Do you know how much difference it has to 10:1 extract (30% polysaccharide)? Because that needs to be dosed 500-1000mg for cognitie benefits.

Most companies count in more profit than you.

I haven't used it myself but looking at the profile, I know I want it.

Full spectrum extract are ratios of extract:raw herb. SO 4 grams of raw herb to 1 gram of extract. 10:1 has the equivalent of 10 grams of raw herb.

By your numbers, the raw mushrooms would have approximately 3% polysaccharides, which is what that product in question would have.

Working on Nerve Restore. We will need the ingredient profile for some of the products under HUNG, so just waiting to hear back on that funding. Nerve Restore has a LOT of desperate people trying to get more, so it is a personal (not profitable) priority of mine.
 
The two human studies that noted positive results used 2g and 3g of powder (not an extract) per day. Without knowing what a particular extract is standardized for, or even the actual natural polysaccharide content of lion’s mane (you can’t just assume that if a 10:1 extract has 30% that raw powder has 3%), I’d just opt to use 2-3g/day of raw powder. It’ll likely be cheap enough that way, maybe even cheaper. But I could see such a large dose being a problem in capped products or for flavoring powders, but if you’re just buying it on your own to use or add to a stack, that’s what I’d do.
 
So I just got some Bromantane as I have read about people having positive experiences with that.

Typical dose is apparently 50-100 mg/day. I started this morning with 25 mg along with a scoop of Quake 10.0 (for the tyrosine content) and a pill of Finaflex PX Ultra. The only thing new or atypical was the Bromantane and I am not really loving it at this point.

I got a bit too mellow, and the effect was more relaxing than anything else....along with some brain fog. I actually felt the urge to just go back to bed...so that’s where I am right now. Maybe I need to experiment more but based on this first dose, I am not really into it..

Open to suggestions...comments?

I had the same results when using bromantane recently (mellow/tired and some brain fog). I didn't notice much difference between 50 mg and 100 mg doses. I used it daily for more than two weeks and the effects didn't change. I gave up on it after that.

Seems popular over on Reddit, and it is supposed to get better with time....as you tried. People said they actually had trouble falling asleep because it was too energizing. Others felt it needed Tianeptine to balance it out for feel good affects. I would rather stick with Tianeptine Sulphate at this point. I’m still more or less looking for a Vicaine replacement, meanwhile I have been using Kratom more consistently than I would like.

Maybe I would enjoy some Lion’s Mane! I still need to order Cognitive Mind too..

It's possible that my source of bromantane wasn't the best as it seems many of the positive reviews are from people that got it from ceretropic (and another site....the name is escaping me right now) before they both closed.

This is my first time ordering from this source, so who knows. I also got Tianeptine Sulfate from them with this order...I will be better able to gauge the quality of that!

I officially have a bottle of Nootropic Mind on the way now. For me, ALCAR isn’t a make it or break it ingredient from a nootropic standpoint, and I personally prefer products that are lightly dosed with Bacopa.

This is true. I would have just left those and the lion’s mane out if they had to be that low doses, but it’s still better than most nootropic supplements, because most of them are complete garbage haha. Not my #1 recommendation of course though.
 
So I have since taken Nootropic Mind and have not noticed much impact upon dosing 1 or 2 capsules at a time except for maybe a slightly improved mood. Having said this, I am used to taking things like Vicaine and Kratom quite regularly (I know..I’m bad) so it would take something quite potent for me to notice anything all that noteworthy.

I have also tried 750 mg Aniracetam recently with 250mg Cognizen and noted nothing. Maybe consistent dosing over time would yield greater benefits. At least I am trying new things though!

Kanna is one thing that I seem to have good luck with as well!

After a not so wonderful start, Bacchus has become one of my recent favorites. The key for me with that one is dosing it 1 pill at a time.

It would last me forever. If I use kratom powder it’s usually at 1.5 gram doses.

Then don’t go there? What makes it crazy? As long as they make it clear that what they’re selling can make you intoxicated and can be addicting, much like alcohol, then what’s crazy about it? I’ve never seen one let people under 18 or 21 buy it anyway, so it’s not like kids are going there. It’s just like a bar but with a different drug, since alcohol is a drug.

If this country gets its head out of its ass WRT Government obsessive control, I can see a day where bars would offer all kinds of low key "items" for on site consumption. Way better than the alcohol scene.

I agree. Hell, if kratom was regulated but legal like alcohol, it’d be harder for minors to get it. No more just ordering it online with any credit card and no proof of age, but no worry of it becoming illegal to go out and buy with ID. Problem solved really.

This I took 1/4 a tablet and it worked remarkably fast I even felt warm similar to low dose stims. I think because it not only acts like an ssri but also releases serotonin it feels the same.

A few states does this and it seems to work just fine. I don't see lines of addicts lining up outside of headshops buying it or reports of kids oding where it's regulated.

Well, it’s more crazy that like 10 years ago I used to use it in between other binges to hold me over, but I had to order it over the interwebz. I don’t care if it’s sold in bars and stuff. I’m not saying it should be illegal, regulated or not regulated, or whatever. I’m just shocked. That’s all.
 
A Kava, Kanna, and Kratom bar sounds like a fun business to open, and I am sure it would be quite popular here in Maine.

I am not really the entrepreneur type, but if I were!
 
Anyone ever try Geonomyx Decimate Evolved powder back like 5 years ago or so? That stuff had an incredibly unique feel to it..

It was loaded with PEA, as well as a few rare ingredients. The piperine content itself was intense, and drinking it took some getting used to. It offered a great feel, focus, mood enhancement and mental wakefulness with zero crash. It wasn’t marketed as a nootropic per say, but it definitely was! I would like to get my hands on some of this again..

Should be fine. I use kanna and bacopa together daily. You may want some caffeine and/or other stimulants with them if you don’t want to feel overly calm/relaxed though.

It’s person depended as well as dose dependent. A large dose of 5-htp with a large dose of kanna could bring on a serotonin syndrome episode in some that may be more susceptible to this.

Yes, serotonin syndrome occurring is over blown; however, we should not neglect that fact that it can occur.

If you use a reasonable dose of kanna (like 25mg of a Zembrin like extract) and ~300mg of a Bacognize like extract, I think you’ll be fine. Not entirely positive about adding 5-HTP, but kanna and bacopa together are solid. Do you really need 5-HTP with both of these?

Probably not. I also take them at separate times a day, never together. I just seem to get low on serotonin very easily and become very irratible and negative
 
Gotcha, thanks. I’m searching for something that’ll help me get back to sleep at 3am when I wake up wide eyed. I’m thinking it’s a cortisol rush but I haven’t done any blood tests to verify. I’m using mag glycinate, sensoril, theanine, taurine and melatonin now. CBD does nothing. Might bacopa work? I was also thinking of getting a liquid kava tincture as I’ve seen it recommended on a few other sites I follow.

Someone would suggest something guys?its really appreciated. Triptofano, Ashwagandha, rodhiola and something elsedoesnt give me any effects.
I need something that is more invasive.
