Nitrates, or citrulline malate. San CM2 would be a great choice, as it has nitrates.

Icariin
Forskolin
Gingko Biloba
Any type of arginine or AAKG
Cit Malate
Insulin (not recommended) or insulin mimetics
Any type of nitrate
Agmatine Sulfate

I agree with Poison's suggestions- low-dose nitrates are probably the best way to go, and can be used in conjuction with other things that will boost vasodilation, if you want to add anything additionally.
 
GPLC at 3 grams or more a day is a personal fave of mine for this purpose- but it gets a little pricey. We have it in an EU-only product that we produce for a distributor over there- I love the stuff. It is a little hard to work with on the mfg. side, however- very hygroscopic

I just tried Creatine Nitrate for my first time recently and was impressed with the results. Agmatine sulfate has always been good to me too for that.

And as you can see from this, OP, there are a lot of different varieties of product categories that all achieve this. So, picking one, if you're looking at just one, depends on your goals for sure.
