Naw. I'm in a caloric deficit I've lost 20 lbs of water glycogen and fat in the last 3 weeks I'm actually small right now. Thanks though.

Day 10

Morn Weight 210.0 (-0.2lbs)

Weight jumped back up, but had a sushi/white rice meal post workout saturday & a big colorado omelette w/ hashbrowns at lunch w/ Mom preworkout Sunday - timing was everything, & core def isn't looking any fatter today - I believe this is all water from all the sodium (soy sauce & IHOP is not a good way to avoid salt!).

Overall diet has been tight & clean last few days - those were the only questionable meals, & they were timed to a tee & not what I'd consider a normal "cheat" meal. They don't have a place in a contest diet obv, but that's not really my intentions here. Today, for example, 2 scp shake w/ water, 12 almonds for meal 1. Meal 2 mixed salad w/ light balsamic & chicken breast, meal 3 & 4 half can black beans & chicken breast each, meal 5 is 2 scp shake w/ 1/2 cup oats, cinnamon, instant coffee, bcaas intra, meal 6 postWO 2scp shake w/ no added carb. One meal left; haven't decided what yet but it will be a whole food meal for sure. This is how a lot of my workdays look right now. Some days more carbs, others more fats, but always liquid/solid/solid/solid/liquid/liquid/solid right now. I could change the preWO meal to solid if I wanted to get more aggressive w/ lowering cals, but I'm not giving up the first liquid - I can't get out of bed early enough to cook/eat a plate of eggs.

Felt good to get back under 425 & drop all the way down. Had to grind thru the top of the lift; got stuck about 2/3 way up, but I tore through. Strength is coming back up.

Buddy I'm doing the meet with is like 208 right now. He's on 500mg of test/wk & gonna run 40mg of M1A starting 3-4wks out from the meet, & he wants to try to make the 198 weightclass & rehydrate overnight :fool2: Part of me wants to cut to 198 to be more competitive, but I think it'd be better for my physique overall if I just let my body go where it wants & work towards growing into a lean 220 in time. I mean, I don't want to lose muscle trying to shave my way into a weightclass that I toiled so hard for.
 
Forgot to mention: Upped Halo to 75mg as of today; Epi is & will be staying at 45 for the month. I'm feeling really good on this. Been doing 15mg Epi bfast/lunch/dinner(preWO) & Halo 25mg bfast & dinner, but gonna move things to Halo 50mg bfast & 25mg preWO (the half-life is so long) & Epi 15mg bfast & 30mg preWO (the half-life is so short!). The extra Halo will keep me at a decently high anabolic level mid day, letting me run more Epi where it will really shine.

Sounds like you are making some nice progress. If you were just a couple lbs off coming in to the meet I would drop the weight weigh in then refeed over night. However only if it were maybe 5 lbs or so. Seems your first meet you would want to go in with as few things to worry about as possible.

I agree on the meet thing - I want to be at least 220 lean anyway eventually, not 198, so might as well build & refine into that weight than lose ground now. I think a lot of bbuilders get so caught up in competing annually that they hold themselves back - how can you make serious gains when you have to diet down every single year? That's too often, & I think ultimately gonna waste more lbs of muscle than taking 2-3 yrs at a time to make large strides before chiseling into contest.

That's an interesting idea with the Epi, as the halo will keep me anabolic thru the morn anyway. I just really like the firmness I'm starting to notice already from Epi - my muscles are already feeling & looking more solid. My gf knows I'm on again, but she doesn't know what to expect from these compounds. She even commented last night my chest was feeling more solid, & when I told her that Epi often causes muscle hardening she was kinda flabbergasted :woohoo:

My Methyldrene is finally showing up Thursday night, so Fri I'll be giving her a go in the morning - MrKleen73 do you take it immediately after a meal or 30 min or so before like yohimbine? I was under the impression you take it on a full stomach.
 
ALSO - we've got our registration with the city today, & officially set up an account with one supp distributor already - we'll be setting up a business bank account Sat morning & then it's time to start ordering some supplements! I'ma have SO many pills; gonna be hard not to just open stuff on a whim lol
 
I've actually had the same exact thought regarding dieting down yearly. Taking a couple of years to build up the frame seems more optimal to me.. Congrats on progress with the business! Will your sale be online or is it going to be a physical store?

Online only - we wanna sell to the whole continental U.S. for sure, & we can sell way cheaper online. I think a lot of people have a budget, & supplements ultimately don't get a big cut of that, so people really wanna get the most bang from their buck - the mom n pop shop in town is cool, & the owner is nice, but I never shop there because I can get the same product for 65% the price online.

