Best workout for transformation

Which is the best training protocol for transformation , I have all John meadows .

If there is any recommended pls say your favorite of all .
 
Nail your diet and be consistent in the gym. Whatever you find that works best for you, stick with it. This is the routine I’m doing right now

Been thinking about doing Westside pretty soon.
 
Personally I'm a big fan of PHAT style training... especially when talking about a "transformation" as this allows for both strength and size gains which assuming most "transformers" want the best of it all, and have probably less than average training history, will see from a program like this.

how do you the one from t-nation? how long have you been on it? what results did you get from it so far?

The first time I used it was a few months ago. I stayed on it for 8 weeks before changing it up. The first two weeks I followed it exactly. Then I started to change some things to fit my needs/goals. I saw better body comp basically. No major strength gains.
