Best PWO .....GO

Catalyst is my fav pre atm

Looks simple but solid. Like the no prop blend. By the profile it looks like a mild clean energy with some good endurance.

Simple is sometimes best. Yea I like that it's not a prop blend and doses are all good.

They really froff that PWO over at Suppwiththat, has a good dosage with all the stuff used. Energy blend is meh, you obviously agree well with NMT?

Yea dosage on all ingredients are good. Yea I do.

It's a smooth pre and very effective

I've only tried ON's Gold PW and now I'm taking GAT's Adenoflex. I like it...the pineapple doesn't taste that good. I didn't see it mentioned, so I thought I'd throw Adenoflex out there.

Never tried the GSN so I cannot comment in fairness. But the GD stack is the best pre combo I have ever tried. Plus, the taste is amazing.

Too much Jack3d back in the day turned you off them??

I don't use them because elevated heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen consumption limit performance, as do muscles that are overly pumped from pump ingredients. The body is great at what it does when it isn't intoxicated with all of this stuff. I do use Modern Creatine and BCAA mixed during my workout, and crack an ammonia cap if a lift is worth wringing out for all it's got.

That being said, you are correct that back in the day I was a stimmed pre-workout junkie!

It's interesting you write this, seeing as any properly formulated PWO acts to improve performance by mutliple pathways, one of which is in preventing build up of toxins, metabolic byproducts and movement of blood around the body... Pop an ammonia cap? haha feels like 1980.

Pop an ammonia cap?

Went through a few of those in the day!!

Alphamine + Caffeine Free RagNOrok has been my go to as of late. Alphamine + High Volume isn't too shabby either.

After reading this thread, I think I need to try Alphamine + High Volume.

Good combo. Throw in some ergonine and I'd say that would be a really good combo. Even better if your workouts are fasted due to the yhcl is alphamine

I literally just popped 200mcg Hup A, 2 caps PEA 500, caffeine, synephrine and Noopept XT and im pretty sure I can read peoples minds now. Focus and mood is unreal

Lol at read people's minds

I agree with this. The two qualities I see most people looking for a preworkout, and what almost all preworkouts on the market are tailored for, are those two things (energy and pump). That's what the response was based on. I thought it would be assumed that there are exceptions.

No one here uses ammonia caps anymore? Go to a powerlifting meet and take a look around. I suppose you might see them less commonly in gyms now than in 1980, but the crowd has changed plus I wasn't born yet in 1980 so I wouldn't truly know.

20 multiple-use bottles of smelling salts on my counter top (split it with a couple people...) They're still around!Invalid Link Removed

Amonia caps should only be used sparingly as there is some good data about abuse and nasal cavity damage.

Plus..take too much and you'll drop.

All this talk about smelling salts makes me just want to tell people to rub some dirt on it.

lol

Jeez! Haha, good to know I'm not the only one.

I did not indicate otherwise regarding either of those comments.

Let's not get this thread too far off track. I was only drawn in by the South Park reference. Carry on!
