Maltodextrin and sucralose In body octane r scaring me off.. I train with at least a 12 hour fast. Sometimes 16! The thought of drinking a powdered mix pre workout is frightening.. Sorry if that sound messed up.. Just what I've grown used to. The formula just looks so damn good and is far too expensive to put together on my own
You're getting obsessive at this point. Take a chill pill and reread up on what fasting is about. You're talking about negligible calories.
