Well I had a great workout yesterday
Same set up as last time 30 sec, with 15 sec break, 30 sec on again.
1. KB squats
2 trx tri's
3 rope jumps. ( big ass rope in hands and do a jumping jake )
4. squat jump
5. frog hops
6. trx hams
7 trx low row
8. pull ups
Abs was incredible hard
all non stop all the way through 45 sec - to one min on all
Knee to elbow
crunch
feet raise
butt ups
toe touch
plank
Then back down
AND then back through one more!.
I was really hurting after these.
Next was second course
1. box jumps
2 KB squat press with barbell
3 trx bi's
4 rope chops
5 burpees
6 half burpees
7 trx ab crunch
8 tire ham bridge.

Man I'm either old, blind, or both lol I haven't even heard of kb squats or frog hops but man your kicking the weight room's a$$. Killer workouts.
Hey, been following your log for few weeks. I'm interested in trying lecheek products (mass hgh and ad-3) for couple months, was wondering hows your libido in this thing? Read it in the supplements reviews site where couple guys lost libido and felt they were experiencing testicular atrophy (3rd -4th week) until they implemented ad-3 to the log? You might not feel it though since the supp is part of your stack.
