Thursday 24th May w1m2 Squat
Not having a good sesh today. Cold weather + crap diet = lots of back and knee inflammation.
Worked up to 165kg for 2x3, then 3x3 with 140kg which moved way worse than it should. 2 steps forward, 1 step back.
Did some other stuff after but cbf logging it.
