How do you like that dymatize stuff? I used it and didn't dissolve for shlt and just real grainy an nasty compared to the v shoppe brand.

i will say the On creapure does not come with a scoop, which is pretty bad IMO![]()
Looking to find out what the best brand of creatine. I have always got gains out of creatine so now looking to find the most effective. So I can get better gains. Any advice ?

Sup guys! First post. Instead of making a new thread, I'll post this here.
Anyway, I am pretty new to seriously working out, lifting right, and a super clean diet. That said;
I am working out 4 days a week and using MP Assault. I know that has 5mg of creatine in it. I'm assuming the answer is yes, but I just wanted to make sure.. I should be supplementing creatine on off days, right?
