Best current Fat Burner

Hey guys. I know losing weight is mostly diet. I was just wondering if any of you had any success with any of the fat burners out now. I have Pes Shift and Nocodren stashed somewhere. Thanks

Shift + Norco is a solid combo.

Personally, I like to use EC Stack or Dexaprine. Both absolutely crush my appetite and the energy is great. I use regular Dexaprine but Dexaprine XR is also a good option. I usually space halfs out through the day for both since they are both considerably strong.

If you have the extra cash, adding 50-100mg of Forskolin 95% extract is a solid add.

Caffeine
Yohimbine HCL (dosed accordingly to your body weight)
Forskolin (50-100mg)

Both Shift and Norcodrene are great options, or stacking the two would be great as well.

My two personal favorites for fat burners are the EC stack and Oxymax XT. EC is cheap and effective, but the high stimulants can mess up my sleep and give me some anxiety and stress. Oxymax XT is the perfect balance between energy, focus, appetite suppression, and improved mood IMO. When I'm dieting I get easily irritated and on edge, but I find that Oxymax XT gives me an increase in overall well being and mood which is a major key for me. Oxymax XT also contains forskolin, which can be beneficial for increasing/maintaining lean body mass while decreasing fat mass.

Agreed completely here. I have ran shift and norco mulitple times with great results. Those two supps are hard to beat when it comes to fat burnres.

Hard to best the appetite suppression of Dexaprine. Paired alongside F-95, it's a cost effective duo that works extremely well I've found.

Wish I could tolerate Yohimbine..

Well there aren't really any legal "fat burners" so your next best bets are ephedrine + caffeine or the ephedrine/caffeine/alpha-yohimbine combo.

As far as a single product goes i've used Norcodrene and really liked it, energy and appetite suppression was solid. Dexaprine has likely had the best energy and appetite suppression for me... those early versions were so strong lol i loved it.

while cortisol modulators are not fat burners, they certainly aid in fat oxidation while cutting.

most of the things we do to cut weight raise cortisol levels...low carb, calorie deficit, increased training frequencies and durations, stimulants, etc.

There are some solid options out there for cortisol control.

I'm currently using Iron Legion Invictus and loving it.

Couple of other solid options: 7-Spray by prototype nutrition or Reduce XT by SNS

The old alphamine is one of the best ive used aside from eca. Eca is the best ive used. Stack with y hcl or alpha y on fasted cardio. A few others ive tried and liked are performax oxymax and cl red ghost. The most intense product ive taken is nutracuetical innovations burn xtreme. That ish is STRONG!

I like PES Shift

For stim I like OxyMax XT. At 1 cap it's perfect for me, although more stim tolerant people will enjoy 2 caps. It provides an uplifting mood boost, which always helps while dieting. No jitters, no crash, great doses of ingredients.

I like to stack it with Evomuse Brite, which is a different type of fat burner. It is a non stim that trains your fat cells to change overtime. With few months of Brite, it seems my maintenance calories have increased.

Havent looked too much into brite, is this something that can be used while bulking to increase maintenance calories and prevent fat gain?

BRITE can be used at any time. Its emphasis is on long term changes of WAT to BAT. However, the added sesamol also made this have some decent acute fat loss impact, as well.

It's a staple to me, now.

Also echoing the ephedrine + caffeine route as being cheap and effective. Also love me my OG Alphamine.

Just want to echo this; the loggers for Invictus are getting noticeable results around the midsection. Invictus would stack well with any of the stim-based fat burners mentioned above as well.

Ignit3 and Lipodrene are very powerfull

Lipodrene is good!...and Phenadrine from APS...and Level II from Formutech

As far as non stims go SNS makes a lot of good choices. TTA-500, Lean Edge, Reduce XT (cortisol control), and Thyrocaps to name a few.

I always try to stack a stim with a non stim when cutting.

My vote goes for ANS Diablo + EvoMuse Alphaburn (no traditional y sides when I use this). Ignite is definitely intriguing to me as well.

Also a week in to Brite+BMP, too early to give much feedback but vascularity is definitely up despite me actually being up 1-2 pounds on the scale which is promising

EC (I get Bronkaid at Walgreens) - As mentioned before, I'm echoing. This has to be number one for legal fat-burners. Haven't found anything else close OTC.

Other Stims: Olympus Ignit3 looks good for appetite control and energy. If all you are looking for from the stim portion is appetite control then something with caffeine/DMAA usually does well for me.

Non-Stim Wise I like a few more options: BRITE has been fantastic for the last month and only getting better. PES Shift looks good too.

Caffeine
Yohimbine HCL (dosed accordingly to your body weight)
Forskolin (50-100mg)

This.
Or HMB over F95. (To preserve muscle vs body composition effects)

Caffeine + Yohimbine is cheap. SNS will have your cheapest bulks.

Fasted cardio + YC + proper diet will get you to 10-12% easily.

If you need a happy pill check out OL ignite or Performax OxyMax XT

EvoMuse makes a legendary lineup of funds allow.

Brite, BMP, DCP, Defuse, KetoInduce....

Ephedrine + Caffeine as the baseline

Add in any of the following: ReduceXT, Inhibit-E, Invictus and you're bound to have awesome results
