dude where are your calves.. lol nice quads.. need to hit those calves like a mofo! blast the **** outta them.. I see calves react well to heavy long sets and reps.. then get on the treadmill incline at 15 and walk walk walk walk.. till you cant feel your calves, glutes or thighs!

I do. I work calves 3 days a week and the only cardio i do is incline treadmill. My soleus is thick so my medial tibial doesn't look very prominent.. but i dont want to sound like im making excuses so im gonna work them even more to make them look better
 
I'm not sure what to think about the mdrol. I could have sworn initially that it was legit, but now i'm not too certain. I agreed with a comment in another thread that the stuff is somewhat "spotty" meaning some capsules seem to be dosed correctly and then others seem to be duds. Granted i've gained 10+ pounds in 2 weeks... i've done that before naturally. I'm anxious to see what kind of pump i get tommorow.

NOTE: i've also been feeling a little nauseous and weak at small durations throughout the day... similarly to what i experienced with pplex/xtren. Maybe this is my body's reaction to orals when they're really kicking in?

NOTE #2: My shakes, which consist of raw oats, milk, whey, and natty PB... are getting disguisting.. they seem too sweet and it's getting hard for me to stomach it. Any advice?

NOTE #3: I'm thinking of switching back to a 3 day split... i always benefited well from the ol' mon/wed/fri routine, and right now i'm hitting triceps 2 consecutive days (thurs and fri).

Didn't feel any strength increase tonight. Did get a hell of a pump after the first 2 excercises then it kinda diminished after 20 minutes or so...

I'm gonna order p-plex and use it for the next 2-3 weeks. I've got a few caps left over from last cycle so i'll use those until the shipment arrives. There has been too much scepticism about the new batches of mdrol... especially the 52897 or whatever it is i have. "Juicedup" has the same batch and is 8 days in and isn't feeling a f***in thing so im sure it's not just me.

So starting tommorow its 10mg pplex a day for about 4-5 days then will bump it up. I dont think the mdrol is completely bunk but it is iffy.

Also, weight was down to 213 tonight... something is up with that
 
Started 20mg p-plex today... cant wait for the size and awesome feeling! Anybody notice a strong chemical smell about p-plex? I asked this question back when i ran it the first time but dont think i got an answer. Its the same bottle left over from last time so it may just be that bottle?? It didn't kill me last time (actually worked great) so im not too worried.. just curious
 
Despite my uncertainty, others on the forum have attested to the legitimacy of the 52897 batch. I'm gonna continue with it... bump the dose to 40mg and bridge into the phera. This is what it will look like:

Mdrol... 20/30/40
Phera... 0/0/20/20/20/20

I'm discontinuing the test... its a personal issue.. i've been unable to control my temper and i'm worried that its gonna ultimately result in me losing my job, gf, friends... etc. I understand i could bump it down but honestly i think dropping it completely is the best idea. I figure that it'll take 3 weeks to clear my system and that's the time i'll be finishing the orals. Since the first week i pinned, i've been emotionally unstable and it's bothering me. I don't feel good and have come to the conclusion that i, personally, don't respond well to testosterone. I was very erratic and acted irrational as a teenager and i am feeling exactly that way now... it's a shame i have to do it but i cant live life behaving uncivilized as i am now. Besides.. i think i'll get good gains from the orals.. probably better than test.

I'll still keep you'all updated on the progress.

Weight was still stagnant today...213... time to up the calories again

I'm ridin this b**** out... decided im not a quitter...still pinning.. 500/week. Finishing up the mdrol today... still stuck around 213.

Today was legs, shoulders, tri's, and abs
squats... 275x8, 275x8, 315x8
leg press... 515x10,10,10
smith machine seated front press... 225x10,9,7
lateral raises... 60x8,8,8
reverse flys... 80x10,10
cable pushdowns...225x10,10

getting close to my PR on squats. im gonna start dosing the pplex at 30mg tommorow and run it for 2 more weeks.. by then the test should be kicked in completely
 
Sucks the mdrol didn't work out well for ya. Kinda concerns me cause I just ordered a couple bottles a week ago. I'll have to take a look at the batch # when they get here.

Keep at it man! I'm sure you'll see some better results once that test fully kicks in and now that you've move to 30mg of pplex. :thumbsup:
 
Thats a real bummer you had to drop the test brah... And ya, I found about half my m-drol caps to be not full and some unresponsive...

