Yea it is definitely the stress. I think the agmatine and divamax at night are helping though. I have had sleep problems for as long as I can remember and I have been sleeping better while taking this stack. Off to the gym I go...
as a new rep for biocor it is very nice to hear how much people are enjoying the products, thanks!!!

it's good you were able to keep weight the same even though you weren't feeling 100%.

Worked out over the weekend, but wasn't able to post it. I did chest and triceps yesterday and felt real strong. I tried to max out on bench press and was able to do my previous max of 305 ( from 1.5 months ago) but wasn't able to do more than that. I think if I try to max more often I would be able to do more weight than that since my muscles are more primed for a one rep max. After I did that I did my normal chest and triceps workout and felt a good pump. Endurance was strong and I have been sleeping better the last few days so I feel more refreshed.
Flat Bench Press: Max of 305 then:
3 sets of 10(195lb), 8(205lb), 6(235lb)
Incline Hammer Strength Press : 3 sets of 10(190), 8(210), 6(230)
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 10(60), 8(65), 6(70)
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 10(75), 8(80), 6(85)
Overhead Dumbbell Triceps extension: 3 sets of 10(75), 8(80), 6(85)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 10(70), 8(80), 6(90)
Dips to failure: 18

been a couple days since I last posted. Very busy with 4th of July, my birthday, school, and my wife having our baby any minute. I have been working out every day however. Today I did back and biceps. Felt pretty strong. Got good sleep last night so I felt like I was at the top of my game. My sleep directly relates to how I perform at the gym so always important to get those zzzzzs.
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 10(265lbs), 8(305lbs), 6(325lbs) Went up 10lbs since last time
Wide grip Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(170lbs),8(180lbs), 6(190lbs) Same weight
Bent over dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10(110lbs), 8(115lbs), 6(120lbs) same weight
Straight arm pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(70lbs), 8(80lbs), 6(90lbs) Same
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 10(80lbs),10(85lbs), 8(90lbs) Same
Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10(35lbs), 8(40lbs), 6(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 10(60lbs), 8(65lbs), 6(70lbs)
Chin ups to failure: 14

haha yea the weather has actually been playing a huge factor in how I am feeling. It has been mid to upper 90's everyday the past week and being outside a lot really drains it out of you.

OK so with my baby being born on Wednesday I have haven't been able to workout as often or post as often. I did work out 3 times this week, I did chest and triceps one day, Back and biceps, and then shoulders and legs the 3rd day. I have been doing very good on the stack. I was finally able to bench press 310 which is a new personal best so very very happy about that! I am still getting very good pumps while training and my endurance has been great. I have no problem working out for an hour and still feel great after. I am sleeping better as well and I think the agmantine and divamax at night has helped that. Overall I am loving this stuff.

Just got back from the gym. I worked out yesterday as well. Today I did back and biceps and yesterday did chest and triceps. I am out of agmantine (I have been taking it twice a day). I didn't go for my max in bench press yesterday as I did last week. I will go for it again next week. I kept pretty much the same weight all around but was able to get out a few extra dips at the end of my session. I have been pretty tired with a newborn in the home!

Yesterday:
Flat bench press: 3 sets of 10(195lb), 8(205lb), 6(235lb)
Incline Hammer Strength Press : 3 sets of 10(190), 8(210), 6(230)
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 10(60), 8(65), 6(70)
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 10(75), 8(80), 6(85)
Overhead Dumbbell Triceps extension: 3 sets of 10(75), 8(80), 6(85)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 10(70), 8(80), 6(90)
Dips to failure: 20

Today:
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 10(265lbs), 8(305lbs), 6(325lbs)
Wide grip Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(170lbs),8(180lbs), 6(190lbs)
Bent over dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10(110lbs), 8(115lbs), 6(120lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(70lbs), 8(80lbs), 6(90lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 10(80lbs),10(85lbs), 8(90lbs)
Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10(35lbs), 8(40lbs), 6(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 10(60lbs), 8(65lbs), 6(70lbs)
Chin ups to failure: 14

Alrigthy I hit the gymm yesterday after seeing my son in the NICU. He is doing a lot better and hope to take him home on Sunday. I did back an biceps yesterday. Wide grip Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(170lbs),8(180lbs), 6(190lbs)

Alright my son is finally out of the NICU after a 13 day stay. Glad to have him home. I will be updating tomorrow. I have been working out every other day mostly due to being at the hospital all the time, but will fill everyone in on my recent workouts and progress tomorrow.

Finally got to work out last night. Son is doing good. I did shoulders and legs. Despite missing a few days I felt pretty strong. My enurance was decent and I don't feel like I have really lost any ground. I am still weighing in about 5 lbs above what I was before I started this log.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10 (65lbs), 8(70lbs), 6(75lbs)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 10(65), 8(70), 6(75)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 10(40),8(45), 6(50)
Squats: 3 sets of 10(305), 8(315), 3(345)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10(145), 8(155), 6(165)
Calf raise: 3 sets of 10(245), 8(265), 6(285)

I did chest and triceps two days ago, and shoulders and legs yesterday. Both workouts were great. I was back to my favorite day of lifting today, back and biceps. My numbers have been increasing, so very happy about that.

Wide grip Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(180lbs),8(190lbs), 6(200lbs)
Bent over dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10(110lbs), 8(115lbs), 6(120lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns: 3 sets of 10(70lbs), 8(80lbs), 6(90lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 10(80lbs),10(85lbs), 8(90lbs)
Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10(35lbs), 8(40lbs), 6(45lbs)

Well rested and feeling strong I went into the gym today and had a great session. I did shoulders and legs. I have said this before, but shoulder are my weakest point. Since I have built up some strength in my shoulders I have seen my bench press jump up, so I really want to focus on getting my shoulders in top shape.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10 (70lbs), 8(75lbs), 6(80lbs) Went up 5 lbs since last week
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 10(65), 8(70), 6(75) Same weight as week before
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 10(40),8(45), 6(50) Same weight
Squats: 3 sets of 10(305), 8(315), 6(325) Went from 3 reps to 6 in my last set but did probably close to the most I have done in 6 reps ever.
Leg Extension: 10(165), 8(175), 6(185)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 10(145), 8(155), 6(165) Same weight as week before
Calf raise: 3 sets of 10(245), 8(265), 6(285) Same weight

Yes! that is what I need. My triceps are really lacking. I need to step it up. I have worked out Monday, tuesday and today, and have had pretty good workouts. I feel well rested and recovered and I am disappointed I am finished with all but the creatine. I will be posting a review soon on all of the great products.
