR man, keep that strength coming....I need to start wrapping my knees I feel pain in them at times, it's not fun...but keep up the work man

I can't squat sht because of my back. But I can press decent. The wraps help me keep from throwing knees out to side.

Sorry I have not updated in a while. Super busy right now and its going to get worse till the year is over. I just wanted to go ahead and write my last post on this log and give my thoughts on a few things.
I have really enjoyed this stack and this contest. Wilpit is the hardest person I have ever tried to compete against. I think I underestimated him. I will not do that again lol

Huge thanks to Lecheek and Matty and Marms for the chance to run this. I enjoy everything Lecheek makes, I feel they are one of the few companies I trust.

I have a lot to say about this stack. I will post about that as soon as I can.

What I learned during this contest.

1: Wilpit is like the woo tang clan. He ain't nothing to F*ck with . LOL.
The guy is a beast.

2: Don't ever post your PR while doing a challenge with WILPIT, he go right behind you and crush your PR to nothing, You will have a bad day after that.

3: My diet sucks

4: 60 days is a long time for someone with ADHD to stay focused.

5: I hate cardio
5.5 : I really hate cardio

6: This stack has gave me the best sleep and recovery I have ever had on a supplement.

7: Anabolicminds.com has some really great people here that helpful and motivating.

8: There ain't nothing like smashing a NEW PR.

So what happened while on this stack and contest.
I started off great, then I seen wilpit get abs in like a week. I was like WTF? lol .. I am pretty sure he is one of those guys that can sneeze and get abs and a NEW PR at the same time.
Anyway , I started off really good but as always my diet is what is my doom. I never got the abs I wanted. Although I did shrink my waist size down and set PR's the whole time on this stack. I feel the strongest I have ever felt in my life right now, I also have more endurance which is great because of the style I like to workout to.

I went down in weight and then starting getting stronger at such a good rate I decided to go ahead and EAT and grow. Well I did. Pics are one thing Measurements are something else.
I started out at around 248 - 250 I am right now sitting at 261. Now is that lean MASS? F no. lol. I have gained some muscle or else I would set PR's like I have. With the holiday's when they was I was eating everything .

Arms was at 17 3/4 Now 18 1/2
shoulders was 50 now 53 Now that is some gain!
chest 44 now a 48
waist a tight 42 now a semi tight 40.
legs are my trouble area I cant get any growth at all. I am 6'4 so I know that goes with the height but.
Legs start was 26' at 3' above knee. Now 27 1/2
that don't sound like much and I cant really see it but tape don't lie.

I will upload my pic as soon as I can. My phone is being a complete jackass right now though so I do the best I can.
They are not the best pics but they are best I can do. If you don't like them I can try and take some others or something. My stomach is not as trim as It was earlier in the stack but I have been eating like a country boy is meant to the last 2 weeks lol.

I will say that I have gained some lat's while on this stack and that has been something I NEVER have been able to see or feel. lol.
I will miss the sleep I have gotten from this stack as well.

You def put in some good size. The arms, chest, traps, look swole. I def see the lat spread on the double bicep pic too. Def noticed strength gains with this stack as well. Thanks for all the props and light jabs by the way lol. Oh and those abs I sneezed out are gone at this moment, so this is going to be a decent comp. good work man and def enjoyed reading your log and those high intensity work ours.
