If I were a gay man I'd kiss you right now. I was just about to post the same exact thing lol. I've smashed so many PR's while listening to slaughtered, especially the intro.

That cd in general will help you tear through sets. Left Behind and Heretic Song are also good choices.
I actually listen to a compilation of Slipknot's first and second CD's. I also listen to their newest CD to change it up every once in a while. Some of Korn's older CD's are good to listen to too. Their new **** sucks though.

Well i dont doubt all those songs help ya'll in your workout, my alltime favorite workout song is GOD part III by Mobb Deep. The next in line would be Tiger Bone remix by Vegas and Sean Paul. :head: Those are my Head bangas...

The training montage to Rocky 4. I have it on my mp3 player and it always seems to start right when I feel as though I am hitting the wall.

Genocide Junkies by Black Label Society.

Or pretty much anything else by them. Good old school metal!!!:hammer:

BTW, you're training doesn't happen to include climbing mountains and lifting horse carts filled with guys name Paulie, does it?

Now I don't feel like such a loser because someone else knows the difference in the songs.

So you admit you knew the difference, you were just afraid of not looking cool in front of everyone?

I couldn't remember which other song it was...I just knew it wasn't the montage or Hearts on Fire.

Mudvayne: Determined Lyrics

Invalid Link Removed

GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT CONFIDENCE
GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, SPIT OUT ALL REASON, YEAH

I'm tired of holdin' up the weight,
the weight of the motherfuckin' world.
What I wanted to do, but just can't wait
HERE RIGHT NOW !!!
We could start a little fire just to get in the flame
That's overflowing.
I'm speakin' of my 15 minutes of fame
Come on now 1 2 3...

GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT CONFIDENCE
GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, SPIT OUT ALL REASON, YEAH

I'm flushing the trust of everyone,
stabbing in the back and thinkin' they can break me.
Set my sight can't die until I'm done
MIND ENDURANCE !!!
Never wanted any more than what I deserve,
better bring it I'm takin' it all.
**** an inch 'cause I'm bringin' a mile,
It's on now 1 2 3...

GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT CONFIDENCE
GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, SPIT OUT ALL REASON, YEAH

This fire, is growing, it's burning, deep inside of me.
Focused, driven, certain, the way it's got to be

FIRE, GROWING, BURNING, DEEP INSIDE OF ME !!!
FOCUSED, DRIVEN, CERTAIN, THE WAY IT'S GOT TO BE !!!

CROOKED (No Trust)
LIAR (Conman)
DRUNK WITH (Power)
MENTOR (Taught me everything that I know)

SO WRONG,
WRONG
WRONG
WRONG

1 2 3 !!!

GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT CONFIDENCE
GO, SO FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, SPIT OUT ALL REASON, YEAH

GO, I'M FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT CONFIDENCE
GO, I'M FUCKING DETERMINED, YEAH
YEAH GO, SPIT OUT ALL REASON, YEAH

I like the song by Celine Dion from the movie Titanic!
