best brand of creatine ?

So what type of creatine is in Green Magnitude? This is what I found on their website but I have no idea what it means.

Yeah not sure what type that is if I had to guess I would say it wad monohydrate with magnesium
 
Creatine shouldnt be that complicated. Ive used a lot. I have even snorted it, shot it up and banged it in my per hole but it all works the same. Lmfao I'm just playing but really. I use the mp creatine.... Great product. We call it creasteroid
 
Hemavol + high sodium carb + iforce bulk mono= muscles looking like cartoon character!

I am a creatine non-responder. Creatine mono has never done anything for me except give stomach cramps and loose bowel movements. However, I am currently stacking Bioforge Pro Max with Creatine RT and making gains on a natty stack for the first time. I'm not sure if its the Creatine RT or the BioForge or a combination of the two.
 
I just stack it with a pwo, mass gainer and maybe a t booster

The load up time was something that started in the 90's to get you to buy more creatine. If you take 4-5x the normal dosage, it (obviously) builds up in your body quicker, and they were able to tout gains of several pounds after the first 1-2 weeks..... of water weight.

What product are you taking that comes in tabs? With bulk cost of creatine powders, you actually pay more for the encapsulation than the actual supplement. Unless there's an extreme convenience, it might be better to get the bulk powders.

I was using met-rix tabs. But now ive got muscle form creapure. Witch is powder. Any good ?
 
I might be a newbie but I think everyone here is probably wrong. Noone has posted a nano creatine product.

I almost don't want to post it here for fear of giving away my secrets - and no bloating too with this one

I have used both creapure and MCC and have loved both of them. I like the MCC because I get some Magnesium as well.

Well when u can put it up. Please do I would like to check it out basicly Im trying to learn about every creatine there is.
 
I go with creatine mono or just take pre-workouts that have creatine in them but the best creatine I have tried(on mixabillity and taste that is) IMHO is green mag. Right now I take ancient strength cause I'm tired of powders.
 
Even if there is creatine already in your shake I still think you should consume another creatine. Like my mass gainer has 10 grams. I still consume 5 more of my mp. Creatine blends are the best but mono is king
 
I always go with a blend it works best but make sure creapure is the main

Growing up when I could eat all the carbs my body wanted I used to use the creatine from wal mart/bf that is basically a cheap cell tech. Saw great results on that.
 
I started out just buyin standard unflavored creatine mono from *** for like 8 bucks... Got burnt out on it tried others ok ok. I have tried every type from kre alkalyne to hydrochloride. Mono is king. I'm on that muscle pharm creatine. It's a blend with creapure as main. You don't even have to load on it. Picked it up for 18 bucks at our local neighborhood ***... There is 60 servings in one tub. Great product. Next I will be tryin creature by Beast. I heard that was the best creatine from multiple sources. I looked it over and looks like a Damn good product but you can only get it from their site.

Ya bro take it with grape juice or protein directly after your workout. That sugar gives you an insulin spike so it gets shuttled to muscles better. Drink lots of water. Don't drink orange juice. It makes your creatine worthless from the acids.
 
Airborne42 is right on the spot. Do exactly what he said and it will be a huge improvement over mixing it with just water.
