you will receive an e-mail with instructions today or tomorrow so do not post on this thread until you get my e-mail.

NEW UPDATES:

If you log on other boards (just copy and paste), you will be gifted a free product for each board you log it on (limit of 7 products will be gifted). current diet:
about 2500 to 3000 cals per day. usually split between 2 meals per day.
i don't get too anal about it (could be why i can't lose that last 2" of fat) most fats in my diet are from olive oil, egg yolks, and on the weekends i'll cheat with a fat steak.

my training is pretty caveman style.

chest day is: flat bench presses, and dumbell press with maximum stretch on the eccentric motion.

shoulders: military press and dumbell flys. with occaisional handstand pushups for variety.

arms: hammer curls, curls, tricep extention with cable and dumbell.

back: pullups, pulldowns, dumbell rows.

leg day: (damn i hate leg day) squats, leg press

45min cardio 5 days a week with HR 120 to 130 BPM

current supps: 2 tbls flax seed and 4 tsp milk thistle ED, thinking these will be for the rest of the forseeable future.

Day 3 Impression: Felt pretty good today despite staying up to watch the game last night ( I workout at 6 am) . Seemed to sweat more than normal but that may have been due to the guys on the treadmills shutting off all the fans. Didn't notice anything different during chest,legs and shoulder sets but got a really good pump during skulls and pushdowns.

Wgt: 185 (It's basically hung around 185 all week. I wasn't expecting any weight gain as my cals were slighty below maintenace. bumped them up to ~3300 yesterday and will continue throughout testing)

Day 7 Impression: This sup gives a nice non jittery surge of energy. I took it once with my morning coffee on an empty stomach and it was a bit too much for me so now I'm taking it maybe 1/2 hour after meals and I'm liking it alot. Great workouts so far, increased endurance though I haven't had a noticable boost in strength. I'm definitely sleeping better on it but I haven't noticed any boost in libido. I wish I had my bf measured before I started this because this stuff has me sweating alot and with my sub maintenance calories and maybe 1 more cardio session a week I would have liked to see how much fat I could have dropped during the testing period. so far, I definitely give this stuff a thumbs up.

Final Impression: Didn't experience much in terms of weight gain but endurance, recovery, sleep, libido etc were all improved on during testing. Slight bump in overall measurements but cals were below maintenance for the first week of testing and just above for the second week. Even if I don't gain weight on this product, I'm going to continue to use it just for the other benefits. Workouts are great on this stuff, I felt like I could keep going and going and often threw in a few extra sets with no problems. Recovery is awesome (not even half as sore as I normally get), nice deep sleep every night, and libido finally kicked up during the second week. Big thumbs up for this product.

Basics: 53yo / 6' 2" / 207#

Workout: general conditioning, centering around kettlebells, deadlifts, and bicycling;
have been off for 2 weeks due to fever & travelling, but pursue a mix of light, heavy & off days, weighted toward cardio, strength, or both (multiple sessions some days).

Diet: 2500 calories in a 40/30/30 split (p/c/f)
main protein = chicken, egg, whey
main carb = rice, veggies, fruit
main fats = olive, fish

my caps were a little light as well- i emailed usp, and he had this to say: "it is b/c different powders have different densities, and the powders that are less dense tend to have lower fill rates in the capsules, leading to a lighter capsule" (his exact words, kinda makes sense to me) :) he also said the ingredients of the beta product have a very low density, so the capsules won't be as heavy as w/ a high density powder, like cissus

Comments:

Constant Pump: This product definately makes you feel like you have a pump throughout the day. Especially after a dose.

Increase In Strength: I have noticed some strength increase so far, nothing drastic, but quite nice since it has only been three days.

Rock Hard Sleep: This is definitely true for me, I have been having difficulty sleeping lately and when I wake up I don't feel rested. I actually thought about getting some melatonin to help with my sleep, but After starting the beta, I get a deeper sleep, I wake up in the morning and feel a lot more rested.

Increase In Sexual Vigor and Erection Strength: There are definately a few extra erections after starting this product. The member also seems to be fuller, erect and limp.

Overall: For only being on the beta for three days, I am very impressed with this product. I am sort of shocked I have noticed these effects in only three days time. It seems almost to good to be true. I have also noticed an increase in confidence, like being on juice. I have noticed my fuse seems to be a little shorter though. Muscles seem to be a little more dense.

Side notes:
Sexually: Erections have been way more frequent and VERY hard, I'm talking I could break bricks with my wood. I haven't noticed any increase in load volume.

Sleep:Sleep is as rock hard as my woods, when I pass out I'm out. Normally I have to wake up to pee in the middle of the night at least once I have been consistently sleeping through the night, and when I wake up I almost piss myself. Same goes for naps usually if I nap I'm just sort of in and out. Since starting I have been knocked out.

Strength: I have noticed a decent amount of strength gain while being on, this is also my second week of Max Ot so the strength could be attributed to that. But, my guess is it is a combination of both.

Pump: I haven't really noticed an excessive pump in or outside of the gym. Like I just said I just started training Max OT style which isnt really contusive to getting mind blowing pumps. My last workout my forearms really got blown up but the pumps left shortly after my workout. MY bis and tris didnt really notice anything different than usual. My weight has not changed so far.

