Big Boy Muscle 2015 show prep plan.....We Go Harder!

Yesterday I decided to take a rest day. I was exhausted by the time I got off work and my hammies and calves were screaming at me....today I woke up sore as ****! Means I'm growing...hell yeah!

Weighed in at 250.2 this morning

I received my first shipment from my awesome NEW sponor LG Sciences yesterday. Should have my other order in the next few days too. I started my Cutting Andro Kit this morning and my IGF-1. So excited to be working with such a reputable company. Looking forward to seeing the changes over the next few weeks. Ramping up on my T3 and Clen....expecting a few more goodies next week. Preshow cut going down....225 here I come. I'm looking to take a different approach this year in hopes of coming in leaner than I have ever been by starting my true show prep at a lean 225-230 instead of 250-260 like I normally have. I have great expectations for 2015 and I thank u all for being a part of my journey. Big Boy Muscle. .....We Go Harder!!

Just show your 3 year transformation pic with the stats. Then show where you are now with stats. And then state what you want to come in at for show. It's a story with pics that is and will be simply amazing!

dude we all have been there. i fell a long way from the avi i have on here, i was pretty lean in that one. now i just look and feel fat. the way i look at posting my pics is motivation to not look as sh*tty the next time i post pics.

Ok so felt terrible all day so drained and had a huge headache so I tried to sleep it off this morning. Went to work and then felt like I needed to train since yesterday all I got in was my cardo of 20 mins stepmill 20 mins treadmill.

Weighed in at 247.6 this morning definitely moving on the scale. Been a real struggle to get my meals in lately. Hopefully I'm not getting sick as tonight's workout was not that great.

I was feeling pretty strong with my lifts until I saw that 320 for 6 on incline HS. lol

Absolutely my brother only way to go. Wasn't feeling my strength last night. Hoping things will get better this weekend
 
Champagnes= close grip Db press, tipping the bells towards the chest on the way down?
 
I was wondering the same thing or it kind of like a Scott Press where it looks like you are pouring champagne from a bottle.

Big Boy, I am in the same boat about not wanting to post pictures. I feel ya on that but hey you are doing a prep so you know you are going to have some improvements soon to compare the initial shots too. Makes it nicer there.

I wanted to cry halfway through...lol...it was brutal but I felt good....disappointed in weight on shoulder press but that was after 30 sets on side delts
