that's a good find. I definately feel like it has helped my endurance but I don't does that high. Maybe 2g/day
 
yeah, i think 5g a day is minimal for real results. what I like is the one study with creatine, where its pretty solid linear results - the placebo group gained 0, the creatine mono group gained x lbs, the BA only group gained y lbs, and the creatine mono + BA group gained x+y lbs

didn't want to pay to read the whole thing...but the basic info was there.

Easy, do you know what doses they used in that particular study?
 
no, that wasnt the original one i read, so i'm not sure of dosing, and I dont have full access either. the original I read was 5g beta alanine + 10g creatine mono a day if i recall right
