sex drive / hpta (enough sacrificed for sports, sex mustn´t suffer, too!!!)
hairloss
acne
cardio-vascular damage
dimishing gains of juice - sometimes and some stuff works out a lot better without juice!!!

i'll say other because, not doing enough research, throwing a bunch of different compounds in your body resulting in growing huge jugs and having your liver leak out of your anus is not listed............

I said HPTA function. I'm a young guy and somewhat popular with the ladies and I would really rather not experience having a floppy wiener my first time with a girl. I'd also rather not be on HRT for the rest of my life... that wouldn't be much fun, nor would it be very cheap. Next I suppose is cardiac health... although I cycle pretty repsonsibly and for short durations and even take RYR and niacin pretty much year round... I am pretty careful with all my cycles. In fact I guess I am kind of a puss compared to some of you guys who are all gung-ho with your cycles... when I am on cycle I am kind of nervous with every wierd thing that goes on with my body. If I get a small thing like a headache at work I wonder if its because of my cycle.

ME TOO IM ON MY FIRST CYCLE NOW AND IM READING THROUGH THESE POSTS...IM GETTIN SCARED THAT IM GONNA GHAVE IRRIVERSABLE DAMGE DONE TO MY BODY ALSO BUT IDK

I voted liver, which is very important to overall health.

I would really have to say my biggest concern would be someone finding out and labeling me a "juice head". :run:

Ofcourse, there is so much bad rep out there, people just jump to a typical conclusion all the time. They would be better of listening and being educated, if they really cared to. :study:

hairloss can be life threatening if your young enough, but in most cases, its not that much of an issue if you have some game. :D

I have never used, but if I had, I'd have to say my biggest fear would be that in prison, the guys would think my breasts were too small, or that too much muscle turned to fat when I went off cycle and they'd think I was fat. Or even worse, if I fell in love, but my cellmate didn't feel the same way for me and it was just strictly sex.

No wait, change that: I'm more afraid of going to prison and getting farked up the arsehole!

I say all three a major concerns, but to me its the Liver and cardiovascular. True, your liver can be protected to a certain extent. But too much use of anabolic steroids will damage your liver, which can lead to liver cancer, and at that point the only other choice is a liver transplant.

Yeah, plus if you use serms, these are toxic to your liver as well. Long term Nolva use is linked to liver lymphoma, and a host of unwanted sides. The other serms are too new to have enough data to analyze long term sides. However, liver lymphoma doesn't nessesarily warrant a transplant, it is possible to recover by other means, chemo, radiation, surgery, ect. And a common myth I see people promoting is that your liver "regenerates". This is not true. Its not like you can damage your liver relentlessly, and expect the damaged part to "regenerate". What happens is the part of your liver that is not damaged will work more efficiently, thats all. So if you do enough damage, you will not have any viable tissue left to compensate for the damaged part. That seems to be a common myth among our society, and I just had to disspell it.

I selected "Other."
I'd say...hands down...for me...my biggest concern is staying sane. Psychological and emotional health. I'm serious. I'm not going to go as far as saying watch out for "roid rage" or suicide or that be careful b/c you might go out and kill people. lol. But, being able to stay calm and relaxed throughout the day for me takes a lot of work and meditation. When I'm "off" its easier to center myself and find my inner peace than when "On." Not everyone is prone to psychological problems, but a lot of people are and totally neglect that aspect of their health. I get hyper. A wired feeling. I always believed that steroids act like an "emotional amplifier" that amplify whatever it is that your feeling. Sometimes its even happiness. Sometimes its depression. Sometimes its anger. Sometimes I have obsessive thoughts and become way too focused on negative events.
So, if I were going to startup, I would ask questions like: "Am I going through an emotional stressful time in my life right now?" "Will this affect my dating life or relationship?""Is the person I'm dating or involved with an emotional person?"
Man, I go through the girlfriends when I'm on stuff... It took me a long time to figure that out and learn to not let that **** get to me.
"Am I depressed right now?" "Do I get angry easily?" "Do I hold grudges?" "Can I deal with my own emotions right now?"

I don't think people give this **** any thought at all. Hell, I never did, and I had to go through some "stuff" to recognize the emotions that were being amplified that I couldn't control. Once you can learn to deal with that stuff, then you don't notice the emotional sides nearly as much.

Your going to stress out your bodies some. I get night sweats, insomnea, heart palps on occasion, bloating, sweating, bp increases, resting HR increases to 95-105, panic attacks, etc... The support supps helps some. They never did jack for my bp though... Only bp med works for me, but I am on bp meds while "off" anyway.

Talk to guys who've used about the emotional toll it can take. Not everyone is affected. I just talked to a guy at the gym the other day who used to use. Somehow we got on the topic of AAS, and the first thing he told me was, "Try to keep a girlfriend on that ****..." hahaha. We both laughed and both knew just how true that statement was... lol.

Certainly never worried about my nads coming back. lol. I see the funniest posts about people worrying about their testicles. lol. Do you realize there are guys who have been on steroids for 10-15 years without cycling? Guys who are still getting their wives or gf's pregnant btw! lol.
I do monitor my BP three times a day...but once I establish what my new BP is going to be on a new stack after a couple of weeks then I don't worry about it as much. Do your cardio, take your support supps, monitor your bloating, take your BP meds, etc.... BP is easy to treat. Keeping your cholesterol and lipids in check can be done through diet and support supps. Don't worry about cancers except prostate. Worry about heart valve problems...but do cardio in hopes that it helps some... Don't worry about liver...take your liver support...don't drink alcohol while on methyl's. Give your liver a rest from the methyl's, etc...

My biggest troubles come from the emotional sides...

For me the biggest concern when cycling isn't physical but psychological. No matter how long you have cycled you still fight those demons to not take more gear then you need and to not over train when on gear.