(Bass killer if you have a question for me or anyone else send me a pm or post it in another thread, this thread is supposed to be fore beta testers results only)

Not sure I'm feeling anything characteristic of the test substance, but it's only been 3 days (today is day 4 - sorry for being late w/ yesterday's numbers). Feel pretty good - maybe a bit more "physical" than I have been...no particular sense of being pumped, no lumber, and I always sleep like a freakin' rock. Strength is nice and solid(?)

Too bad about the 'other boards' thing - my other board presences are supp-related (IBE, Avant)...oh well....
 
Yesterday was day 3 for me, here are my impressions.

The Pump
There's no doubt about it, during training my arms, shoulders, legs and back were experiencing a pump. I never experience a pump in my middle and lower back whilst doing deadlifts, only my traps and lats, but I did yesterday. SHoulders? Well what can I say. They were burning up like they had a fever, after doing low rep overhead pressing and volume benching. My legs never get pumped no matter how much I squat. ****, I looked at my legs yesterday after training and I thought there was somehting wrong with them cause they looked like they'd changed shape! LOL. Overall, muscles were definitely harder and fuller. On non-training days I've also felt what some ppl refer to as the pump, not sure if that was it, as I've never experienced a pmup on non-training days.

Strength
Okey dokey. I had a brilliant session yesterday. I was strong on everything, BUT, was is telling is the following.I was overhead pressing 162.8lbs @ a BW of 151.8lbs for 5 reps before I went on holidays a month ago. I've been back 4 weeks now, AND, last week I struggled to get 1 rep for the same weight. SO yesterday I shold have dropped the weight by about 5.5lbs. Well, I thought let's test this supp out and struggle to get 2 reps. HAHA, I got 3 reps and I was friggin stoked.

Sleep
OK, I am definitely sleeping deeper and finding it hard to get up in the mornings compared to the usual. This is weird. And also dreaming a lot more.

Sexual vigor & rection strength
I've been using Fenotest and Maca of late and for some bizarre reason my libido has actually gone south. I don't know friggin why. The day I began taking the Beta, my libido is back to normal. No that it's through the roof or anything, but it has recovered since. Haven't noticed a difference in erection strength.

Other
Since I began taking the Beta, I've been in a really good mood, sometimes almost excited/euphoric, but not aggressive. Of course being of Spanish background, I can easily lose the plot LOL. Have not noticed any thermogenisis.

Overall thus far
It's only realy days, but the pump is defintiely there, so is the improvement in strength, sleep, mood and libido.

Wasn't even arm day yesterday and I like the increases. My biceps have not been at 14.4 and over since a few years ago when my BW was closer to 170lbs, and when I had a lot more fat on. So for even a small increase in arm measurements in only a cpl of days is fantastic, period. And btw, BW since I started taking the supp is up from 151.1lbs to 154lbs.

My legs never get pumped no matter how much I squat. ****, I looked at my legs yesterday after training and I thought there was somehting wrong with them cause they looked like they'd changed shape! LOL. Overall, muscles were definitely harder and fuller. On non-training days I've also felt what some ppl refer to as the pump, not sure if that was it, as I've never experienced a pmup on non-training days.

Strength
Okey dokey. I had a brilliant session yesterday. I was strong on everything, BUT, was is telling is the following.I was overhead pressing 162.8lbs @ a BW of 151.8lbs for 5 reps before I went on holidays a month ago. I've been back 4 weeks now, AND, last week I struggled to get 1 rep for the same weight. SO yesterday I shold have dropped the weight by about 5.5lbs. Well, I thought let's test this supp out and struggle to get 2 reps. HAHA, I got 3 reps and I was friggin stoked.

Sleep
OK, I am definitely sleeping deeper and finding it hard to get up in the mornings compared to the usual. This is weird. And also dreaming a lot more.

Sexual vigor & rection strength
I've been using Fenotest and Maca of late and for some bizarre reason my libido has actually gone south. I don't know friggin why. The day I began taking the Beta, my libido is back to normal. No that it's through the roof or anything, but it has recovered since. Haven't noticed a difference in erection strength.

Other
Since I began taking the Beta, I've been in a really good mood, sometimes almost excited/euphoric, but not aggressive. Of course being of Spanish background, I can easily lose the plot LOL. Have not noticed any thermogenisis.

Overall thus far
It's only realy days, but the pump is defintiely there, so is the improvement in strength, sleep, mood and libido.

Here are my measurements for yesterday:

Pre-workout
Bicep unflexed: 14.0
Bicep flexed: 14.2
Forearm unflexed: 12.4
Forearm flexed: 12.6

Post-arm workout
Bicep unflexed: 14.2
Bicep flexed: 14.4
Forearm unflexed: 12.6
Forearm flexed: 12.8

Wasn't even arm day yesterday and I like the increases. My biceps have not been at 14.4 and over since a few years ago when my BW was closer to 170lbs, and when I had a lot more fat on. So for even a small increase in arm measurements in only a cpl of days is fantastic, period. And btw, BW since I started taking the supp is up from 151.1lbs to 154lbs.

Basically on par with what i felt in 3 days wait until day 7 and day 12 is amazing. Salv, have you ever used anabolics?
 
I'm really looking forward to it, with glee...hope the strength stuff carries over into my low rep squat day we're I've been making slow progress of late, whears again, before going on holidays, I was making excellent strength gains.

No never used any AS, phs, androgens...nothing
