Best supps while on vacation?

What are some recommendations for the best supplements to help limit fat gain while indulging on vacation? Booze and buffets will be included but all within reason. Just looking for an edge...

1. i wouldn't worry about it on vacation, i'm sure you've done enough work leading up to vacation, this is your time to have fun and enjoy yourself

2. if i was going to take stuff on vacation, i'd go stim free fat burner like tt33 or dcp 2.0, or a gda

wouldn't want to try any new fancy high stim'd product in case it didn't sit well, could ruin a day of vacation, but i also know when i was at an all inclusive, the last thing on my mind was running back to the room to take supplements, i'd just pop in the buffett or whatever
 
Portion Control with your foods (yes i know its buffet and booze) but supps will play only a minor role
I always stock a GDA ---> AP/Slin Sane/Recompadrol for those high meal occasions

Enjoy yourself, its a vacation it doesnt come twice.

OP, you can still be sensible on vacation if you so wish by not overdoing it at the buffet; if overdoing it will ruin your vacation then just be sensible :)

I've had great success with recomp as well and that was gonna be my plan. I do have some ssv2 I have yet to try.

I'm curious if anyone has tried any of these on a vacation type diet (higher volume, mixed macro, "not clean") as opposed to just a big eating day or two of relatively clean foods.

Oooh defuse is a new suggestion. Don't know anything about it but I've had great experience with Evo products.
 
Defuse is excellent. But hard to find right now. I believe he's having trouble getting an ingredient if I'm not mistaken

From the write up and comments I gathered that it's not so much that it's too "potent" per se but more so that it begins to inhibit the anabolic pathways. Basically it just doesn't let your body soak up the nutrients it would need to build muscle since it blocks everything ha.

Decided to pick up some Defuse. The plan (assuming everything arrives in time!) will be defuse + recompadrol and maybe some TTA

$28ea There were only a couple places that even had it in stock and only 1 place even had an advertised lower price so I figure I got a decent deal

When I went to Jamaica I took Dexaprine and TT-33 with me. Worked well enough for me.