Tested out the chest/shoulder tonight - seems like we're more or less back in business. Felt like it could start hurting any moment but never did, never let me down even under very high load. I felt huge after this workout; I feel more solid at this 208-210 than I did on M1T at 218-220! Great vascularity in arms.

Nothing on strength yet, not that I expect it yet, but endurance is great - too many knuckleheads wanna talk; all I wanna do is keep lifting!

Tomorrow is High Pulls & Back like Saturday was. That was a great workout; hoping to recreate it :)

Oh yeah take them 30 minutes prior to food unless they upset your stomach then take them with food.

We've only discussed continental U.S. for sure yet, Canada might not be a biggie but we'll have to look at shipping expenses - if we go fixed rate it might only be continental U.S., & a bit higher for cannucks/hawaii/alaska. We'll have to weigh it out once we get inventory, so I'll make sure to let you guys all know!

So I just started on some mecha and msten today. Took the first dose at 1. Trained at 3. I swear I was more vascular lol. Like my delts were spidered out. Is this just in my head lol

Man, I know I'm not very strong, but you don't have to be mean about it....

You're not gonna have a markedly increased RBC after a single dose, but every single dose does do a little something, & both compounds manifest more promptly than some others, so it's only bound to get better - just don't overdo the dosing & lots of taurine & liver support & water & you should have a killer run. Take note of how your DOMS feel now, cuz in 3wks it'll prob be hard to remember how they really felt lol
 
Day 12

Morning Weight 209.6 (-.6lbs)

My body is doing everything in its power to grow despite my concerted efforts lol - this Brawn/Halo X are most definitely not bunk! My Methyldrene 25 came today, but gonna run the 2 cap sample of Ripped Juice tmrw in lieu of my AMP/Hyper T2 stack for funsies then hit the M-drene up Friday for the maiden ECA voyage. Hope Ripped Juice is decent on appetite control cuz tmrw is def a leaner day, lower cals & very low carb & probably no lifting (gotta move a lil furniture after work tmrw).

Baked many lbs of chicken breast & cooked a pot of linguine postWO; had a huge plate of pasta & some of that chicken for my post meal so I can't imagine I'll be coming in any lighter tmrw.

Tonight had to cut it much shorter than I wanted to move some stuff to get ready for that furniture shuffle tmrw, so tried to harness a lot of intensity for the work I was able to get to do. Metallica's St. Anger album has been my best friend as of late. Pulled over 200 tonight too, so we're making progress!

I do have to put in my standard disclaimer, I DO NOT BELIEVE IN BIG DOSES. I use what I grow on. Until 400mg test and 200mg tren stops working that's what I'll use. Seeing guys run 3+ grams of steroids I find very reckless. That being said mecha is a kitten and does nothing till about the point I mentioned.

Day 13

Morn Weight 208.8 (-1.4lbs from start)

Figured for sure I'd wake up heavier after that big post meal last night. Lean & low-carb again all day; feeling extremely depleted - I've lifted 5 days in a row (usually lift 2 out of 3 average, never 5 straight), almost all my muscles are sore/not ready, short on sleep & had a bad headache from over-exposure to Jet A fumes since noon. Just got done moving some of my old furniture out & trailer is loaded. I even actually want to lift, but now is the time to rest & rebuild - tonight is for recovery, & tomorrow a cheat meal w/ the lady I think & some business time ;)

Hopefully lifting Sat evening after we get her stuff moved in. I love lifting on days off work.

Btw, used 2 caps of Ripped Fuel from Betancourt from a sample today, one 30 min pre-bfast & one 30 min pre-lunch (meal 3) - stuff is weak & didn't do much of anything. I could feel the yohimbe the smallest bit cuz I'm so sensitive to it, but this stuff is def made for the faint of heart. Tomorrow we implement this bad boy:

Lol it happens bro. We were installing some new systems in a jet a few years ago. They forgot to empty the tanks. Hangar hit like 85 degrees over the weekend in January. Vented all over. Floor was covered. Soak pads for days. Had to open the damn doors while we worked. Got so frickin cold. Week long migraine from working in a JP8 soaked hangar.

Chinooks uses to do the same sh!t too. Yuck.

Lol we had one like 2 wks ago they topped off to leak check on incoming for a big inspection & it was -2 or so here when the night crew filled it. Dummies left it totally full in a 65* hangar; it had vented all over the floor by time we'd returned next morning.
 
I only use Jet Fuel as a pre workout myself....
