Best way you guys use to achieve a pump in regards to supplements and nutrition

What are some of the ways you guys use to achieve the best pump? (Nutrition, supplements, etc)

Could you specify?

In your question you mention: nutrition, supplements, etc. My conclusion would be that supplements if you do not have the proper nutrition on point would be useless. And that supplements would pobably help (most cases marginally) if you have a solid foundation/nutrition. So in order to achieve your best pumps you probably need to maximize all the variables by having your nutrition checked and then supported by supps.

Makes sense?

Here is some things that might help too

Carbs preworkout Your muscles use the glucose from carbs for fuel.

Supplements that help achieve pump: agmatine citrulline KNO3 etc.

High reps can help too.

Yes very true thanks

Vegetable Glycerin, Nitrates, ARA, occluded training, Liquid shake of leafy greens (spinach, kale, etc) pre, Theobromine are all some of the more of the less talked about ( with the excpetion of Nitrates lol) methods.

I love GDA products, have only tried Glycolog by BSL and SlinMax by Performax Labs. Work great with about 100g carbs 1-2 hours preworkout.

Individual ingredients I like Hydromax Glycerol, L-Cittruline, And Agmatine.

5mg Cialis is the best though haha

Lol I never tried Cialis sounds like it could give you wicked pumps ?
I wouldn't mind giving a GDA product a try does your body just dispose the glucose or does your body actually use it?

Hydrate

I have ZERO affiliation with performax labs but vasomax is the best non stim pump product I've used, hands down.

10oz water scoop of vasomax about 30-40min ore workout and enjoy.

High carb intake 8 hours prior to workout. Sine I train first thing in the morning, my largest carb meal is prior to bed.

Even pre contest.

Otherwise, I don't put much emphasis on attaining a pump.

Muscle glycogen + hydration = better pump. Consuming an adequate amount of carbs 1-1.5 hours before training will help muscle glycogen, and therefore help with pumps. Also, using a GDA product like Slinmax before your preworkout meal will help your body utilize the nutrients and shuttle them to the muscle.

Another key is hydration. Drink adequate amounts of water throughout the day, especially the 2-3 hours going into your training session. Pump products that contain nitrates (Vasomax, High Volume, Hemovo2) will also be beneficial in helping with a pump. More blood flow will increase the pump.

Awesome thanks boys I'll definitely give those tips a shot seems like hydration prior to workout is extremely important especially if you take pre workout with caffeine since it can be a diuretic

Also what'd you guys think about taking an additional dose of non stim pre workout as soon as you get up in the morning... Waste of money or beneficial?

Depends. I always double my dose of control labs white Rapids. It's stim free so why not. Just more nutrients in the blood for a better pump

It depends on what ingredients the non-stim pre has. In most cases, you'd be better off buying single ingredients to dose in the morning, or consider using a daily ergogenic product that contains electrolytes and ingredients to help with blood flow and hydration. A product like Powermax XT would be a good fit for a daily morning use product. It contains glycerol, sodium, potassium, and taurine which can all help with muscle fullness, pumps, and hydration. Powermax XT also contains other great daily staple ingredients, like creatine and betaine.

It would make more sense to use a product like this instead of a non-stim pre first thing in the morning

Agree with the VasoMax! My tub is almost up and I'm very sad about it. Great pumps and muscle fullness. I also agree with using powermax XT or Ergonine in the morning over an extra pump scoop.

Carbs, good water intake and high volume do the trick for me

Supplements - anything with nitrates (VasoMax, High Volume, HemaV02, etc.)

Nutrition - staying hydrated around and intra workout, eat foods rich in potassium pre workout which as bananas, sweet potatoes, etc. have carbs pre workout.

Training - very slow negatives, holding at the contraction, higher reps, drop sets, micro drops, rest pause, shorter rest periods, flexing intra sets.

What's a micro drop?

As others have mentioned:
Supps: nitrates, agmatine
Nutrition: full glycogen stores, sip some water and salt intra (I use a bit of Himalayan pink sea salt in my gallon of water)
Training: higher reps or increase TUT, and incorporating HARD flexing in between sets

Himalayan pink sea salt. I literally have never even heard of it. ?

In my experience, carbs, agmatine sulfate, no3, beta alanine, and cittruline have helped me. Also high reps to failure and slow controlled reps mixing it up with the same movement. As well as doing a superset of the same muscle group to burn out after slow sets.

Along with this ^^^^, another supplement to consider is ArA. The pumps are ridiculous! You can even stack ArA with your favorite pre workout and/or non stim pre workout. The suggestions listed above are great ;)

Oh the ARA painful pumps. I've heard so much. Now that I'm natty again I must finally catch this train.

Have you never used ArA before?
I honestly have not. Hoping to soon brother. I didn't use many natty products for the last few years so no better time than now.

So thinking that ABE/ARA combo will be next for me. ABE is a no Brainer but the 2 together get such amazing feedback I think that is the route I'll go.
