Ca u log a few sessions for comparisons to see if you can feel a diff when lifting because it makes a killer run awesome

Just got it in the mail and noticed it said take 4-6 caps 45-90 min prior to workout. I'm only gonna take 4 caps and see how I handle the beta-alanine, don't want to crawl out of my skin. It also says "Avoid taking with protein" why??

I take 10 grams of modern bcaas before and after my workout. Can I drink it 2hrs before then hit the Cordy at the 90 min before workout??

you should be fine. With all supplements whether they inform you or not, using protein will always affect the results you get from your other supps. Next time you use whatever else you may be using like a pre workout, try it completely void of protein and see the difference it makes.

Try a few different ways to see what you like, but to be perfectly honest with you, I think even if you use your Modern as your substance for swallowing your C-Vol Ultra....you're still going to feel the effects of C-Vol just fine. You WILL definitely feel it even more without the bcaa though.

As far as being a "responder"....this isn't a type of supplement like what some other companies put out. There is no responding or not responding. You WILL feel the effects of our Cordyceps. Its that simple :)
