Holy soreness I missed this. definitely feeling yesterday's arm workout decided I was going to try to do chest today.I'm pretty frustrated with results. I have no strength whatsoever and no endurance

You know eccentric training would probably be a good thing for you right now. 3 to 4 second negatives with concentration on strict form you could get more out of lighter weight.

Great minds think alike. I've been incorporating it in already. Only way I can get a pump right now
 
Funny you mention Carpal Tunnel. That's what they first diagnosed me with because of my age. They did the surgery, and on the 6 week follow up the doc said " feeling much better right" I told him no that it was even worse. Felt like a grapefruit under my shoulder blade and my hand and arm would go numb and then feel like needles. They did an MRI and I had surgery a few days later C3-C7 were obliterated no disc whatsoever. Doc said I must've had both problems, carpal tunnel and blown disc - friggin idiot doc. I went to a Neurologist for the surgery and follow ups.

It isn't getting better for me either. Hoping it's not a disc