This is the end of week 4 @500/week. Also, end of week 2 on phera... still @20mg/day. I tried 30 and felt nausious... phera is some potent s***. I think i'm starting to hold some water... up around 216 right now, i hope it keeps steadily increasing, water or no water.

Haven't been posting for a few days.. been very busy with school. I'll try to keep it more frequent.

phera seems to be strong for you, thats good. I have to use atleast 30 to get effects. I held alot of water last time cuz my carbs were out of control. I've done moderate carbs this time with carb loading when i feel deficient.

Everytime i take one i feel sick afterwards... Yea i carb load in the morning cause i always feel deficient when i wake up lol
 
my advice for the anger issue just think, everyone is right ur wrong. and stay as quiet as possible
 
Week 5, day 4

I've got an unusual problem... well maybe its usual for some. My girl wants it 24/7 and ive been delivering. Pretty sure i'm burning too many calories but it's hard to turn in down... i even let her ride lol so i can conserve some energy but its still like an hour long cardio workout 3 times a day. I know i can tell her no and that i have a goal im trying to attain but there has to be an alternative. Any advice from experience on this one?

I'm lifting tommorow. I will post my weight, any strength gains, and overall feeling. I'm about to pin 250mg test right now also. Last "semi-cycle" i did with test that only lasted 5 weeks because of a mishap, the test kicked in during week 5 so i'm anticipating a massive strength gain soon... already starting to retain water... when my weight jumps up i will be complacent.

Oh! 1 more note: My appetite is wayyy up so hopefully the increase in food intake will visibly show soon.

That's actually what ive been trying to do... just let everything fly. It's tough, but your'e right. I know in my head that i'm the s***, so i just try to grin and go on about my business without lashing out. Besides, it bothers people more if they cant get a response out of you.

this situations is not as big as i make it out to be. and just do what gf tells u to. and smile loll thats what i always did. but yah test never bothered me too much but wow clomid really is not for the weak at 100mg

Yea im aware in the back of my mind that the situation is not vital, but its like there is a disconnection between that part of my brain and the part that initiates action... if i ignore things that irritate me i am fine.

oh man clomid made me severely depressed for about 2 days when i frontloaded it at 150mg my first oral cycle. bumped it down to 50 for the remainder and was fine.

Havent checked bodyweight in awhile... i will tommorow. I got my cytogainer earlier this week.. need it to reach my daily caloric target. Feeling considerably better now as far as temper and paranoia.. could have been the orals cause i dropped p-plex after last week. Feeling good and strong and look good. I'd like to reach 220 at least by the end of this.. considering im still fairly lean and can still see my abs.

Will post weight and workout numbers tommorow...
 
Glad to hear you're feelin better man. If you're getting in 3 hours of "cardio" a day...the only way to offset that is to increase your calorie intake (as you know already) or cut back on the "cardio" situation, lol! Though that last part seems unrealistic...

But I understand your pain. I can't seem to eat enough to put on weight real easily. I'm eating 1000 calories over maintenance and I'm still having a hard time. I'll probably have to shoot for 4000 calories a day which would be 1400 over maintenance.
 
Week 8, day 5.. i think lol
I'm up 3 or 4 pounds. 217 today before workout. I used a different batch of test the first two weeks of this cycle, and i think it was severely underdosed... and i am just now feeling the full effects of the second batch after using it for 6 weeks. I may stetch the cycle to 14 weeks.. well see.

Today was back and triceps.. no significant gains in strength but the bodyweight gain has me stoked.. Plus really good pumps in the gym. I've been shuveling food down (not all clean) and despite all the "cardio" ive been doing, ive still managed to move up on the scale. I'm gonna do my best to limit "cardio" for the next month and see if I can hit 225. I will be happy for a while at 225 and 12 or so % bodyfat... at least until summer.

I'm dissapointed, not at the gear, but at my self-discipline. I didn't have things organized enough. I should have had more weight gainer on hand, and school just really impeded on my eating and training.. not to mention the excessive fornication that probably kept me a few pounds light.

I'm 215 and stuck here. Next cycle will be this summer. Here are some pics:

I had just started dating this chick and we were at it 3 times a day.:hitit: It's slowed down now and hopefully i can limit myself to maybe 3 times a week next time!

Thanks bro, yea this summer i'm looking forward to putting on another 10 at least..
