Looking to find out what the best brand of creatine. I have always got gains out of creatine so now looking to find the most effective. So I can get better gains. Any advice ?

I just use i-forces bulk powder creatine.. works just as good as anything else like nutraplanets bulk. Never noticed a difference from the different forms.. mono swells my muscles like a mofo.. so i am happy with that.

You should look into Powerchews creatine. Its very convienant and easy to use. They taste great and of course work really well. Its creatine monohydrate..SJ

Go get ya some pure shizz. ;)

Creapure is the highest quality Creatine Monohydrate you can get, as well as one of the best bang for your buck. In most scenarios this should be all that is necessary.

If you want something a little more expensive that *may* give better results I also like Magnesium Creatine Chelate (Bulk MCC like SNS, etc), Trinitine (Omega Sports), and Creatine Orotate (MAN Orotine).

ON Creatrine mono is what I use. 40 somthing for 400 servings. I likkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkke!

Thanks for all you replys. Im in the UK and only got cnp shop near me so where would I go for all these other. Creatine from I looked on ebay and all the normal one came up. None of these others

I looked at the cnp site and saw royal mail I was like WTF? Haha.

Either way, I'll tell ya like this. There's a lot of creatine out there, and the good old fashioned least expensive create (which Nimbus makes in bulk) is just as good as a German creatine or all these new creatines to hit the market.
One of my other favorites is Storm. Multiple creatines for non responders and 80 scoops in a huge tub.

If u want normal basic creatine to get the Jon done and to keep some dollars in your pocket, check of Nimbus man.

These guys above me posted some awsome creatine products as well.

creapure, (creatine powerchews, german creatine) i also have used dymatize micronized creatine, it's like $10 for a kilo

How do you like that dymatize stuff? I used it and didn't dissolve for shlt and just real grainy an nasty compared to the v shoppe brand.

I love creatine monohydrate!!! Bloat me up baby haha!

oh yeah it doesnt' dissolve at all, i bought a jug because it was like $10 and haven't had to replace it yet....however I know a guy who had a jug and was so scared because it wouldn't dissolve that he traded me a half jug of nutra's for it......but it's ok i guess, they make their stuff in a trusted facility so I'm guessing theres nothing wrong with it

My absolute favorite so far was Creature from Beast. Best one of the best tasting / mixing supps I have ever tried. Very pricey though.

For the money i tend to stick with a vitamin store house brand creapure mono when i use creatine.

I logged Thermo Life's creatine out when it first hit the shelves. From what i remember, recovery was slightly increased, but other than that, couldnt say I saw i diffrence between it and creapure.

I must admit that. I prefer mono ive ethel Easter. Think that how u spell it !

I've used esther once and it was long ago. It didn't do much for me and then I researched and found out it doesn't hold a flame to mono. So whatever I get alil bloat from it, I'd rather have that knowing it works

Creatine blends are always the best IMO but one that has creapure as main source. I'm using Muscle Pharms Creatine and I'm all swoll up. I got mine 12 bucks for 60 servings

Thats what I always thought but every one at the gym. Keeps telling me. e.e is better than Mono but mono I get more pumped than e.e

Creapure is a mono bro. People react differently to different creatines. I react better to mono but I met someone who reacts better to hydrochloride. We all very but I see a lot more people reacting better to mono or creapure for that matter

So really want creapure. With mono in it ?

creapure = the best creatine mono you can get.

many diffrent vendors sell it. ON, AX, etc but from what i understand it is all the same thing, jsut in a diffrent package / price.

i will say the On creapure does not come with a scoop, which is pretty bad IMO :)

Creatine is a commodity.

Very few of the brands listed in responses are going to be of a brand that actually makes the creatine, but rather repackages with stuff. Suppliers make the stuff, but with such high throughputs, they can't afford to sell it for anything less than quantities in the hundreds of pounds.

There are/were two or three companies in Germany who produce a good product. I think a few people have mentioned Creapure, which is the more popular of German suppliers. There's enough brand recognition from this particular supplier that if it doesn't say "German" or "Creapure", it's most likely made somewhere else (i.e. China); where the quality control standards are a bit more lax.

After that, it merely becomes a matter of which repackaging brand has the same creatine for less money, while remaining competent enough to put the creatine from one container to another ;)

*** Provided they are from the same supplier.

I want to stress the hell out of that because I don't want my words getting misconstrued as simply creatine = creatine. Creapure has a very reputable product and good quality control measures to ensure it's quality time and time again. A Chinese start-up company that's only been operating for 3 days does not have this sort of reputation, repeatability, or quality control. Their stuff is dirt cheap, but there's a big risk that it's junk.

The costs associated with the price difference of the repackaged commodity are based on other things, such as repackaging costs, shipping costs, and mark-ups by the supplement company, redistributors, and stores you buy them from.

So my new creapure creatine has arrived. But ive been taking my old creatine for a week now they dint have a load up time on them. But to be far I dont think they have done any thing for me. But ive been taking 6 tabs a day like it says. But my new creapure has a load up time of 5 days. So what should I do ? Do I do the load up or not bother or leave it for a week and start again

I would just get off for a week and start over with the new stuff bruh.

You too bud. It's what I always do and I see great results. You won't be disappointed

Flushing your body before a new product. You will see the difference. Remember. Eat lots and with creatine you wanna get a **** load of water

I always cycle bruh, 4 weeks on and 1 off. You should be good to go after that week.

Sup guys! First post. Instead of making a new thread, I'll post this here.

Anyway, I am pretty new to seriously working out, lifting right, and a super clean diet. That said;

I am working out 4 days a week and using MP Assault. I know that has 5mg of creatine in it. I'm assuming the answer is yes, but I just wanted to make sure.. I should be supplementing creatine on off days, right?

German Creatine from AX, containing CreaPure, is available on multiple webshops in the UK.. Just PM and I can point you there ;)

Simple question, simple answer :)
Yes, you should...

And it's probably 5 grams , not miligrams.. otherwise you should add creatine on your workout days as well ;)

Oops, my mistake, it certainly is 5g. Typo.

I thought so, just double checking
