what are you taking? and how much? if you can split the dose, then do so to insure even amounts of the ph/ps in your system throughout the day. check the half life of what your running, and go from there.
Halflives are usualy 6-8hours, so split them a little bit and take about 1/2 teh dose pre workout. I always do it that way and have good results. Take w/ fats too
