best sleep aid

I have some dream tea. it's pretty good stuff. not too strong. but a good smell/taste that relaxes you.

I also like somnidren.

and then I prefer to take need to sleep on a regular basis.

I've tried stacking all three, didn't make much difference, in fact, i think it might of made me sleep worse than if i used one solo.

dream tea to relax, calm.

need to sleep for a good nights rest.

and somindren for that "I want to be knocked out, and sleep for hours" type of rest.

but nothing works as well as the ganja.

I also enjoyed Somnidren-GH. HGHpro is also great for sleep.
 
Did 950mg of phenibut, 100mg of theanine, 1,000mg of gaba and ZMA last night and I only got up once to go to the bathroom, otherwise I slept like a rock and no hangover or withdrawl issues today. I feel great. I took a extra 100mg of theanine this morning just to address withdrawl issues if there was any. My wife said I was nearly choking on my own drool last night and snoring pretty loudly. I woke up with a small puddle of drool on my pillow. When that happens you know you got some quality sleep. I plan to do one more night of phenibut and then take a break. Wish I wouldn't have too!

Benadryl liquigels, The antihistamine effect knocks me out, Doc said it was ok to take all the time. Some gaba in my protein shake before bed helps too.

the problem with the diphentrahydramine is that it doesn't allow your body to hit REM sleep where you dream, remember them and get the QUALITY sleep you need as an athlete that we all are....(don't forget, we are ALL athletes)

look into something that is geared for athletes and aids in recovery there are tons of them out, find what works best for you and leave the OTC perscriptions for when you really need them IMO
 
lipotrophin-pm + 500 mg magnesium does the trick for me, typically go all 8 hours without waking up
 
Nocturnabol has L-Tryp and Melatonin already in it. Doesnt knock me out, but when I'm asleep, I get great, restful sleep without feeling groggy in the mornings.
 
right now im taking Alteril and zma together, and let me tell you that youll be asleep within a half hour of your head hitting the pillow, no doubt about that, you will have tons and tons and tons of dreams that you can recall several days later, super clear dreams, and i wake up in the morning feeling so refreshed and so anabolic, i feel like overnight that i have lost body fat and that my body did not go into a catabolic state. you can pick zma up almost anywhere, and alteril can be found at like a cvs or walmart. runs about 15 bucks for a month supply.
 
Personally I like good old magnesium.:yup: Relaxes me into a great nights sleep, and also loosens things up and prevents knots in my back.
 
need to sleep has become a staple for me 2 pills and I'm out and wake up in the morning refreshed.def will always have some on hand.
 
I've been meaning to give it a try, but on the other hand I have no trouble falling asleep :p
